Nouvelle belle maison avec cuisine ouverte, grandes chambres et salon

Ceci est une unité complète avec 2 grandes chambres à coucher, salle de bains, cuisine complète avec bar, salle à manger (3 chaises), et salle de séjour. C'est une maison loin de chez soi. Les clients ont un accès complet à cette unité. L'unité ressemble à un hôtel 5 étoiles avec des plafonds de 9 pieds de haut dans toute la maison.

La maison comprend des planchers de bois franc neufs dans toutes les chambres, des carreaux de pierre naturelle pour le reste de la maison et de la nouvelle peinture sur le reste de la maison.

Chaque chambre a un nouveau lit Queen, tables de chevet, lumière, peinture sur le mur, dressing, AC, ventilateur de plafond / lumière.

La cuisine a des appareils complets (gamme, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, ensembles de salle à manger, cuisinières / pots ...) Armoires en érable, comptoirs en granit et barre oblique inverse. Wet bar avec coin repas et 3 chaises hautes.
Des collations et des boissons sont offertes au comptoir du bar pour chaque groupe d’invités.

Le grand salon dispose d'un grand canapé en L, d'un canapé-lit (couvre-lit, couverture et oreillers sont dans le placard), d'une télévision (avec chaînes locales, lecteur DVD et Google Chromecast), de tables en verre, de tapis, de tableaux ...

La salle de bains a été superbement rénovée avec des meubles de salle de bain et des cabines de douche en granit et en mosaïque.

La maison dispose du chauffage central, du tout nouveau système solaire électrique (vert) et de l'adoucisseur d'eau central.

Internet haut débit par fibre optique / wifi (téléchargement de 100 Mo / s et téléchargement de 100 Mo / s)

Nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse sont disponibles dans la maison pour une taxe.

Excellent Home with numerous restaurants nearby. Conveniently located with easy access to major thoroughfares. Home is stocked well which made the stay very comfortable. We will definitely book this place again in the future. Host is very informative and helpful.

Our stay was really good, but just short of excellent, but I will still give it 5 stars. The house was good size and was within walking distance to some great food and little shops. It was a quiet neighborhood. It was hard to find addresses on most of the houses, so we struggled to find it when we got there after dark. We had to get out of the vehicle and walk up and down the sidewalk to find house numbers. The host was attentive and replied back when we needed the wifi info. We would stay there again if in the San Jose area again.

Excellent Stay!!!

The duplex was very clean, and a great location, close to SJSU. It was great to have easy parking. Size is good is perfect for a four person family. Again clean and very functional.

Great stay

Close to where I needed to go with easy freeway access, this neat, spotlessly clean house was very well stocked, quiet and just right for my stay of several days. Communications were excellent, prompt and to the point. Parking was an easy straight in. When the opportunity arises i will certainly be back.

Quiet, clean, and spacious!

Fantastic little duplex unit with a private parking space included. Great amenities and everything you would need for a stay is included! The neighborhood was quiet, and the layout of the property kept us feeling safe and private. The Host was extremely generous and helpful with a booking error I have and really saved me a lot of stress.

Great neighboorhood!

Very nice home. Clean but lots of plug ins and smelly smells on the towels, sheets and bedding. I am a fragrance free person so I was miserable because of all of the smells. I ended up having to go to TJ Maxx to buy a blanket and slept on the couch the nights I was there as I couldn't sleep in the bed. It was fine. The neighboorhood is wonderful for walking my dog and it was very quiet. Large park right down the street and I discovered an excellent donut shop right around the corner the second morning! It is very centerally located and was only an easy 6 mile drive to my work training location which is why I chose this place. I would stay there again but would request in advance that no plug ins be installed which would help with the fragrance issue.

Disappointed

Listed as a 3 bed room, definitely only 2 with a futon in the front room. There were 4 towels and 4 washcloths so I had to keep laundering them and only one kitchen towel. This unit is a house with renters in the front portion. Typically not an issue but they yelled and fought through the night, parked in our designated spot, said we drove up the drive too quickly. The man living there spoke to us way too much. Asked us not to make a complaint, he made us feel unsafe. We did finally reach out to the owner and they excused their behavior as having a “bad day.”

False Advertising

It is not a 3 bedroom house. It does not sleep 6 people. It should not be advertised as such. Yes, they explain elsewhere that the third bedroom is actually the living room with a fold out bed but it is not at all comfortable for a bed. In no way would it sleep two. Also, there is no clothes storage in the living room. The ice maker is not functional. The listing indicated there was a coffee maker. We brought our favorite coffee and condiments. Nope. No coffee maker. They switched to Kuerag and failed to tell us. They acted like it was no big deal because they provided 2 pods and said go to the convenience store and buy more. First, 2 pods for 6 people? Second, can you really buy a few pods from a convenience store? If we knew in advance, we would have brought our own coffee maker. Otherwise, the place is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has a nice diversity. Good Indian and Mexican restaurants.

Hi David, Thank you for feedback. The description explains in details of 2 bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen beds. Living room with a double bed (pull out sofa). It is normal to have 2 people per King, Queen or double beds. You booked for 3 people to avoid additional charge for extra guests and stayed 6 people. It violates the contract of the booking. The coffee and waters are gifts for the guests. It is not included in booking (it is FREE). It is the same for all booking regardless of number of people. Thank you.

Nightmare on 14th street

The property is not accurate to the description. Besides having mold in the shower, a broken glass table in the corner which was just covered by a cloth (shards of glass still under the table), the house has never been dusted as well. The worst part of the stay was having my family woke up at 2am because the couple staying in the front half of the duplex were having a full blown fight. Screaming, slamming things, and fighting for an hour. Concerned for the safety of my family I decided this was not a safe environment for them so we left first thing in the morning and stayed at a hotel nearby for the rest of our stay. The property manager was not understanding as to why a broken glass table and shards on the floor with a 3 year old around or the case of domestic violence would be reason the leave. As soon as I inquired about a partial refund because I could not stay more than 1 day there, I was completely ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a family, or looking for a quiet place where you can feel safe. I think it would be an adequate place to crash if you have a group of adult friends after a night of partying. This is my first time ever having an issue staying at Vrbo or other rentals but it was a pretty terrible experience. I just hope others have a clear picture about this property and can avoid having the same experience. Based on what I could hear through the wall, the couple said they were done with each other, so maybe that won’t happen again..

The review is not accurate. The house was cleaned and inspected before every guests by the owner. The guests broke the table and left the house without explanation. The table has been replaced immediately and no charge was asked to the guests. The area and neighbors are very quiet and safe (please check reviews from other guests) Even knowing the refund policy in Vrbo, the guest tried to get refund money from Vrbo and got rejected due to invalid reasons. Then, he turned to the owner via Vrbo chat messages (recorded in Vrbo) to pay him money before he submit the review.

Owner very responsive. House has 2 nice bedrooms. Close to downtown San Jose, Japantown and just round the corner a Spanish neighborhood with great Mexican restaurants. Easy freeway access.

Quiet neighborhood, nice property

I enjoyed my stay and the quiet neighborhood. The only reason I rated it a 4 is because the TV only had 2 English speaking channels and neither came in well enough to watch. Secondly, the parking was really hard to get out of. Other than that a nice, clean, well equipt home. Thank you to the owners for sharing.
