From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the high ceilings and bright, open layout that instantly feels both spacious and intimate. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary dream: cozy yet spacious, featuring brand new high-end appliances, elegant cabinetry, and a beautiful dining table nestled by a window overlooking a charming urban orchard. Primary Bedroom: One queen-size bed with luxury natural satin bedding, plush high-end pillows. Second Bedroom: Two twin-size beds, also featuring luxurious bedding and soft linens — perfect for family, friends, or colleagues. Spa-like the main bathroom is large and beautifully designed with a spacious walk in shower, high-end bath accessories, and luxury-brand shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Fluffy, absorbent cotton towels made lovingly by the owner add an extra layer of personal comfort. There is a separate half-bathroom for your convenience. The house has in unit brand new LG washer & dryer, steamer, laundry detergent & softener. Quiet, powerful AC & heating system for year-round comfort. Filtered drinking water and all essential cleaning supplies. Outdoor grilling area for quick and delicious dinner. Our private backyard oasis has been lovingly crafted to blend natural tranquility with modern touches — an urban-meets-country design that invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine in hand watching over the distant mountains and sunset view. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with unbeatable access to everything Silicon Valley offers:

We had a great stay! Liana was a fantastic host and the property is spacious and comfortable. Great location convenient to lots of attractions and restaurants, etc. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again myself!

Clean and a very beautiful place in a very nice neighborhood. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s close to restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe and it was very private with a gated yard. Thank you again for letting us use your home.

The person renting the home is very sweet, however, the house had a off-putting smell that did not go away until day 2. The houses should of been aired out due to lack of use. My bedsheets had a blood stain on them (gross) it was very visible the moment you removed the top cover. She provided new bedsheets the next day and apologized and offered to cancel our stay and help me book somewhere else. It would of been a tremendous hassle to do that. On day one we lost hot water after only one person took a shower. The owner was very attentive and came over quickly and worked with her husband to fix it. Unfortunately, on day 4 we lost hot water again when the 3rd person took a shower. I had to ask about what to do with the overflow trash, she did put a large bin outside for us. We stayed 9 days and 8 nights. The home is lovely with a great shower. It was nearby shops and just 15 miles from the airport.

Thank you for your honest review. We will attentively look into bedding sheets in a future. We did our best right the way providing you with new sheets within 5 min after your message at 11:30 PM at night, not the next day! It is a small ADU unit and water tank warms at once 40 gallons of water if you use it in one shower, yes you will need to wait a bit until the tank fills up and warms up. House rules are indicated in a guest guide, which most like has not been read, otherwise you would not have to ask about the trash. I am sorry, you did not enjoy your stay. We did our maximum to please you, meaning doing an exemption for you to have a graduation party, providing you with chairs and table for free, spending time to look for catering and baloon decorators and advising you with all your needs 3 month before your arrival. We took care of everything you were not happy with immediately. I personally spend so much time to make your stay comfortable and it is odd that from all of that you have remembered only small inconveniences. Liana

Property was Exactly as listed. Conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Freeway access was easy, making traveling around town easier. House was immaculate. Host is very responsive and helpful with information about travel times around the city. Would definitely consider this property again when in San Jose/ Santa Clara area. Thanks Lilian for hosting a wonderful property.
