The owner and property manger were very accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family. We especially loved the outdoor space and pool.

We’ve rented quite a few homes in the area and this one checked all the boxes! We loved the setting on the water, the pool and hot tub made for fun, relaxing days, and the location for walks and kayaking were so good! The best part of this property is the people. Such personal, attentive communication but never invasive. We hope to visit again soon!

Hot tub didn’t work - wouldn’t warm. The pool was filled with bugs (hundreds) and the water in the hot tub had bugs filled in the corners. The pool skimmer was broken. We had to get our own propane.

The house, pool, spa, games, beach accessories, bikes, and everything to do with this house was perfect. The one major disappointment was the view to the canal was blocked by the bushes, which defeated the purpose for us of getting a house on a canal, with two children that were fishing down by the docks. That being said, there was nothing we could do about the bushes, and that is the only complaint we had. It was still an amazing week and we highly recommend this house.

We had a great time at Villa Americana! House was very clean, really enjoyed the pool,hot tub & fire table. Coffee sitting by canal! Good location walking distance to Cape Coral Beach and a great coffee/breakfast spot.

Home away from home

Great place for a SW Florida winter getaway! Close to the intercoastal for great boating and close to so many amenities. Owner and manager readily available when we had questions!

Relaxing vacation villa 5*

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. A great central location for my family with two teenage sons to enjoy all Fort Myers and sanibel has to offer. We spent many days and evenings in the pool and spa and feel refreshed and relaxed and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful house

House was beautiful, just as shown in the VRBO listing. Loved the pool and hot tub. Was so nice we could even look past the Sparty trashcan 😀 (Go Bucks!!) was a very relaxing week!!!

Beautiful Property & Great Location

Clean and spacious house. We were 2 families of 4 and had plenty of room. The pool was great for the teens. The dock worked great for our boat rental as well. We also loved the location for easy access to a grocery store and restaurants.

Excellent house for a larger family

Lovely house, very clean and nice although it is not super-modern. Very good Cape Coral location with walking distance to the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill by the Yacht club.
