Bienvenue à la Villa Sierra, une villa de luxe récemment rénovée de 2 500 pieds carrés dans le prestigieux quartier de Pelican, dans le sud-ouest de Cape Coral. Nichée sur un canal d'eau salée avec accès au golfe, cette superbe maison offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade inoubliable, parfaite pour les familles et les couples.

La maison
4 chambres, 2 salles de bain : La suite principale spacieuse comprend un lit king-size, une télévision de 32 pouces, un dressing et une salle de bain attenante avec deux lavabos, une baignoire profonde et une douche à l'italienne. Les 2e et 3e chambres ont des lits queen-size et des téléviseurs de 32 pouces, tandis que la 4e chambre comprend deux lits jumeaux. Toutes les chambres disposent de ventilateurs de plafond et d'un mobilier élégant.
Espaces de vie ouverts : Une salle familiale avec deux canapés en cuir, un fauteuil inclinable et une télévision LED de 55 pouces. Le bureau offre un espace de lecture confortable et un espace bureau dédié et comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.

Great stay. Location and house was perfect for our family. I was slightly confused at first having to pay for utilities, but ultimately this option ended up being significantly cheaper than what I have seen from other rentals for pool heating charges.

Everyone, kids and grandkids, enjoyed the pool and outside area. House was clean and comfortable. Good location for getting around by car. We did not have a boat. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had every utensil and gadget you can think of, along with lots of spice and oils for cooking. Outside grill was clean, something you don't always find in a rental. Recommended.

We enjoyed our time at the property. The house is equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs and towels. The pool was clean and poo toys and floats were plenty.Would definitely recommend.

Great home in Cape Coral

Spent 4 nights here in July with 7 people and the space was perfect. Our kids loved the pool and fishing from the dock. The rooms were good sized with comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to the area.

Amazing

We stayed here a week with our adult children had the best time. Both my daughter in laws probably enjoyed fishing from the canal more than the men. We spent most of the week in the pool and lounging on the patio. The house had everything we needed and more. We Would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (infant to school aged), and my parents. It was so spacious, and such a great layout! We were able to spread out and it didn’t feel cramped at all. The house was so well-stocked with anything and everything we needed. We loved the kitchen and cooked in a few different times. The pool area is so nice and we took advantage of the pool toys provided. It was clean, in a nice area, and we would definitely stay again!

This house has everything you left at home

Our stay was out of this world. The house and pool are located in the perfect spot If you like to go to more than one of the surrounding beaches. The first night we cooked out and stayed by the pool. The pool was clean the entire house was spotless. The house had everything you could think of including beach necessities. I will be booking again in the future.

Roomy, open and plenty of seating for entertaining. You do have to pay additional for electric usage-ours was around $90 extra. We had kayaks delivered and kayaked often on the canal. This is a beautiful home and it had everything we needed.

Our host was extremely welcoming. Was a little questionable about the electric bill that had to be paid upon departure. It was in our contract and we was aware of it however it was very questionable. We, as well as many of our friends and family that have stayed in VRBOs in the past have never experienced this before. And because of this we'll be more cautious in the future, the problem is you pay the money before you get the contract. For one week, 7 days our electric bill was 116. From what our host said, that one was a little bit higher than usual but I think people need to know if they rent this BRBO this is what you're looking at.

Thank you for your review. We were pleased to receive your positive private feedback prior to your departure and are glad you enjoyed your stay. To clarify the electricity charge, this policy is clearly disclosed on the VRBO listing prior to booking. Electricity is billed based on actual consumption only, calculated directly from the local electric company’s website, and this usage data directly from the electric company was shared with you. During your visit, you requested that the pool be heated to 100°F, and our property manager advised in advance that this setting would significantly increase electricity usage and cost. Elevated pool heat, particularly when combined with very low indoor A/C settings, is a major contributor to increased electricity consumption and likely impacted the final amount. We strive to be transparent and upfront so guests can make informed decisions before booking. Utility practices can vary by property, and we encourage guests to review all listing details and house rules carefully. Thank you again, and we wish you well in your future travels.

Spring break

Our stay was overall amazing! Would definitely book here again! The house has pretty much anything you could possibly need. The pool was great and much larger and deeper than we had anticipated. There was a hiccup in the the communication with the property manager that was completely out of her control and Danielle was always quick to respond. We enjoyed the weather and the pool more then anything and actually saw a couple of dolphins off the dock in the back that was completely unexpected and my kids were so excited.

Property looked COMPLETELY different from pics posted. The exterior was painted a drab grey and very unappealing. The check in process was easy. Relatively clean but dishes were NOT clean. Uncomfortable furniture sub par… The pool was fun for us all. Best feature of the house. Neighborhood was ok. Property manager came by on the last day, Nicole was less than friendly, barely checked the rooms and seemed to be displeased that she had laundry to do. I did most of the laundry but…

Hi Scott, while we appreciate all guest feedback, I must clarify that the home was fully renovated in February of this year and the photos on VRBO are "exactly" as shown. The only changes since those photos were taken are a freshly painted exterior and a new tile roof — I’m sorry if those updates were so visually disruptive that they overshadowed your vacation. Had you mentioned the dish you found less than spotless during your stay, I would have gladly sent our cleaner to wash it immediately to avoid further hardship. Regarding the leather couches and chaise lounges, — all are brand-new, high-quality pieces chosen for comfort and style, though we understand not everyone shares the same taste. Lastly, I was surprised that three guests managed to use all 45 towels, every sheet, and every blanket in the home, leaving them in one large heap. Our cleaning lady is still recovering. That said, I’m pleased the pool — one of the home’s best features — met with your approval. All the best on your travels elsewhere in the future.

Perfect vacation spot !

We stayed in this superb property for five days with two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. The property-manager Peter was there shortly after we arrived and explained everything. There were no problems whatsoever. The layout of the house is perfect for familes, it is very large with lots of space for the kids. We all loved the pool which has sun pretty much of the day. We found lots of pool toys - the kids had fun. There is a Publix round the corner as well as some spots to get something to eat. Other than that - the location is nice. The beaches are some 30 minutes away - but this was clear before we booked. We would love to come back!

Girls Trip

We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. In spite of these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed the property. This is a beautifly property.
