David and his group were awesome. They followed all the rules and were very responsive. I had a great time hosting David and he is an awesome guest. All host will be pleased to have him as a guest.

The guest did not stay at the property becuase she insist on having amenities that were previously discussed did not exist. I want the guest to have a great experience and agreed to have them get a full refund and find another property. Our property is always booked and our guest have had a great time staying at the residence.

Its unfortunate that this guest tries to leave a poor review given how much he was accommodated. First he showed up to the gate with a trailer requesting entry. I advised him that trailers were not allowed inside the community. I offered to give him a full refund and cancel the reservation. However, he told me he would call me back. After 15 minutes of no response, I called him to ask what was his decision only to find out he had checked into the residence. I reiterated that trailers are not allowed and that it must be removed. He asked to allow him until the next day of which i said ok. An hour later, i received a text stating that there is no water to the residence. I inquired what was meant by this. It was then i realized that the guest tried to remove water hose and broke the main pipe. I had to call an emergency plumber to fix the issue so that water can be restored to the property. I advised him that he would be invoiced for the damage of which he was not. Two hours later i was called asking about him and his guest doing laundry. I advised that laundry seevices is only available to guests staying more than 7 days. Oddly enough he showed up to the property wanting to wash his bikes and do laundry without staying a day. He crashed his bike and had it towed back to the house where there were oil all over the driveway. Finally the sheet and comforters were filled with blood. I have the invoice from the plumber and photos to show the condition of the property when they left. Finally, they were supposed to check out at 10am. They checked out at 1:30pm. None of these additional services were charged to the guest. My property is predominantly booked because my guests receive exceptional service. Its extremely disappointing that this guest would give a review that is not reflective of the facts.
