Bedroom 3: one bunk-bed (4pp queen-queen), rolling bed (1pp), closet, desk and lamp

Bedroom 4: one bunk-bed (3pp queen-twin), closet, nightstand and lamp

Air mattress available for 2pp in shared space.



Bathroom master bedroom fully stocked.

Game room: pool table, Darts.

The location is the most convenient as it is located up North Miami Beach, just a bit west from Aventura Mall, south of Hard Rock Guitar Casino and east of the Hard Rock Stadium. The perfect place to move around Miami and Broward areas, plus i95 highway is 3 mins away.

Publix is 5 min away.



Haulover Park and Beach (also Dog Beach :)) is located 20 min driving, lots of fun like Kayak, Paddleboard, Skate circle, Bark Beach, and more!



Getting Around:

We recommend Rental Car or Ridesharing Transportation (Uber).



Other Things to Note:

NOISE-SENSITIVE PROPERTY (PARTIES NOT ALLOWED AND ANY NOISE COMPLAINT WILL RESULT IN EVICTION WITH NO REFUND) Please keep the music inside the house, after 9:00PM.



Pets are welcome!

We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.



Do not paste tape on the walls, as any damage will incur in a penalty.



Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply.



*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:

No refunds will be given unless:

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane

Warning area" and/or

A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.

The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.

Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
