Privé, pourtant très proche de la plage.

Entièrement rénové, un trois chambres privée, deux et un demi-bain villa située sur l'océan Golf Course. A cinq minutes de marche de la plage. Le premier étage commence avec tuiles d'argile aztèque et beaux tapis décoratifs. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et salle de bain attenante privée avec coiffeuse. Il ya planchers de bois franc dans les chambres à l'étage qui ont un deuxième lit king et deux lits jumeaux. Cette villa dispose de tout l'espace et de commodités pour maximiser vos besoins de vacances.

L'établissement propose également trois téléviseurs (un écran plat), un lecteur VHS / DVD, vidéothèque modeste, câble, système de son stéréo, internet haute vitesse, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, pleine taille laveuse / sécheuse, et une cuisine personnalisée entièrement équipée. Pour rendre vos vacances plus agréables et pratiquement sans tracas, nous fournissons tous les draps, ainsi que des serviettes de piscine, chaises de plage, des paniers de pique-nique, glacières, et bien plus encore.

This rental was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly and well located. We enjoyed the bike trails and the proximity to the beach. Some road construction and landscaping work was taking place during our stay, but that is nothing unusual for off-season properties and it didn’t markedly affect our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Amazing location with so much to do (beach, shaded bike trails, delicious food, etc.). The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely time and plan to return (hopefully booking this same place!)

Perfect everything!

We stayed here in August 2024. The location was perfect; easy walk to the beach, golf course in the back yard, and an easy drive to other attractions. The condo was fully equipped and child & dog friendly. Overall a great experience!

Very Dog-Friendly

This was our first time traveling with our dog, Abby. Sea Pines at Hilton Head Island was the perfect place for us! She loved hanging out in the bright living room.

Great Location

Nicely located to a lot of places and easy to get to. Beach was short walk on a trail. Coast restaurant is near beach access and is great place. Bikes provided were a great amenity and allowed us to bike to Harbor Town and Lawton stables to feed the horses (BYOC - bring your own carrots). Will stay here again when we return.

Wonderful stay

This place is exactly as pictured and described. It’s in a wonderful and quiet location in Sea Pines, a short walk from the beach. My family and I enjoyed being close to Harbor Town and South Beach. We also liked having bikes included to explore the area. The condo is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely book this place again.

Great location l, very clean but a little dated

Across the road from Plantation Club, easy walk to the Beach Club. Villa was very clean, communication was perfect. Like most Lighthouse Road villas interior is a little dated. More attention to kitchen utensils and microwave would push me to a 5 star rating.

Family vacation

We loved this sunny end unit property, it was in a great location close to the beach club where we spent a lot of time and then Harbour Town in the other direction for a whole different experience. Both easily accessible by bikes or walking. In addition the house was so well equipped, we cooked in a lot! Would definitely stay in unit 10 again!!

Very good property!

Granted some of the reviews are old, but in our perception the property management has done all necessary to fix the negative reviews. We enjoyed our stay (Aug. 2022) and didn’t find any issues. We hope it remains well maintained like it is now.

Graduation Celebration

This was a family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy golf, walks to the beach and around the island and lots of great restaurants. Everything we needed was provided for a smooth check-in. I had a couple of questions before our stay and Jessica was very prompt in responding. This was a wonderful experience I hope to repeat!

Absolutely love the location have stayed in a few other of these villas… Was not sure what was going on with the trundle they had it nailed shut. One beach chair was broken. The other one was in really rough shape. Not much to complain about our vacation was absolutely beautiful.

We've replaced the beach chairs-thanks for letting us know. The owner of this property prefers to have just the one twin bed in the third bedroom and has closed off the trundle. His grandson tripped and got hurt on the trundle once and so he is cautious.

Sea, Pines in September

Very nice property and great that we could bring a pet. We liked that the property owners provided bikes for us so we could ride on the many bike paths in the area. Great beach within walking distance. Takes about ten minutes because it’s not direct. Area was not crowded since it was September, but the weather was still perfect. Easy to contact rental mgr. We would go there again.

10 stars gor “ Lighthouse 10”

The house is perfectly situated, immaculate and very roomy. Plenty of space for family guests and our Yellow Lab! Great picture windows bring in loads of light, super equipped with loads of sheets and towels etc and a great island kitchen which made breakfasts terrific! Even had special sheets to cover furniture for dog so no guilt with left behind hair! Gracious and updated for a superb visit. Total 10 Strike!!!!

Not within walking distance of the beach

The listing made it look like it was a short walk to the beach. We did not consider it a short walk and by the time you get everything you want to take it’s almost impossible to walk. If you drive, good luck finding a parking place. The house was great but expected it to be closer to the water.

I do apologize that the distance was more than this guest expected. It is 1/2 mile to the Beach Club or about a ten minute walk. Parking is tight in the summer in Sea Pines. Eases up in the fall.
