The host did a great job in getting us information not only about the condo but the community as well. She took care of us each step of the way. A 5 star host!!! The condo was perfect for us. No noise... just peace and quiet. One day at the beach I never saw another person. We saw dolphins everyday and we really had a great time in the Sea Pines area. It was our first time being at Sea Pines and we just loved it. The light house was a lot of fun and the food was incredible no matter where we went for a meal.

We came to play in a tennis state championship. Our location was perfect. Living area suited our group comfortably and TV worked without any issues. The beds were good and no sleeping issues. Loved the walk in shower in the master.

My wife and I stayed for a month while our home was being renovated, and 1664 was perfect. Close to all South Beach activities but still quiet. Christine is a great host. Immediately responsive on any questions or requests.

Excellent condo, perfect size for a family of four, nice quiet location (all the way at the end of the road in Sea Pines), easy walk to the beach on the Sound, right next door to the Salty Dog and Marina at South Beach, loved having the bikes there ready for our use, and Christine is a great hostess that communicated early and responded immediately to questions. We had a great time, highly recommend!

Fun Trip!

It was a fun trip! We really enjoyed the beach, playing pickle ball, and riding the bikes provided. Having the salty dog next to us was a bonus! The place was very nice and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Our family felt right at home.

great late summer trip

Our family of four enjoyed our time here. The condo had all the basics we needed and the location was wonderful. We loved being tucked away on the southern tip of the island and right next door to the salty dog. The beach was right across the street. Also enjoyed wildlife sightings and the bikes. We hope to be back!

Hilton Head Beach Vacation

We had a great time in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island! Christine was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The location is excellent with uncrowded beaches, access to a pool and close proximity to the famous Salty Dog restaurant! We loved all the additional details available with the rental including bikes and the pool pass.

Magnificent South Beach Vacation

What a wonderful South Beach location centrally located to fun, food and fishing. Our nine year old son loves to fish and this condo is a five minute walk to some of the best beach fishing in South Carolina. The condo was immaculate, spacious and well appointed. A true home away from home.

Fabulous Place!

This is a sparkling clean, quiet, and well-appointed unit just steps away from the Sound and the Salty Dog. Bikes are provided, making it easy to get to all Sea Pines has to offer. The owner’s communication was extremely thorough and helpful. Five stars for sure!

Great place!

This place was great! It was just my husband and I, so plenty of room. Christine was so responsive and friendly and helped figure out a weird situation.... We were able to get in early. The condo was nice and clean, comfy bed. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked stocked. The bikes were a plus. Salty Dog was very convenient! We hope to visit again!

Perfect Sea Pines property for your family

This was exactly the right property for my family of five with three teens. It was as described in the listing and a great location in Sea Pines. This was our first time on the island, so all of the options seemed overwhelming. Save yourself the time of searching all of the websites and just book this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Fall Getaway

The condo was very clean and comfy..excellent location and the bikes included were very enjoyable. We had no problems at all and Christine kept in touch with us to ensure our vacation was going smoothly. Christine goes above and beyond what most owners do in advance to make sure you’re aware of the surrounding amenities. She is the most responsive owner we’ve ever rented from!

My wife doesn’t like much, but she loved this condo. We stayed here Heritage week. I wish the community pool was open, but that had nothing to do with the condo or owner. Everything was what was shown in the pictures. The appliances were modern. The unit was clean. There is a basket near the front door to put shoes and not track sand into the unit which keeps things cleaner. The owner was exceptionally nice and helpful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The towels and sheets were quality. The location is so close to the Salty Dog complex that upon walking out front of the building you can hear the parrots when they’re outside. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent South Beach Villa

We've stayed in Bluff Villas before and we've never been disappointed. It's a great location in South Beach. Christine's property was no exception. It's clean, bright, and well-furnished. She is an EXCELLENT communicator and will stay in touch with you every step of the way. Everything in the villa worked. The TVs are nice. The Wi-Fi is decent. The kitchen is well-stocked. There are clear, concise directions provided for every facet of the villa. We liked having the back-pack style beach chairs provided. We strapped them on and rode to different spots up and down the beach using the bikes she provided nearly every day. If you like staying close to the villa, the Sound beach is a short walk right across the street. We will definitely look to rent from Christine again when we visit HHI.

Owners are long-time visitors to HHI. This is where we took our family vacations and created many cherished memories. We love everything Hilton Head and Sea Pines have to offer. We are avid tennis players in the Richmond VA area and have picked up Pickleball. We enjoy golf and our favorite activity is riding bikes on the beach. We are both accountants, and have 2 grown sons, one of whom owns and rents 605 Barrington Park in Palmetto Dunes (1 BR-also on VRBO), and the other is a professor at Clemson (go Tigers!)

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Everything is an easy walk away! If you want to hear crashing waves, there is a 7-minute stroll to the Atlantic. If you want to sit on a closer quieter beach, there is a short walk to the Sound (3 minutes), with lots of open beach area for the kids to play. The POOL is right next door and is newly renovated. Sea Pines provides the best bike paths on the island, and we provide 4 free bikes for the week, just outside the villa. The condo is beautiful, with spacious open areas and lovely comfortable furniture for hanging out together, lots of seating, modern appliances, comfortable bedding and 3 TVs. The renovated bathrooms have beautiful tiled shower and floors. New carpeting in both bedrooms, new kitchen tile. Access to this unit is quick from car-to-door (a half-flight of steps to our floor). Peaceful balcony overlooks wooded area. Salty Dog is next door, and is so nice for dining, ice cream, happy hour, and just hanging at the marina as the sun rises or sets. Harbor Town is a short drive or trolley jaunt away and is a must-see during your stay.
