Great clean property with an ocean view

We enjoyed our stay with comfortable bedding and furnishings. Spent a lot of time on the new oceanfront porch furniture and pool.

A lovely sport and excellent hosts!

This unit has it all. The views are wonderful - especially sunsets every morning. Whatever issues we had were addressed promptly by Frank and Lucille. The unit has everything one needs for a great stay!

Right condo for us

Our stay for 1 month was very relaxing and sunny. You wake up to the sun rising, swim either in a lovely pool or sit on a private beach. Roomy layout and being on the 2nd floor you could climb 1 flight of stairs or use the elevator. This an active community and they love your participation in the various activities that are planned. We would love to return in the future. Our hosts were easy to reach and very pleasant.

The location is perfect. The condo was very clean. Had everything we needed. Having Beach chairs, fishing pole was a huge plus. The master bed was very comfortable. Glorious Hutchinson Island getaway

We had a delightful month on Hutchinson Island in this lovely condo. The photos and description of the condo are what we experienced. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. Frank and Louise were great hosts. Any time we had a question, they were very quick to respond. They were helpful with suggestions on things to do during our visit. The arrival process was very helpful and easy. Frank and Louise checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. The community and its residents were lovely and added to our enjoyment. We highly recommend this condo!!

Winter Get Away

Great Ocean view, nice pool, and location in Jensen Beach. I would suggest an upgrade of the entry door which was difficult to open. There was a lack of cooking utinsils with a need for a sauce size pan, small fry pan, cookie sheet, and some decent knives! The master shower was more than adequate but lacked light in the shower. Also another towel bar would be helpful for drying two towels. It would also be good to upgrade the toilets. The living room couch could use replacement, very uncomfortable.The other issue was the construction that was occurring the entire time of our stay. We were greeted for the first two weeks at about 9:00am with chiseling of the motor on the outside of the elevators. Also condo 203 next to ours had about 3-4 days of chiseling at 8:00am removing tiles from the floor. This was all after I specifically asked about ongoing construction.

fantastic place

The condo was fantastic; the owner the same. The furnishings were all new and very comfortable. New patio furniture; new updates; had everything that one needs to have a great time. The owner was very responsive to questions and made us feel very comfortable. I recommend this condo highly. The property manager also very responsive to all questions. Three words: rent this place!

Winter retreat

Frank was an exceptional owner of this condo. He quickly responded to any of our questions and needs during our stay. The condo was comfortable, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and the location was superb. Unfortunately, this lovely condo has been rented for next March, otherwise we would have rebooked. Thank you Frank for everything. Stay safe and healthy during this unprecedented time in our lives.

Pricey for the condition.

The condo had not been cleaned well. Bedding was not clean. We vacuumed the carpet and all furniture. Bathroom floor was dirty. The furniture on the balcony needs replacing. The sliding door does not close tight. After talking with others in the complex we overpaid for the month.

Shirley, Thank you for your feedback. I can assure you this unit received a deep cleaning prior to your arrival. As you experienced from your communication with us we strive for a very quick and satisfactory response. You requested an early check in and we graciously accommodated your request. You had mentioned upon your arrival that the toilet made noise which we had fixed within the hour. Other than that you said “everything was fine!” We would have been more than happy to have someone come out again if you had indicated anytime during the month you stayed at our home that you were dissatisfied with the cleanliness. In the future I would suggest that you promptly communicate any concerns to the owner regarding dissatisfaction. This will allow them the opportunity to address your concerns. We stayed in the unit prior to your arrival and the door had no issues at that time but we will have that looked at and certainly repaired if needed. We have reviewed the rental market using data from VRBO and find our unit one of the lowest priced units on the Island. We are confident our home will host many more satisfied guests and wish you the Best in your future travels.

A wonderful month

Property was in very good condition and very nicely decorated! All of the appliances worked well, and seemed fairly new. Plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. A great view of the ocean and a nice patio area. We liked the complex. It had a nice pool, and a good, gated beach access. Owner was immediately responsive to any questions. The only property issue was the patio door, which worked, but could use some maintenance.
