Belle propriété au bord du lac à quelques minutes de la magnifique place du centre-ville

Notre belle maison au bord du lac dispose de 4 chambres avec 4 salles de bain complètes. Beaucoup d'espace pour vous et votre famille / amis pour profiter du beau lac Granbury dans le confort.

Profitez du magnifique lever de soleil depuis l'une des deux terrasses que nous avons ou dans le confort du salon.
Nous avons deux kayaks qui sont disponibles pour nos locataires. Beaucoup de jeux de société, jeux de cartes et films pour les animations en soirée. Du plaisir pour tout le monde!
Beaucoup de shopping dans le centre-ville à "The Square in Granbury" et à une courte distance en voiture. (5-7 minutes)

Il y a beaucoup de restaurants et d'épiceries dans les environs.
Je fournirai un cahier contenant des brochures ainsi que des notes des invités précédents (et de nous-mêmes) sur ce que les gens ont le plus apprécié, de manière à vous donner une idée des endroits où aller, des choses à faire ou à ne pas faire. Gardez simplement à l'esprit que tout le monde est différent, alors ce que nous aimons peut ne pas être quelque chose que vous aimez, il vous donne simplement une idée de nouvelles choses à essayer.

Le centre-ville de Granbury est une façon amusante de passer la journée ou la soirée à se promener sur la place, soit en faisant du lèche-vitrines, en essayant différents restaurants, ou même en ayant l'opéra de Granbury!
Granbury a souvent des événements spéciaux (ex: barbecue, fête du 4 juillet, festival d'automne, éclairage de Noël du centre-ville, etc.)
Tout se résume à passer du temps de qualité les uns avec les autres. #Créer des souvenirs. Vous verrez ce commentaire disparaître plusieurs fois dans cette liste car je suis fermement convaincu qu'il est si important de le faire. Que vous soyez en famille ou entre amis. Faire des souvenirs est si important et vous pourriez aussi bien les rendre amusants!
Je fais de notre maison un endroit aussi facile et relaxant qu’amusant. Pas de stress autorisé.

Il y a aussi un parc animalier à env. 15 minutes en voiture de notre maison. (Fossil Rim à Glen Rose) C'est un endroit merveilleux pour emmener les enfants. Même les grands! les animaux viendront à votre véhicule et mangeront la nourriture que vous payez lorsque vous payez votre admission dans le parc.

Six Flags over Texas sont à environ une heure de nous et valent le détour.
Top Golf est à 20-30 minutes en voiture. Comme c'est le FTW Stockyards.

We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Granbury after our visit to this property. Host is super helpful, place is located perfectly and the layout was perfect for us. Clean as a pin and made for an awesome stay.

Perfect weekend getaway

We needed a nice weekend getaway at the lake, I am so glad we found this property. House was very clean, furnishings are super comfortable, awesome kitchen, great layout. The outdoor areas are spectacular!!!! The deck, the dock, etc. are top notch. Gina, the host, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. We absolutely can't wait to stay again!

Girls Birthday Weekend

This is a beautiful home right on the water. The location is close to downtown and the patio area is incredible and relaxing. Gina is a kind, attentive and helpful host. I plan to book again for a family reunion!

Longhorn Ladies Weekend

The host was very communicative and hospitable—a basket filled with things we might need like toothpaste, hair bands, and Caladryl for mosquito bites. The house was more beautiful than described and very clean. Spend lots of time on patio and in kayaks. It felt like we were “at home”...highly recommend it!

Heads up

Sadly the pictures misrepresented the property. We expected lovely landscaping front and back & we’re disappointed to find the front yard was nothing but weeds and long overdue for a mowing. The landscaping on the water side had been entirely removed and they are in the midst of a renovation project. The upper deck chairs are old and well worn. On arrival several had been left out in a recent rain and were unusable as a result for 2 days. The only table was missing half of the top and thus unusable. Like wise the furniture near the fire pit was broken and had been placed against a retaining wall. So yet again an outside area we had hoped to enjoy was unusable. The kayaks were covered in spiders and webs but eventually we were able to clean and use them. Getting into the water from the dock was difficult and unsafe as the top step was broken. The fourth bedroom, a converted garage, had no window or closet. The host was accessible but never apologized for the numerous dead bugs found through the kitchen, dinning room and great room. They did agree to a $200 rebate. Overall I think perhaps they are new at this or have a very different view of renters expectations. Some advance warning that they are in the midst of major renovations would have given us a heads up to look for other options. It was generally a disappointing experience! Had it not been a holiday weekend we would have tried to find somewhere else to stay.

I will not let one bad apple ruin it for the rest. This guest wanted something for nothing. From the moment that I allowed an early check-in, the daughter in law called me asking me about the “extra fee per person” that IS in the booking instructions. They did get charged for two extra people but added an additional two on top of that. I let Carrie know that I would wave the two additional guests because she did communicate before their stay. ($300 fee waved) but the DIL was looking for the original fees to be waved as well. As far as the outdoor cushions being wet and the grass in the front yard being high, it rained(as the guest stated) and mowers could not mow the wet grass. As a matter of fact, we did have a big storm blow in the night before their stay that blew a huge branch off the tree over the deck. That resulted in the broken table. The housekeeper did clean up but could not remove the table so she set it aside. The renovations we are having done on the lakeside were not at all hindering the guests stay and I did let them know they were being done. The contractor kept everything to the far side of the property as to not be in the way. The kayaks. It states in the guest welcome page that there is a hose downstairs to spray them off before use because it IS lakeside and there will always be cobwebs on everything. We have to spray the boat and skis off before every use. It does not matter that we just used them the day before. The spiders work fast. All in all, these renters were looking for something for nothing and there was no pleasing them. Take a look at our many other reviews. You will find that our beautiful home is very welcoming and relaxing.

Girls weekend

Perfect for a group. The four bathrooms were a deal breaker. Note - game room bath does not have an electric outlet. Beds were all very comfortable. We did not utilize the back patio but it would have been nice if our husbands would have come and we had wanted to cook on the grill. We would have liked to have more places to hang our clothes. If you are thinking about staying in Granbury be sure to make reservations for Christine’s American Table. The food is to die for!!!

Terrific location

Such a relaxing stay on the lake with an incredible view. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is amazing-close to restaurants, fuel and grocery stores but also on a quiet and peaceful street. The communication with Gina was amazing-she’s the most helpful home owner I’ve encountered in years of using VRBO.

Wonderful house on Lake Granbury

Our small group was in Granbury for a wedding. This house on the lake was perfect in every way for our stay. The host was attentive and communicative and the house was THE BEST! We were so thankful to find such a great place.

Great Family Thanksgiving Gathering

Our family gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving together! We had a wonderful time and the pics of the house do not do it justice! It is gorgeous! The amenities are wonderful, every bedroom has it’s own bath and the kitchen is perfect! We all had Thanksgiving lunch together at the large dining room table! Would definitely stay again and Gina is awesome to work with! Highly recommend!

McMeans Sisters Reunion

The three sisters & families had not seen each other since before Covid. The home was beautiful, just as pictured on line. It was very clean, well maintained & spacious. A perfect, serene location with a great back porch to view the sunrises over the lake!! Just regret we didn’t stay longer. We will definitely use Vrbo again. The agent, Gina, kept in touch with us & made us feel welcome.

Best getaway!!!

Staying here was amazing for my husband and I for a weekend Anniversary trip. Breathe taking views, wonderful hosts, comfortable beds, cozy couch to snuggle on and enjoy amazing scenery, nice amenities, super close to grocery store , restaurants and shopping. Lots of places to sleep and a plus that all bedrooms have bathrooms. The host is responsive, welcoming, and beyond kind. We will definitely be back. Best getaway for us!!!

Jane called in for a service call because the stove kept beeping and they did not know how to turn it off. my service man went out and fixed it. he responded to me letting me know that a button was pushed in too hard and for too long. He reset it. also, the bedroom furniture was rearranged. and I mean it was rearranged from one room to the other and it clearly states in the rules that any furniture that is moved, needs to be put back in its original spot. when I texted her to see how she wanted to handle the charges for both the service fee and the helper that the housekeeper had to call out to help move all of the beds back to the rooms that they belonged in, Jane replied with..."I didn't know you would charge me to move the beds back." She also told me that they did not use the stove at all. which was not true! the housekeeper informed me that there was a pan with grease left on the stove and a refrigerator was full of leftovers. She did not communicate very well at all. Jane's party will not be welcomed back

Thanksgiving lakeside

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kitchen was amazing and everything we needed, including two ovens and sinks. Making Thanksgiving dinner was a breeze. Our hosts were very tentative and would answer my questions quickly with a simple text. Great time!

6 Ladies from Odessa

We all have been friends for many years. We meet every year for a long week-end, usually the 1st weekend in May. Covid-19 changed that. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house. 4 bedrooms all on one level very important to us 82-83 years old. This was our 33rd year to be together.

A great place to relax and decompress!

The property and boat dock were in immaculate shape and beautifully appointed. Location was perfect and fun was had by all!
