This is a great location and very cute house with everything we needed! It is right downtown, a quick walk to restaurants and shops. And very easy to get to ski lifts with the free bus, and not too bad of a walk if you’re up for it. It was perfect for our annual group ski trip!

We stayed in this same property a year ago and there were broken light fixtures in the bathroom dirty rugs and water stains on the sealing. We expected after a year all those things would have been fixed but they were not. There was rusted toys in the backyard, large water stains on the ceiling and overall it was not very clean. There were visible cobwebs on the bottom of the couch and shower curtains had lots of mildew on them. The location is amazing but for the price I would expect it to be kept up we were so excited to stay here again so it was a disappointment that all the issues we notified them about were still not fixed.

We are a family of five and we love this house. The location cannot be beat. It’s got a great little side yard with an awesome, hot tub, fire and barbecue we spend a ton of time outside even in the winter. Outstanding kitchen to cook in great bedroom and bathroom situation. The only downside is it doesn’t have a great sitting room layout and the furniture is outdated. They definitely need some updating with the bedding and furniture. The structure of the house is also not great so all the windows are kind of falling apart however again we’ve stayed many times because the house itself and the location is awesome.

Family trip to Breck
The house was very nice and very clean.. There were 6 adults and it was nice that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was large and very nice so it made cooking at home easier. The location of the house was great just a few blocks from main street and gondola.

A very clean, comfortable, and beautiful stay.
The host was very helpful in getting us into the property and assuring that all was well once we did. It is prime real estate in Breckenridge, only a block away from the center of the city and minutes away from the ski resort. The only criticism I have was the lack of communication leading up to the stay. It took me reaching out before I heard from anyone on the day of my stay, but they answered promptly.

Excellent location
We had a great stay here with our family of 5. There was enough space for everyone to have their own bed. The kitchen was very large and had everything you needed. The hot tub was hit from the moment we got there, so that was a huge plus instead of having to heat it up. The location was outstanding. Easily able to walk to anywhere on Main Street in 5 minutes or less. Not to mention there was plenty of restaurants not on Main Street that we could walk to in minutes. I would absolutely stay here again during ski season or the summer. The property was very clean too!

The home is lovely and the renovation was well thought out. There is plenty of room for all your ski gear, and the location could not be beat! There were not enough pots and pans or glasses in the home, but the vacation rental company was very responsive and sent some the next day. We did have significant allergies while we were there. I'm guessing it is just because of the age of the home and the carpet in the bedrooms/living room. The lightbulbs in the house were also mismatched, which is a shame because they have some lovely fixtures. The hot tub was clean, and there is a partial mountain view while sitting in it- that was very nice. The shower curtain in the jack-n-jill bathroom was filthy with pink mold and the sink would not drain. I'm sure the management company would have handled it promptly if we had complained, but we did not. I guess the cleaning staff is not reporting very well. All in all, it was a lovely home, and we would probably stay there again if we were in the area.

We came in from NH to meet our son who’s working in CA. After arriving in Denver, we got a rental care to drive to Breck, and our son took the shuttle from the airport. Both options were easy to book and the scenery on the way was gorgeous. The house is in a fantastic location in Breck village within quick walks markets, shopping, restaurants, and the gondola to the mountain. (There is also a free-ride bus a block from the house that takes you to the gondola if you don’t want to walk to it.) It was quickly evident upon arrival the great effort that was made to make guests feel welcome. It was super clean and thoughtfully appointed and supplied. After a day of skiing, we had no issues finding great restaurants that allowed takeout meals within a quick walk to pick-up. The real purpose for the visit was to catch-up with our son, so dining-in with cocktails and conversation in front of the fireplace was ideal. A definite 5 star experience; we hope to return one day.

Very nice house with high end finishes a short walk from Main St. Great yard, fantastic hot tub, kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of paper products, and cleaning supplies. Management was proactive in case we needed anything. 1/2 block to Amazing Grace for coffee and breakfast. Bus picks up on the corner (1/2 block). We enjoyed being inside as much as on the town. Perfect.

This rental was a perfect location - so easy to walk to everything. We hardly used our car at all. It is well stocked (didn’t have a large spatula which was odd...nor any plastic containers for leftovers) but otherwise it had everything we needed! Lots of fans to keep it cool in the summer. Comfortable beds and very nicely updated on the inside. The ceiling fans in the two guest bedrooms are very low...a bit of a hazard if you have them on while not sleeping so just be careful - none of our group is over 6ft tall and had to be very careful if walking under fans

This is our second time staying at the Urban Farmhouse. The location is beyond perfect, 2 blocks off main street, a block from the market, walking distance to everything, yet the 2 blocks make a huge difference for quiet. This house is the perfect size for our family of 5 with 3 adult sons. Great fenced yard with grill private hot tub, seating and fire pit.
