A mud-room for post-beach showers or snowy day gear drops, and the primary suite with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet complete the main floor.

The upper level features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms: another primary suite with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, a guest room with walk-in closet, a large bunk room and media room, and an additional full bathroom.
