Le NAZ House4Rent, est un nouvel appartement de luxe dans le condo Hill 'de Nazareth', situé dans le centre historique de la ville, à environ 200m de la plage. Il propose une suite, une chambre double, deux salles de bains, cuisine, salon et salle à manger, deux balcons, garage et terrasse de la piscine privée avec vue imprenable sur Nazareth.
Nouvellement décoré, meublé et entièrement équipé, avec raffinement et sophistication.
La cuisine et la salle de séjour ouverte sur un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer et pour 'le site de Nazareth », où vous pourrez vous détendre après la journée et profiter d'un magnifique coucher de soleil.
Il a également l'air conditionné, aspirateur central, volets roulants électriques et système de son central.

Amazing seaside town; great location within walking distance to everything! Spacious apartment with 2 balconies (can see ocean in the distance).Has all amenities needed (coffee pods for day 1). Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

Excellent rental, walking distance to everything. On the walk down from the upper level, the apartment is literally a two minute walk from the bottom of the stairwell, how convenient. Highly recommend the apartment.

Best Place In Nazare

We felt very welcomed in this beautiful condo. Very, very secure, within walking distance to restaurants, stores, groceries. The host was more than helpful and sent suggestions of places to visit. A real home away from home. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect condo in Nazare

Our friendly host-Dino-met us at the front door and gave us the tour! We were in love! Right in the lower town-just blocks from the beach and so many restaurants and shops! The absolutely perfect vacation-did 9 day trips from Nazare and after 3 weeks hates to leave!

great location, clean, perfect

we stayed about a week in this apartment and it was great! Dino helped get us situated. it's about a 3 minute walk to the ocean, 1-2 minutes to a variety of shops. the beds were comfortable, there was no nearby noise, the veranda looking west was beautiful, just a perfect place for a vacation - thanks!

Excellent!

Excellent location and an excellent host. Indoor parking is a bonus if you have a car. We didn’t take advantage of the pool because it was a bit cool out, but it’s there if you want it. It’s close to everything…beach, restaurants, walking paths, etc.

Great hosts, great location. Dino gave us a list of things to do and to see in and around Nazare. We managed to see a lot but there are still some things we would have liked to do. If we come back to Portugal we would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The good life

The apt is spacious, modern and has a wonderful balcony on which to relax & enjoy a glass of wine or a meal. Amenities are great. It is very convenient to the old town & waterfront. Weather was iffy unfortunately so we were not able to enjoy relaxing by the roof top pool. Thank you Dino for your restaurant suggestions.....

Nazare/Sitio beach stay.

Large 2 BR 2Bath condo, very well equipped, excellent wifi, good location, nice view, quiet neighbourhood. Dino met us at the street , gave us a walk through with all the needed info, and followed up to see if everything was OK. Thank you Dino, we hope to return soon.

Beautiful Apartment with spectacular views

Apartments location is central to Nazaré with a parking spot. Views from the balcony and terrace are stunning. Check-in was easy, Dino met us, provided great overview of a apartment and building as well as lots of udeas to see and do in and around Nazaré. Wonderful to meet people with such love and pride in their country.

Good Location

The main picture is deceiving since this is the top floor shared by the entire apartment building. Nice apartment, great shower. Parking garage was a huge benefit. Excellent and informative host.

Host, Dino was so helpful. Met us and helped us know the apartment, amenities and the area as well as activities. The apartment had everything we need except shampoo. It has beach chairs, towels kitchen supplies. Loved the location. Close to everything and yet far enough away from noise for a good night sleep. Would love to come back again. Perfect Location in Nazare

The property is perfectly situated in Nazare with easy access to the restaurants, shops and beach. The balcony adds extra space to enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is steps from the path to Sitio. My only disappointment was the quality of the tiling and loungers near the pool---it could be that the condo association just hasn't done the work on it. The hosts are excellent and extremely responsive.

Perfect Time at the Beach

Everything about this property is perfect. The unit is beautiful and well appointed. The location is close to everything. The hosts are very friendly and committed to their guests having a great experience. The apartment sports a delightful balcony (which is where we spent much of our evenings) with a great view and gentle breezes. The kitchen is well appointed and the real treasure is the reserved parking space inside the building. This permitted us to safely park while visiting Nazaré and not give the vehicle another thought but still have it available for day trips to Tomar, Alcobaça, and Batalha. We have stayed in dozens of marvelous VRBO accommodations in Europe and North America. This may well be the best ever. Do not hesitate to stay here when you are in Nazaré.
