Magnifique villa, trÚs bien située dans le quartier de Los Almendros en plein milieu de la station, vous pouvez donc rejoindre la plage, Altos de Chavon ou la marina en quelques minutes.

La villa a un grand salon avec un plafond de lucarne, des canapĂ©s confortables et un excellent mobilier. La table Ă  manger intĂ©rieure peut accueillir 12 personnes ainsi qu'une chaĂźne stĂ©rĂ©o et une radio satellite Sirius qui peuvent ĂȘtre Ă©coutĂ©es Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison ainsi que dans la piscine.

Grande et belle terrasse meublée de canapés en osier donnant sur le golf, gazebo en bois confortablement meublé qui vous invite à profiter d'un ciel romantique étoilé. Douze siÚges à table en teck, jacuzzi chauffé au gasi et piscine climatisée avec systÚme solaire pour profiter d'une baignade à tout moment de l'année.

Beau studio de climatisation avec une télévision à écran plat avec systÚme de cinéma maison pour regarder tout bon tournoi de golf ou tout autre sport. Aussi lecteur DVD et de nombreux films à regarder. AccÚs Netflix.

La villa comprend entiĂšrement dotĂ©e d'un majordome / barman / chauffeur, une femme de chambre / cuisinier. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner, le dĂ©jeuner et le dĂźner sont prĂ©parĂ©s tous les jours Ă  la demande des clients (les clients fournissent l'Ă©picerie pour la prĂ©paration). Le nettoyage quotidien et le service de draps et serviettes sont Ă©galement inclus dans la location. Des services de blanchisserie et de repassage sont Ă©galement fournis moyennant des frais nominaux Ă  convenir avec le personnel. Le personnel part le soir, mais des dispositions peuvent ĂȘtre prises moyennant des frais nominaux supplĂ©mentaires pour qu'ils puissent travailler plus tard et passer la nuit dans les chambres du personnel de la Villa.

Les employés sont trÚs bien formés, le barman prépare de délicieuses margaritas, des cosmopolites, de la brise de mer et est chargé de barbecue pour préparer un festin de boeuf ou un festin de fruits de mer comme les invités pourraient le souhaiter. Peut également faire votre épicerie chaque fois que vous avez besoin d'une recharge.

Cook prĂ©pare de nombreuses recettes Ă©prouvĂ©es, locales et internationales, que les clients apprĂ©cieront tous les jours. Peut prĂ©parer une variĂ©tĂ© de repas selon un menu anglais / espagnol oĂč vous pouvez sĂ©lectionner tout ce que vous pourriez aimer.

Just had a wonderful week at 11 Almendros! House was beautiful and outdoor areas were perfect! The children loved the pool and play area. The staff was exceptional! So pleasant and helpful. Irio’s cooking and Francisco’s grilling were delicious! And Usabel was wonderful to work with. Hope to come again soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at 11 Los Almendros over Christmas. Isabel is a very responsive, proactive host and the villa's staff - Esteban and Iro - made our stay so incredibly easy and comfortable. They cooked several meals for our (very picky) crew and everyone devoured everything. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and spacious and was exactly as pictured online. The grounds were wonderful - large pool, separate hot tub, play set and trampoline as well as several poolside lounging areas. It was even better than expected. We loved it here!

Paradise found!

This is the third year my wife and I have stayed at this villa with friends. We spent 2 and a half weeks here and for the third year we had a perfect vacation! We knew that this beautiful house was a fantastic place to unwind, with great views and exceptional comfort. We knew that the staff would provide incredible meals and always go above and beyond. And we knew that the house was located in the perfect place to enjoy the exceptional golf and tennis at Casa de Campo. But we were surprised to find that all of the bathrooms had been beautifully renovated and updated! And this year the owner arranged for a delicious banquet to be delivered to the villa where we had a beautiful dinner with friends. The bottom line: This place is paradise and we continue to give it the highest possible rating -- we expect to return next year for as long as possible!

Beautiful house, great location, so easy and relaxing.

We all loved being at this beautiful villa in a convenient location in Casa de Campo. The house has great layout with its four large bedrooms with en suite baths, large living space and great eating and outdoor spaces. The staff is great - greeting you with coffee and offering cocktails in the afternoon. The kids really loved the pool, hot tub, swingset, trampoline, hammock and tv room. They always wanted to have dinner at the villa so they didn't have to leave. Fabulous house, fabulous location, but I cannot say enough about the level of service provided by Isabel. She was in very close contact leading up to the trip to make sure we had what we needed upon arrival, she helped with dinner reservations, airport transfers and activities, and even advised us on changing covid protocols, etc. etc. She checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. It was so very comforting and helpful. Our group was two families of five with children ranging from 5-11 and we ALL had such a fun time. We plan to go back next year!

Unforgettable Family Getaway at Casa de Campo

We had a fantastic 9-night stay at Isabel's villa in Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic, with two families, each with parents, a 4-year-old, and a one-year-old boy. Isabel was attentive and responsive, ensuring a smooth vacation. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The backyard felt like a secret garden, perfect for sunset dinners. Our kids loved the trampoline, swing, pool, and hot tub. The villa was well-equipped with board games, cards, an outdoor grill, and a spacious kitchen. It was a short golf cart ride to the beach, a quick drive to the country club, and less than 10 minutes to the marina for groceries and restaurants. Armando, the butler, was friendly and attentive, winning over our kids, especially our 10-month-old. He made excellent piña coladas. Ero, the cook, created delicious dishes and took care of daily laundry. We highly recommend Isabel's villa for a delightful family vacation, combining comfortable accommodations, dedicated staff, beautiful surroundings, and a helpful host.

Five Star Villa In Casa De Campo

Paradise! This is a beautiful villa in Casa de Campo in which the owner has paid attention to detail. It feels like a five star resort. It looks just like the pictures. It is beautifully decorated and above all else the staff is the best in all of Casa de Campo. Francisco and Iro are PHENOMENAL! Franscisco is the best butler and bartender I have ever had and Iro is an EXCELLENT chef. Her list of meals is very extensive and they taste great! We went out to eat once and regretted it because her food taste better. The house is perfect for a family with small children because of the trampoline and play set in the back. My children played from sun up to bedtime because they even played in the dark. The beach, marina and grocery store are not far away in the golf cart. The owner is not far away if you need something. This is definitely paradise. We will return!

Right at Home!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this villa! First of all, Isabel, the owner of the villa was extremely helpful and endlessly patient with all my questions! Upon arrival at the villa, Oscar and Bianela were so warm and welcoming that we felt as though we had gone to stay at a friend's house! As soon as I walked into the house, I called it "Bella Casa" because it was so pretty, yet it had a warm, lived-in feel that made all of us feel as if it were our own house and we could just drop our bags and relax! The food was so delicious and beautifully presented that we decided to eat all our meals at the house except for a couple of lunches. Whenever we returned to the villa, Oscar and Bianela were there catering to our every need from making a pot of tea in the afternoon to going out to buy medicine for one of us who had a sore throat. They really do want to make you happy in every way! It was truly the most stress-free vacation we've ever had! As I write this review, I wish we were back at "Bella Casa" getting pampered by Oscar and Bianela!

The staff and owner could not have been more accommodating and gracious. The meals at the villa were outstanding. What a great cook and team the staff make. Another fantastic vacation in paradise

This was our sixth year at this wonderful house. Perfectly situated for golf and tennis and a short golf cart ride to the beautiful beach. We love the owner and the villa staff - they are attentive to every need and really ensure a fabulous vacation. Great dining in La Romana and in Casa de Campo. What can I say!! This is a fantastic !!!

This is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath situated right on the 2nd hole of LRCC. Isabel has invited us to use her home for 5 years now. We’ll be back next year too.The house is well over 4000 sq ft, nicely decorated with a great layout. In my opinion, the most important feature is the people who work in the house, Ironellys and Francesco. These two beautiful people can’t seem to do enough to make your stay one to remember. Last year, we had a wedding at the country club, Isabel and Marcos did so much for us as the local connection. We are forever grateful.

Beautiful, spacious house. Had different ambiences so every guest could find a spot to read and/or relax individually. The house service was excellent, you felt like in a hotel, and meals were served inside or outside on the patio. Very much recommend it.

Beautiful villa, great location, and wonderful staff!

We just returned from a wonderful week in the Dominican Republic. This was our second family trip to Casa de Campo and our first time staying at 11 Almendros. The Villa is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Our group of five loved the outdoor areas and spent many hours by the pool and hot tub . Iro and Francisco could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Whenever we needed something or an errand run they were there to help . We loved Iro’s cooking and a special highlight was a New Year’s Eve dinner served outdoors under the stars! Isabel could not have been more helpful in helping us plan and prepare for our vacation. She helped us with many things including dinner reservations, tee times, concert tickets, and much more. We have rented many villas over the years for our family vacations but we have never encountered someone like Isabel who works so very, very hard to make sure that everything is perfect for her guests. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to visit Casa de Campo. It is a very special place with a great location convenient to the beach, the marina, and all of the golf courses. Thank you Isabel, Iro and Francisco for making our vacation so special! We will definitely be coming back!

Best time ever

We stayed 9 days with my family from ages 2yeard to 70 years old. We loved casa De Campo and most of all our villa and amazing staff Iro and Fancisco. The villa is like staying at someone's home ( which it is :-)) . Isabel was delightful, very helpful and patient and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. There are many places to eat at the marina and at Altos De Chavon. Best golf ever!. The pool at this villa was heated with solar power so it was perfect for everyone. We spent many hours in the pool. Francisco would make drinks for us while lounging at the pool. The villa has a play set and trampolinein the back yard, and a mini kitchen for kids close to the pool area. Lots of games like scrabble and pictionary (in Spanish). The staff does not speak English but you can use google translator. There is a grocery at the marina but very expensive. Go to Jumbo Grocery in La Romana not far away for major groceries. They will do your laundry at an extra cost. I tried to do my own but Iro wanted to do it. Francisco will go to the marina and get groceries for you at no extra cost. Meals are great. Iro is a wonderful cook. They worked hard to make our stay wonderful. The beach minitas is small but beautiful. You can snorkel on this beach. We saw a couple squids. We took a boat over to Catalina island. It was very nice water but not much food options there. My brother did the shooting and that fun for them We did a cruise to sanoa island and this was fun but very long I cant say enough great things about our stay. We were so pleased with everything. Thank you Isabel for sharing your home with us. If you are ever in our neck of the woods, we would love to meet up

It gets better every year. We have been staying here for many years and can't wait to come back. Isabel does a wonderful job of equipping this beautiful villa and the staff is marvelous. Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are superb. Dinner out on the patio is the best. There is plenty of space for the group to get together and plenty of spaces for privacy as well. Easy to recommend.

Absoultely Perfect!

This was the first time renting a house outside of the US and we couldn't have been more pleased. Everything in the villa was above and beyond what was described on the site. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and we stayed in the outdoor space all day, every day for lounging, swimming and meals. We would take the golf cart and go site-seeing thru the resort, or run to the Marina for a few supplies. The staff was absolutely incredible. I can't say enough about them. They did a fantastic job of preparing and serving amazing meals all week. We were never disappointed with what the cook surprised us with. We never even ate out once! We spoke almost no Spanish, yet had no trouble communicating with the staff, and Isabel was just a phone call away if we had a question. Francisco seemed to know exactly when we needed something and would appear out of nowhere! We have never seen anyone take such pride in his work, making sure that everything was perfect, even down to the perfect table settings. I am already missing his Margarita's and Pina Colada's. They were out of this world. Isabel went out and got us groceries for the first couple of days since we were arriving late the first day which was a great help. Thanks so much Isabel for your great attention to detail and knowing exactly what your guests need while staying at your villa. Also, thanks for answering the numerous questions that I had before our trip. You made our stay truly wonderful!! We hope to see you again next year!!

It was another wonderful week. Isabel and her staff can take care of just about anything. Meals are terrific and eating dinner on the patio is a great experience. Recently renovated bathrooms help make what was a very classy and comfortable villa even more so. WOW!

My first visit here and it was fantastic. Whether it was relaxing in the Hot Tub while sipping a beverage that Danny prepared, or playing some incredably beautiful golf courses, it was tremendous! Waking up to a fresh cup of coffee and a gourmet breakfast was the perfect start to the day. Enjoying a wonderfully prepared lunch was great. But wait, then comes a dinner you won't forget. The home was perfect for our four couples. Didn't need a car, went everywhere on a golf cart. As a travel agent, I would strongly recommend staying here.

The Perfect Place

This was our first (but definitely not our last!) stay at Isabel's wonderful villa. There were ten of us. I don't think I can well describe how exquisitely warm and wonderful this villa and our entire villa experience was. It started well before we arrived with Isabel's personal attention to every aspect of our trip and every detail that could enhance it. She filled the house not only with all of the food and extras that we wanted (including gluten free!) but also with tastefully sweet holiday decorations making the villa into our home away. Once arrived we met Danny and Iro, the wonderful people -- now friends -- at the villa who made the trip so extra special and attended to everything we could possibly have wanted. From morning coffee, delicious breakfasts set up beautifully outside to afternoon snacks, pitchers of margaritas and home made juices, Danny and Iro exceeded our and anybody's reasonable expectations of what a staff could provide. Danny organized an entire day trip on a hired boat for us to a private island and swimming hole, came with us to make it perfect, and kept a watchful eye on us as if we were his family. Iro's cooking, with a warm smile, was a delight, and Isabel was always a phone call away to help us with anything we wanted. From golf carts to airport transfers, restaurant choices, groceries, even help with a hotel when our flight home got cancelled, Isabel ensured that this New Years in the DR 2016 was the perfect trip in the perfect place. We will soon be back. At our home in the DR.

Three Years and counting

My group of eight just finished our third year renting . The bathrooms had just been refurbished making the house completes. Iro and Danny make the house perfect. Isabel has found the perfect couple to provide excellent meals and customer service. We never leave without a recipe or cooking lesson from Iro and Danny meets us at the door with ice tea. We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Week

This was our first stay at Isabel's lovely home. The house is extremely warm and inviting, and is in the perfect location, with easy access to the beach, marina, and Altos de Chavon. Isabel was so helpful with all of our arrangements, including stocking the fridge with food we had ordered, and leaving extra special treats for our sons for Easter. The house staff--Danny and Iro--greeted us as soon as we arrived. They helped us get settled, and we were able to relax right away. Danny and Iro were so incredibly kind to us, and made our week very special. Every meal was perfect, the house was beautiful, and Danny helped us with all of our activity reservations. The hardest part was leaving! We hope to be back very soon! Thank you again, Isabel!

It just keeps getting better

This was another excellent stay at this wonderful villa. We have been coming back for many years and have already booked our trip for next year (2016). Isabel is happy to take care of arrangements and her staff are exceptional. Meals, -breakfast, lunch and dinner- are terrific and they truly take care to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

New guests we almost always try to meet them and bring some dominican treats so they enjoy some of our traditional cuisine.
