There are problems with laminate on cabinets pulling off. Cleanliness was very good and a very pretty condo .

Hangout Fest weekend.

Had a great time. Quick easy walk to the festival. Balcony view was great, little market groceries right across the street.

Our experience at this condo was good. There were a few minor things that weren’t perfect but the property management company was helpful. Overall we had a nice time!

Our New Beach Getaway!

What an amazing stay - the condo was perfect! (The photos do not show just how cute and well decorated.) We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the dolphins & evening dinners on the deck gazing at the stars. The beds are comfortable, condo well-stocked, and Management Staff very responsive to our questions. We will return to Gulf Shores - hopefully minus Covid - and stay in #1104 Crystal Shores!

Such a wonderful vacation!

Crystal Shores condo 1104 was everything and more that we hoped it would be. It was perfect for my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids)! The room itself was nice. Felt very welcoming. The property manager was such a delight and the one issue we had was immediately taken care of by the friendly maintenance staff. Overall my family and I were very pleased with our stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

Short vacay with friends

Easy check in. Grocery store across street, small local place but had everything we needed. Walk , easily , to a couple restaurants. Luna beach property was the best. When I mentioned worn out chairs at 9pm they had new ones delivered by noon next day. Easy Peasy 4 days.

Labor Day Getaway

The condo is very nice, decorated very cute. The king bed next to balcony was very comfy, the queen bed was good. The sofa sleeper was not very comfortable however. The location is as close to the ocean as you can be which was so nice. The only problem we had was the elevator was sometimes slow and sometimes not working during our stay. It was a really great trip though~ we had an amazing time!

Our condo was not available, they put us in an inferior condo.

5 days before we departed from Missouri, Luna Propertiies told that our condo wasn't available, and they offerred us a condo which was outdated and had a tiny beach. We made the best of it, but we didn't get any kind of refund. We feel that our original condo was Superior to the one they placed us in. Won't want to use Luna Properties again.

Disappointed

we were very disappointed in the cleaning of it . I have some pictures to send you . We had to clean countertops and all kitchen utensils /cups plates. This is the first place from VRBO I’ve rented that was very nasty. Everything was greasy. I know I had to pay a cleaning fee and the person who rented before us had to so not sure what happened. We left the unit better than we found it. There is mold on the mattress on sleeper sofa. I’ll send you a picture. No potholders you offer cooking sheets for the oven and no way to get them out I rented a unit that came with two king beds. I do not understand why it does not come with two parking passes and we had one of the cars get a notice on the windshield before it was even time to get the parking pass. They had already put a notice on the windshield that it was gonna get towed if it didn’t get one. And no grilling utensils at all. Just thought you should know. Great spot on the Gulf

We had a great time at this property and would return. Easy access to the beach with a fob. The beach was busy but not overcrowded. Access to covered parking or outside spots. The pool is small, but our kids still enjoyed it! The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We loved the views from the balcony!

Crystal Shores West 1104

Great property! Beautiful decor, lots of good quality towels and bedding. Very clean condo and kitchen supplied nicely. Loved this property and will definitely use it again in the future.

Accommodations We’re not in very good shape

We’re not in very good shape. The floors were dirty, the rugs were filthy. We felt we had to walk around in our shoes. There was still food on the floor. Enjoyed our stay in golf Shores but not sure we would rent from this particular property again.

Fall vacation on the beach is the best!

The weather was mostly perfect. The water was warm and clear. Our neighbors were most helpful in getting us off the beach with all the beach gear. We ate some great seafood and shopped our favorite stores. We had a perfect week and recommend staying at Crystal Shores. Thanks for the hospitality. Sincerely, Debbie and April.
