EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT, EMPLACEMENT !! Tropic Isles est un complexe familial à front de golfe, de faible densité (seulement 40 unités au total) situé sur la plage au cœur de Gulf Shores. Nous sommes situés à environ 0,3 mile à l'ouest de l'autoroute 59 "T" et de la plage publique, ce qui signifie que vous serez à distance de marche de Bahama Bob's, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, des restaurants et des boutiques de souvenirs. Si cela ne vous dérange pas de sauter dans la voiture, vous êtes à quelques minutes de Gulf State Pier, d'Orange Beach, de Flora-Bama, du quai et de l'amphithéâtre, du zoo, des terrains de golf, des marinas, de Fort Morgan, du ferry pour l'île Dauphin, des visites des dauphins ou un court trajet en voiture vers le nord sur l'autoroute 59 jusqu'à l'Outlet Mall pour faire du shopping.

Tropic Isles # 402 est une chambre à coucher, 1 1/2 salle de bain avec des lits superposés dans le couloir (adapté aux petits enfants) et un canapé-lit queen size. Il y a une porte de poche qui offre une intimité aux couchettes et à la chambre à coucher de la cuisine et du salon si vous le souhaitez. Deux téléviseurs à écran plat, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Nouveau mobilier printemps 2018. Cuisine entièrement meublée avec mises à jour des comptoirs et des appareils au printemps 2017. Laveuse / sécheuse. Cette unité est parfaite pour une petite famille ou un couple ayant besoin d'une escapade tranquille. Tous les balcons donnent sur la piscine chauffée en saison et bénéficient d'une vue directe sur le golfe.

Le complexe Tropic Isles est bien entretenu et offre d'excellents équipements pour ses clients, comme une piscine côté plage (pour les enfants qui ne peuvent pas décider ce qui est plus amusant), une douche extérieure, une zone de grillade au charbon de bois, des salles de bains près de la piscine, un dîner facile d'accès à la plage (courte distance de l'ascenseur et de la piscine) le tout sans le sentiment de monde que vous avez souvent avec les plus grands logements de grande hauteur. Parking sur place (parking handicapé limité) avec de grands chariots pour transporter les effets personnels à l'ascenseur.

The property is centerally located and convenient to shops and restaurants, and the view is gorgeous. We loved the boardwalk to the beach. It makes the trip to the water much easier than all sand. The smaller building keeps the elevator wait time low and the beach is less congested than larger buildings. While some of the tile flooring is showing its age, the furnishings are updated, comfortable and clean. We had a great time in Gulf Shores.

Everything about this experience was wonderful. Condo was perfect for our family. We had a small malfunction when we arrived and the owner was Johnny on the spot and got us back on track. I will definitely be saving this room and hope to be back in the future.

When we get to the condo it was not cleaned well! Black long hairs in both bathrooms, we got there late the first night so we threw our stuff in the condo went to find something to eat then I took a shower and went to bed got up the next day and just from walking around the condo the bottom of me feet was black because the floors was nasty, and the ceiling light in bedroom didn’t work at all and one of the lamps flickered so bad we couldn’t use it. They wanted to make it right by having someone come clean our condo again but that should have been done before we got all of our stuff in there because I don’t like someone in my room with our stuff in there and it’s my vacation I’m not waiting around while someone cleans what SHOULD have been done before we got there!! They could at least refunded the cleaning fees since that was not done but that was not even offered!! We was disappointed!!! The view was great!!

Guest contacted me the morning after arrival with complaints of cleanliness after being in the unit since 6:30 p.m. night before, and I immediately arranged for staff to come reclean and be there within the hour. Guest would not allow staff entry to do so. My Rental Agreement clearly states the following: "If, upon ARRIVAL, you have ANY HOUSEKEEPING issue that needs correcting, report them to the housekeeping staff and owner as outlined in the VRBO Welcome Guide/ABNB House Manual and Arrival Details or email sent by owner so that they may be remedied immediately. NO DISCOUNTS/REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HOUSEKEEPING issues." Since guest called me the next day after being in the unit overnight and at that point would have been impossible to tell what area was mishandled by staff. My cleaning staff and I both take cleanliness of the unit seriously. Had she allowed my staff to reclean I would have offered her a refund on the cleaning fee right then. Guest made contact after departure and stated she felt she should have had a refund. Guest satisfaction is important to me so I gave her a refund of the cleaning fee against my own policy. Refund wasn't offered by me at the time as the cleanliness of the unit was not important enough to allow staff to remedy the problem. Had maintenance go check lights day of departure and all lights were working fine.

We loved that this was a small complex and that there was no wait for the elevator. Our view was perfect and we were in walking distance of so many great restaurants. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet with no traffic in and out beside our room. We would definitely book again,

Gulf Shores was close to our home in Madison, MS. Its an easy drive from about anywhere in the south. The beaches are fantastic and the home is reasonably priced and we pass the savings on to you!! Its great for a week at the beach and close enough for a weekend getaway.
