Belle maison de ville située à quelques minutes de la plage de Lewes

Notre maison est à quelques minutes du parc d'état de Cape Henlopen, de Lewes Beach et de Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk. Restaurants, magasins de détail, magasins et boutiques sont quelques-unes des attractions situées à proximité. * Lewes Park and Ride est une promenade rapide ou en voiture.
Le premier étage a deux espaces salon / salle à manger séparés et une grande chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète et une baignoire jacuzzi. Le deuxième étage a un grand grenier parfait pour regarder un film, jouer à des jeux et jouer au baby-foot. Un canapé-lit et un lit de repos avec un lit gigogne se trouvent également dans la mezzanine. Les deux chambres restantes comprennent une avec un lit queen et une autre avec deux lits superposés.
Le pont arrière est parfait pour passer vos matinées au soleil et vos soirées à l'ombre. Notre piscine communautaire est ouverte de façon saisonnière du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail.

Well maintained, tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Acme. Pool was delightful. Fairly close proximity to bike trail and beaches. Home was comfortable and kitchen well stocked.

This home had everything you could need. It was clean, spacious, fully stocked and a great location. It's a huge bonus having the beach items in the garage, linens and towels being included, saves on the room when packing. We had a slight issue at check in time, but the host was quick to remedy it and make sure our stay went smoothly. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again in the future.

Great As Always

The house is a must stay. I’m never disappointed in the hose! They always provide linens and there are other kitchen necessities they have. Whether you’re riding bike or walking there is plenty of room in the area. I always look forward to booking this home .

We had a wonderful vacation with our grand children. The house was roomy and well stocked. The location was close to everything and on the bus route. There was ample parking and the kids enjoyed the pool as well as the adults.

Great spot

Had a lovely stay. House was as advertised. Our host was quick to respond to the questions we had. Beds were comfortable. Grotto Pizza is just a stone's throw away, as is the main road that goes through Lewes, although it's far enough away that you don't hear any road noise.

Great house.

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was large and the Master bedroom had a soaking tub that I used every night. There is a variety of beach things in the garage for everyone’s use. I would definately go to this house again.

Family beach week

We had a great week at this house, despite some rainy days in the middle. The house is roomy and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the games, tv etc. This was our 2nd stay here with our family so it was easy to feel at home! We like to explore both Lewes and Cape Henlopen beaches, and find the townhouse to be nicely located for easy access to many things. The community is quiet and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with needed cookware essentials. The beds/ linens/ towels are nice quality. Thank you!

Fantastic getaway with family and friends

We so very much enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s townhouse! Everything was super clean and the property was so incredibly well equipped we didn’t need for anything! We were a party of 10 and got comfortably with no problems at all. It was in a great location close to Lewes beach which we love, downtown Lewes, and Rehoboth. Just a short drive to all those places and surrounded by anything you would need from restaurants to supermarkets. It was stocked with games, beach equipment, and TVs in pretty much every room so no one fought over what to watch! Anytime I had a question or needed something Alicia responded within minutes but I didn’t even really need to contact her because everything was so easy and went so smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this property….would give 10 stars if I could!!

Beach Vacation

This place was a great area, close to the beach, and comfortable. We were looking for a place to stay that wouldn’t break the bank, but allowed for flexibility for spending the day at the beach or playing at the pool or just having some down time in a comfortable place. It was all of those things. We have young kids and having a room for them to go to sleep earlier at night while the rest of us watched tv or something was exactly what we needed.The fridges and freezer made it so we didn’t have to go out to eat the whole time and allowed us to have cold beverages as well.I have a hard time sleeping, but found the master bedroom bed very comfortable. That was huge! Two full bathrooms made it easier when returning from the beach for everyone to get cleaned up.The only drawbacks were some things that were not as clean as we would have liked, but that was a small thing. We cleaned it and moved on. Checkout time was at 10 and we were rushing a bit to get out on time, an extra hour would have been helpful.Overall this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Great location. Spacious and clean.

Great location...easy drive to beaches and state park. Place was well kept, clean and very spacious....much bigger than photos let on. Great amenities. Pool was clean and spacious and easy to walk to. Neighborhood quiet with the exception of the landscapers that woke us up mowing and trimming bushes. We had 8 people in our group and could have easily had more without it feeling crowded. Only a couple downsides....the upstairs bedrooms get a lot of sunlight in the afternoon making the rooms very warm to sleep even with ceiling fans going. I’d recommend getting some blackout shades so they can block out the sun and keep those rooms cooler in the evening. Also, the pantry is locked so there was no where to put our food. We had to have it out all over the countertops and on top of the fridge. Overall a great place and a great vacation!

Fabulous well-stocked home

My family and I stayed in this home for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my aging parents to not have to navigate stairs, and the upstairs space was great for my 3 and 6 year old kids. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys as we had travelled via airplane and weren’t able to pack these items. The manager was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The entire process was very smooth. Would highly recommend!
