Great end unit townhome in the resort style community of Sawgrass at White Oak Creek. Brand new A/C units. Home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths covering 3, 300 sq. ft. of living space. Custom kitchen with granite counters, tile back splash, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Large living room leading out to the wet bar and deck overlooking the wooded area. Master bedroom with custom bath, two additional bedrooms on third floor, one with private deck. The lower ground level has a large bedroom with full hall bath. Sawgrass has two pools, tennis, and fitness centers for your enjoyment. Easy drive to downtown Rehoboth and the beaches.

Very responsive and accommodating! Provided detailed instructions days prior to the stay, as well as prior to checking out. It was a wonderful place to stay! Would recommend!

Family Time

We stayed at this lovely property with our adult children and their families. There was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very helpful. The community was very nice and quiet.

Owner was very communicative even days leading up to check-in. Gave detailed instructions and was friendly. Plenty of parking and house was impressive upon entry. Kitchen had all amenities we were looking for- microwave, keurig, toaster, blender and regular coffee pot as well. Loved having the sink in its own island.Gas appliances were great

We love this house! It has 3 floors and the middle floor is open from the kitchen to the living room. This is a great space that we could all be together at the same time. It had everything that you would need on a beach vacation. This house is very spacious and you never feel crowded. Most of the bedrooms except one is on the 3 rd floor which allows you to watch tv or grab a snack while people are sleeping. This was our second stay at this property and will not be our last!

Relaxing in Rehoboth

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Rehoboth. The place was clean & tidy with plenty of soap & hand sanitizer. We liked the extras that Roxanne & Peter provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property!

The house is in a great location in Rehoboth Beach! Close to the outlets & stores. The community pools are in great condition and the one pool is in walking distance of the house. Great find!

Excellent property and location - highly recommend!

Perfect home-away-from-home for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed/wanted. The location is far enough away from the main road (Coastal Hwy) but close enough to shopping, restaurants and various DE beaches. Will definitely consider renting this property again. Many thanks to the owners for their responsiveness and for sharing their beautiful home.

Relaxing vacation!

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The location is great as it is off the main strip of Rehoboth but very close to everything! The townhouse is spacious and well stocked. We all felt very comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed using the bikes and the community pool. Lewes beach and Rehoboth beaches were about a 15 minute drive so very convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Family Paradise by the Shore

What a fabulous vacation home. Beautiful, well-stocked, impeccably maintained. It was incredibly spacious and airy with a beach feel. We enjoyed having coffee on the front balcony which was just off the kitchen. Our teenagers enjoyed having access to the beautiful community pool, tennis courts and fitness center which was a nice alternative to the beach. It was conveniently located and we could be on the Rehoboth boardwalk within 15 minutes. Access to all of the beaches and restaurants was a very short and mostly traffic-free ride. Beautiful home - thank you for hosting our family. Highly recommend!

Great stay

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. We had 4 adults (including myself) and 5 children (ranging from 6 to 15). Everyone had plenty of space. The house was very nice and the owners were easy to contact for questions. The couple next door were very friendly! The pool and fitness center are only a few steps away. Pool is nice and big and there's a kiddie pool in the back that we discovered the 2nd day there. Home is near everything only short drives. Also appreciated the "back roads" to Giant food store or wherever else we could get away with it. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house

This house had way more room than anticipated. My sisters-in-laws and I take our grandchildren for a beach vacation. The other places we have stayed for did not have a large enough room where we could all be together.The open floor plan on the second floor was large enough so we could all be in the same area. Everything was in working order and clean. There were plenty of beds and linen. They also had it stocked with necessities plus more. The location is a little off route 1 which made us feel more safe as well as the gated community. We will definitely try to book this property again for our next trip.

The house was lovely, however the AC system had significant problems from prior tenants. Although the hosts sent HVAC out, it was unable to be fixed, which made for a miserable week during the hottest time of summer. The home is lovely but communicate with host prior to make sure all AC units are working, upstairs and down.

Disappointing Townhouse

Air conditioning only worked on the third floor. Note on thermostat on second floor said a/c did not work. Ants were the bedroom where my daughter and grandson was in. The last two nights they had to stay in my apartment the next town over. There was also a cockroach in the dishwasher. The bushes out front need to be trimmed. My car door was hitting the Holly bush every time I had to get in and out. Another tree was covering the house number The community pool and amenities was great. The pool was big and clean not crowded.
