Dernier ajout à l'inventaire des locations de vacances de luxe de DM! Panoramique, panoramique et calme, ce condo situé au dernier étage était la résidence du développeur dans Seasons at Sandpoint et se trouve à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et du centre-ville! Ce condo dispose de planchers de bois franc, de comptoirs en granit et d'une touche de designer! Incroyable maison à un étage située au nord de la saison. Calme et serein, à proximité du sentier de randonnée Pend Oreille Bay, offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Pend Oreille et les montagnes de Selkirk et du Cabinet. Profitez de la piscine toujours chauffée, du bain à remous, des installations de travail, du parking souterrain et du débarcadère privé du port de plaisance. I have stayed at this property multiple times. It's clean, kept in great order, and the management company does a very good job. Prime spot for lake and mountain views.

Location was beautiful and very convenient. The unit was very clean and comfortable and stylish. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only tiny concern was we couldn't find things like the pool hours or if the kayaks on the beach were available for use. Not big deals at all though.

Great Accommodations

The condo was conveniently located near the main part of the city. It was nicely furnished and had little extras such as binoculars and a good selection of games. The view was fantastic and one of the things we appreciated the most since we were there in November was the underground parking.

Wonderful condo

This was our first visit to Sandpoint to go skiing at Schweitzer. The condo was exactly as pictured and worked perfectly for our family of four. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. And the location was perfect, within walking distance to All of the shops and restaurants in town and a quick drive to the mountain.

Beautiful views, beautiful condo/decorations, all the furnishings were very comfortable, fully stocked with everything we might have forgotten and/or needed. Owner quick to respond and checked in to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

Perfecttion

Gorgeous, beautifully decorated condo with gourmet kitchen and extremely well equipped. The views across the lake to the mountains beyond is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Just 25 minutes to Skiing at Schweitzer and an easy walk to Sandpoint restaurants. Perfect accommodations and a perfect location. Great hot tub overlooking the lake for post ski relaxation too. From Vitginia- we’ll be back!

We wish we didn’t have to leave

Extremely happy with our stay. We would stay again at this condo again in a heartbeat. The host has the condo packed with everything you could want. Going to the beach was so nice and easy because of the wagon and beach chairs, beach towels, etc etc. Everything was so nicely remodeled, we were extremely comfortable and happy the entire time. Thank you so much for making our stay so incredible!

Beautiful Condo

Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath - nicely stocked kitchen and very comfortable common space with a fireplace. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. A little difficult regulating temp between living room with fireplace and the bedrooms. Close to Schweitzer and nice to come back from a day of skiing to the common large hot tub- and used the fitness room the next day too. Walked into town for a great dinner at Baxters- all around a great getaway to Sandpoint.

Best views

We enjoyed the condo very much. Easy access to town. The beach was never crowded! The pool and hot tub were used every evening. The condo had all the space we needed for everyone to be comfortable. The only thing that could have been improved was the info about the amenities for the property. We had no idea where to park until we called, we had no idea if the fire pit was for everyone to use - no info about the gym, pool hours. It was easy information to find out by reaching out and asking it just would have been nice if there was an info page about everything.

Stunning View

We can't sa enough about this place. It had everything we wanted or needed. The view was stunning. It was quiet and convenient. It was perfectly clean and well-kept. The kitchen was a joy. and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The facility offerings of pool. spa. exercise space, yoga room, etc. were lovely. The instructions were easy to follow. The covered, gated garage felt safe and ample. The walking trial was beautiful. The BBQ and common areas were immaculate. Everybody with whom we interacted were kind and welcoming.

Incredible space and location

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. Check in and check out were a breeze, the space was immaculate and beautiful and the location, walkable to shops, trails and restaurants, can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience!

Fantastic View

What a great property. The property it’s self is updated, modern and complete with everything a couple/family would need for 2 nights stay to 10 days. I have stayed in too many VRBO’s over the last 20 yrs and this one rates in the top 5% ever. Then get the view involved and it is the best. There is a private balcony that completes the condo. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed and will love it.

Good times

We had a great time! Really enjoyed the condo that we rented, except for the ridiculous amount of spiders on the balcony, but other than that, it was great.

One of the most well-equipped and tastefully comfortable places I have stayed. Perfect for our family getaway of 6 adults. Every thoughtful detail was right on target. (We didn’t want to leave)
