Welcome to our lakefront condo, steps from Lake Pend Oreille in downtown Sandpoint. This one bed/one bath unit at Condo del Sol is the perfect getaway to enjoy everything Sandpoint has to offer year round.

Guests can enjoy our kayaks and bikes to explore the area, with all downtown shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away. The roomy lakefront balcony has cozy seating with endless views of the water and surrounding mountains. The condo complex has two (heated) community outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a marina with boat slips.

We are located in Condo del Sol, a waterfront living community that has been a fixture of Sandpoint since 1972. Condo Del Sol’s South Sandpoint location makes for easy access to downtown activities as well as lake and river fun. Walk, bike, or kayak to the Sandpoint Marina, City Beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, breweries, and coffee shops. Schweitzer Mountain Resort is only a 25 minute drive away.

Make use of the nearby Long Bridge bike and walking path and enjoy the fabulous lake and mountain views surrounding the complex. Two pools, two tennis courts, volleyball & basketball courts, a barbecue area and plenty of green space are also on the property.

Great little getaway!

We so enjoyed our time in this well-appointed condo! You can walk everywhere and our kids loved the pool and lake options. The unit is well thought out and contained everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We would definitely return again!

Great place to stay!

Everything was well laid out and felt roomy despite the limited floor space. Open kitchen with eating space, comfortable furniture, good wifi, great bed and amazing view from the deck! And only a short walk to the main shopping area of town and City Beach. What could be better? Looking forward to our next stay!

Very Convenient

Nice location and close to downtown and all services. Highway and rail noise is the only downside, otherwise a nice place to land for a week.

Super comfortable and restful stay!

Jordan has done a wonderful job making this place a welcoming home away from home. well equipped kitchen, super comfy bed, nice living area to enjoy a movie or book. Wish we could have enjoyed the cute patio but wildfire smoke kept us inside and we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks either. Easy walk to downtown to shop, enjoy a movie and eat. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot!

This was a coat stay in a perfect location with all the amenities. The water was low so didn’t quite get to take advantage of the pools or complete lake view, but in the Summer it would be amazing. Still beautiful views from the balcony, though. Fall in Sandpoint is spectacular!

Location

Great location to downtown. City Beach. and major access roads. Beautiful view. At first road noise was bothersome but we quickly acclimated ans peaceful deck view putweighed road noise.

Beautiful condo on the lake! Comfortable bed, lots of towels to use at the pool, kayaks for the lake, and bikes to ride around town! Roku TVs easy to use, but confusing light switches. Could use a few more amenities for guests, by comparisons to other VEBO rentals we've had.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

At Condo del Sol our guests have access to both community pools (one shallow pool, one deep pool - both heated), two tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a bbq grilling area. All of the green space/lawn is community property and free to enjoy. There are entry stairs to the water right next to our condo; here you can enter with the kayaks or take a swim.

The bedroom has a king size bed, closet space, a dresser for guests to make use of, and a smart TV.

The bathroom is small but functional; it has a shower but no tub. Right outside the bathroom is a stacking washer and dryer that guests are free to use.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware, drinkware, pots and pans, cooking utinsels, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, mini waffle maker, tupperware, foil + plastic wrap, ziploc bags, etc. Salt and pepper, oil and vinegar are stocked and available for guests.

Our coffee + tea station provides an electric kettle, a single cup Keurig (pods provided), and an Aeropress (bring your own espresso grounds, or pick some up at our favorite local roaster Evans Brothers Coffee).

The living area has a couch that can pull up to form a full size bed, with bedding provided. There is a smart TV and electric fireplace. You'll find a basket of beach/pool towels provided for guest use.

Our balcony has comfy seating and endless water views.

**Please be advised that this is a waterfront community and bugs/insects are around! Our cleaners work hard to sweep and wipe down the balcony area in between guests, but during the peak summer season it's difficult to keep up. We are steps from the water and bugs come along with the territory!
