La 1re unitĂ© comprend 1 chambre Ă  coucher avec cuisine, salle de bain, salon avec canapĂ©-lit, laveuse, sĂ©cheuse, foyer au gaz, balcon avec vue sur la riviĂšre. Se connecte Ă  la 2Ăšme unitĂ© qui est un studio avec un canapĂ©-lit, un lit escamotable, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© comme 1 unitĂ© pouvant accueillir 8 ou 2 unitĂ©s pouvant en accueillir 4 chacune. Les Ă©quipements de Deer Park comprennent un Ă©tang de baignade, une piscine intĂ©rieure, un bain Ă  remous, un sauna, un centre de fitness, une salle de jeux, un sentier de dĂ©couverte de la nature, un Ă©tang de patinage (hiver), une aire de jeux, des terrains de tennis et des paniers de basketball. Great vacation spot

This is a very comfortable and spacious stay perfect for traveling with family and friends. You can’t beat the location being in the White Mountains near shops, restaurants, and hikes with the added amenities of Deer Park. The highlight is the beautiful lake perfect for a summer stay!

Great accommodation

The apartment was a good size and very clean.The beds were comfy, the showers were powerful and hot, and added bonus of washing machine and dryer, even detergent. The apartment has lovely views overlooking trees and a small river, the resort itself was nice.

Great place for a family

We had a great time during our stay. The proximity to the indoor pool, beach and stream made this wonderful for our young family. The unit was clean and we were thankful for the ac on the 90 degree day we had. The kitchen has most of the basics but was missing measuring cups and grill tools etc if you plan to cook. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place

The place is very nice. Clean and big has two kitchens and two tables, 7 chairs if you get both units. You can use the pool and all the activities in the main building.

Perfect getaway

Our friends just bought a condo at Deer Park, so we wanted to go for the weekend to check it out. It was perfect for our needs & fit our family of 3 kids fine. It was in a really good location, right across from the clubhouse & the river was in the back. It’s a beautiful spot.

Wonderful Vermont Condo

Perfectly located, whether hiking, skiing, or just hanging out. Very clean and cozy condo. Queen bed, plus Murphy bed (if you rent both sides). Two baths. Beautiful property, with the river right out back. Close to the Franconia Ridge for hiking; couple of breweries nearby.

The place was bigger than I expected. Spacious. Bed was comfy. The jacuzzi tub was awesome! Unfortunately it rained all weekend and the pool was under renovations so I can really review the amenities at the resort itself. However the area seemed nice and clean. The front desk were very friendly. A nice place overall.

Good place, responsive owners

Unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Everything worked well, heat was a little tricky (would get too hot so the thermostats prob are out of adjustment). Owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Location was good. Pool and hot tub is nice but the company is overly restrictive with the rules (not even allowed to bring a bottle of water into the pool and hot tub area). Would stay here again.

Great family friendly place

We absolutely love Deer Park Resort. It's so family friendly and has such a beautiful beach to enjoy. Linda was amazing to work with with any questions I had. She was responsive in a very timely manner. I thought the rate was very reasonable. We loved the lock out unit as we brought up our 18 & 15yr old children they were able to have their own space yet we were able to keep our eye on them. The unit was spacious enough for 5 of us. I would definitely rent from Linda again! We had a great time!

Lovely Clean Riverside Condo.

Great experience! Got lucky finding this place. Centrally located on lovely grounds with a swimming pond, pool, hot tub and fitness center. Clean with friendly staff. You have to clean up after yourself, do the dishes/load washer, strip linens, take trash to the dumpster, but it’s well worth it! Good price, lovely river side scenery w picnic areas and charcoal grills available. Loved it. Will definitely consider another stay! Grateful!

Our Home Away From Home

We come to NH every summer and for a while have been staying at DeerPark!! This was my first time renting from Linda and it was such an easy great experience!! Being able to have the two units together was perfect (especially with teens) ;) We we were nice and close to the pond which was great!!! Linda was available when ever I had a question for her!! We had a blast and can’t wait for next summer!!!

Great location and good value

We stayed here 2 nights with a 11, 12, and 13 year old (plus 2 adults). The unit is a little aged, but great value and location. We were hiking Mt. Moosilauke, which was a 25 minutes away. Location is also convenient for restaurants/shops of Lincoln. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable (even the pull outs); would stay again.
