Un condominium de style jardin de trois chambres et deux salles de bain à Deer Park Resort. Entrez dans ce condo au deuxième étage par le foyer et entrez dans l'espace de vie principal spacieux comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four à micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, un coin repas pouvant accueillir de six à huit personnes et un salon avec cheminée et télévision à écran plat. De la zone de vie accéder à la terrasse arrière où vous pourrez vous détendre à la table et profiter de la vue sur la rivière. À gauche du salon principal se trouve la suite parentale avec lit queen, télévision, salle de bain privée attenante et vue sur la rivière. Juste à l'extérieur de la chambre principale se trouve le placard à linge avec laveuse / sécheuse superposée. Alors que sur la droite, vous trouverez une deuxième salle de bain complète et deux chambres supplémentaires. L'une de ces chambres est dotée d'un lit queen-size et offre une vue sur la rivière. L'autre chambre dispose d'un ensemble de lits superposés.

Assurez-vous de passer du temps à la piscine intérieure et au centre de remise en forme de Deer Park ou sur la plage de sable privée donnant sur le lac. Dans toute la région, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités saisonnières et tout au long de l'année pour faire du shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d'attractions (y compris parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tram, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard. Ski nordique, raquette, randonnée, VTT, baignade en rivière, kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

The condo was wonderful. We used the kitchen everyday. I didn’t see a griddle, that would’ve been nice for pancakes. All in all we were all very happy.

White Mountains trip

The place itself was perfect for us with a beautiful and convenient location. Very close to downtown Lincoln and North Woodstock. Overall impression is positive! The only drawback is that we arrived after dark and the entrance to building was poorly lit (perhaps there’s a light out?) making it difficult to see the steps.

Wonderful

All was great except for living room couches. They were very low to the ground and difficult to get up from for the older renters.Also, instructions for how to use tv would be helpful.

Overall a nice stay. Its a large complex, a bit tricky to find for firtst time in the dark. The furnishings were simple and clean. Beds and linens were only ok. The kitchen was great to cook in, they actual have sharp knives (unlike the majority of properties we've stayed at)! The heat was confusing & different in every room, would've appreciated guidance there. The river is literally off the back deck & beautiful. My kids played on the big rock out front & at the river. The pool is great (3 min drive), though it gets really hot in there if you're not swimming! Locker rooms very clean. Close to highway & all Lincoln attractions. overall it was a nice, basic, spacious place to stay in a great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had everything we needed for our Columbus Day weekend. The location was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had with the condo is that the entryway had a very unpleasant smell. It may have been the trash from the previous tenant was kept there, or possibly an animal had perished in the walls of the condo. It was unfortunate because every time we entered the smell would permeate into the condo and linger.

Very hard, and very difficult to get up from. Dining room chairs were small. Bed was a double--all other Deer Park condos we have stayed at had at least one queen. But the condo was very clean and well supplied and in a great location on the river.

Booking was super easy. They called to let us know there was no AC but it didn’t matter because it was nice and cool in the unit in the middle of July. Place was nicer than it shows in the pictures. I will be booking again soon.

Our host’s condo was clean and well-maintained. Everything we could have needed was supplied for our stay. Deer Park is quiet and is located in a beautiful setting. We were able to utilize the pool and hot tub, and although we did not use the other amenities such as the racquetball and tennis courts it was nice to have them available. A lovely stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have previously stayed at the location so we knew what to expect. The only disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. The house cleaner left soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Food from previous tenant was left in the freezer. The mattress in queen size bedroom was uncomfortable. When you tried to move the box spring made a loud squeaking noise.
