Cet appartement touristique à Málaga centre est situé au dixième étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur dans le quartier de la Malagueta, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage, l'un des quartiers les plus exclusifs de Málaga.



Avec son emplacement magnifique et des vues imprenables, ce bel appartement de construction récente offre une opportunité unique de profiter d'une escapade parfaite à Malaga, mêlant ville et plage.



L'appartement de vacances Málaga centre comprend un salon avec un canapé, un téléviseur à écran plat et une cuisine ouverte. Depuis le salon, on accède à une charmante terrasse offrant une vue sur la zone portuaire Muelle Uno, la Cathédrale et l'Alcazaba.



La chambre dispose d'un lit double, de placards intégrés et d'un accès à une salle de bain avec douche. On peut accéder à la terrasse depuis la chambre.

Comfortable apartment with a great view of the jabour. Close to.Old Town with its numerous museims and sights. The available parking was important to us ( fairly tight.access even by European standards).

Very nice location. Host met us and was available for any questions we had during the week. Great spot to hit the restaurants on the port or a short walk into town centre. Quick trip to the beach as well.

Beautiful Location

The location is amazing! The best part of the property (other than the view) is the AC and the patio. Because it is centrally located, it is very easy to walk to all the best places. This property is definitely woth the stay.

Great location

We were looking for somewhere near the beach, but not too far away from the city centre. This apartment was ideal and the Host was fantastic with us. The beach is a 2-3 minute walk away, the center is 10-15 mins. There is a development with shops and restaurants near by which was great, and a supermarket at the back of the apartment complex.

Apartment with fantastic view

Great apartment at 10 floor with fantastic view of the harbour and surroundings. Enjoyable to sit at the terrace and watch Malagueta seaside activity and life outside. Close to city centre, nice and pleasant walk into the centre. Close to good restaurants and shops. Clean and nice. Helpful host, easy to communicate with and fast to respond at requests. I will come back.

Loved this apartment! location is perfect. The apartment is very modern and a lovely furnished balcony with great views. Contact with Solaga and Susana the owner was very good. Would definitely book this apartment again. It had everything we both needed for the week. Can´t think of anything, we were very happy with the booking and the meet and greet arrangements.

Excellent apartment for 2 people. Clean and well equipped. As others have noted, the location is great — close to beach, restaurants, historical sites and the downtown area. We loved walking everywhere. The weather in mid November was not spectacular the week we were there, but only one day of rain.

Great location, lovely views

Great location, easy to get to beaches, restaurants and to the historic city centre. Food shops really close by. The flat is small but very efficient in space and well maintained. There is not a full kitchen, but we managed to cook on a few nights. The terrace is spacious and has expansive views across the city - beautiful to sit and people watch, definitely the highlight of the space. Managing company was very easy to work with. Really enjoyable stay.
