Nous vous invitons à passer du temps dans notre charmant appartement à une chambre et à vous laisser choyer avec une hospitalité méridionale. Notre emplacement est le cadre idéal pour une escapade loin de l'agitation et du bruit. Nous sommes situés sur 25 acres de pâturages et de zones boisées entourées de clôtures blanches, toutes entourées par les montagnes de Cumberland. Les motocyclistes, les randonneurs, les kayakistes ou simplement les rêveurs en quête de solitude sont les bienvenus. Profitez des parcs nationaux, des sentiers pittoresques, des cascades, etc., puis revenez "chez vous" à la paix et à la sérénité, où vous attendent des pâturages verts et des brises légères sous des arbres centenaires.

Our stay was amazing! It was very unique being part of a horse barn with all the beautiful views of the pastures. Our dogs loved to be able to roam free. We will definitely try to stay here again!!

This is a beautiful spot to getaway and relax!Clean welcoming and beautiful!!There were storms and snow while we were there and Joy allowed us to park our vehicle in the barn.We will definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming getaway in the country! The home waa spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

We were about 10 miles from a Walmart there was a Dollar General about 4 miles away. We enjoyed the piece and quiet. The property was very beautiful the rental had everything we needed for our stay.

This place was perfect. The views are gorgeous and the accommodations are adorable. I wish we had more time to stay there and actually enjoy the place. The owners are absolutely wonderful and were very responsive. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in town.

Great location but even better accommodations

Honestly I was a little apprehensive about the apartment but I was pleasantly surprised. It was great and my husband and I loved our stay there. We spent two nights and drove to several waterfalls. It was so nice to come home to that apartment after and just relax.

It was a perfect getaway!!! The property is breathtakingly beautiful. Joy and David are amazing hosts. We stay there 5 nights and 4 days. Part of the barn was converted into a small, quaint apartment with all the comforts of home and located about 10 miles from town. The small town of Sparta was fabulous with great shops and restaurants. Several parks and waterfalls to keep us covered in nature. Will definitely stay there again.

David is a fifth generation Floridian, whose ancestors were true Florida pioneers in the early 1800's, rooted in citrus, cattle and pineapple plantations. Joy's family history began in the hills of East Tennessee. Together we have sought to provide unique properties that evoke these rich heritages for travelers who want to step away from busy lives and decompress in a simple, quiet paradise. In addition to this historic Tennessee farmhouse, we have two listings in "Old Florida." Check out Crystal River Hideaway and Manatee Hideaway (in Ft. White, Florida on the Santa Fe River)

As a native Tennessean, I've seen just about all of this grand state, and when my husband and I saw this property, we knew it was a very special place -- definitely the most beautiful area I have seen! Not only beautiful, it is a restful place to retreat to and unwind. You can almost feel the rich history of this 1800s farm and surrounding countryside pulling you back in time!
