Nous vous invitons Ă  passer du temps dans notre charmant appartement Ă  une chambre et Ă  vous laisser choyer avec une hospitalitĂ© mĂ©ridionale. Notre emplacement est le cadre idĂ©al pour une escapade loin de l'agitation et du bruit. Nous sommes situĂ©s sur 25 acres de pĂąturages et de zones boisĂ©es entourĂ©es de clĂŽtures blanches, toutes entourĂ©es par les montagnes de Cumberland. Les motocyclistes, les randonneurs, les kayakistes ou simplement les rĂȘveurs en quĂȘte de solitude sont les bienvenus. Joy came and welcomed us when we arrived made sure we had everything we needed which we did.Everything and anything you would need has been provided inside the charming cottage in the barn. Easy access In-N-Out wonderful time. We will definitely return and we will definitely recommend to friends in the future. Thank you, Joy.

We were about 10 miles from a Walmart there was a Dollar General about 4 miles away. We enjoyed the piece and quiet. The property was very beautiful the rental had everything we needed for our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming getaway in the country! The home waa spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

We had such a wonderful stay! My mom, our family dog, and I loved the peaceful countryside atmosphere—it was the perfect place to slow down and relax. The nearby town of Sparta was just a short drive away and absolutely adorable. We especially thought it was so cool that the Vrbo was built into the stables on their farm—you could actually walk into the stables from the space, which was unlike anything we’d ever seen before! The only thing that would’ve made it better would’ve been if there were horses in the stables!The area was as quiet and calm as we had hoped, though the windy roads to and from town weren’t the easiest, especially after dark. That said, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. Joy, our host, was so sweet—she checked in on us once she returned the second day and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants in Sparta that we loved!And it being pet friendly was amazing—we really wanted a place our 11-year-old dog could tag along, and she got acquainted with the space so quickly, which we loved! Overall, this was a 10/10 stay—perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway away from the big city and crowds.

Feels like home

It was a perfect getaway!!! The property is breathtakingly beautiful. Joy and David are amazing hosts. We stay there 5 nights and 4 days. Part of the barn was converted into a small, quaint apartment with all the comforts of home and located about 10 miles from town. The small town of Sparta was fabulous with great shops and restaurants. Several parks and waterfalls to keep us covered in nature. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location but even better accommodations

Honestly I was a little apprehensive about the apartment but I was pleasantly surprised. It was great and my husband and I loved our stay there. We spent two nights and drove to several waterfalls. It was so nice to come home to that apartment after and just relax.

Tranquil spot

This place was perfect. The views are gorgeous and the accommodations are adorable. I wish we had more time to stay there and actually enjoy the place. The owners are absolutely wonderful and were very responsive. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in town.

Lonely sanctuary

The property is stunning, on expansive wooded acreage to walk/explore. This is no ordinary rental; this is where stress and anxiety melt away. The peaceful seclusion will bring you a sense of deep peace. The rental is adorable and well stocked with careful amenities to make you feel like home. I especially enjoyed the location. Close enough to town, retsaurants, stores, antiquing and hiking trails. I will m9st definitely be back!

Nice place to rest our heads while discovering East TN

As a native Tennessean, I've seen just about all of this grand state, and when my husband and I saw this property, we knew it was a very special place -- definitely the most beautiful area I have seen! Not only beautiful, it is a restful place to retreat to and unwind. You can almost feel the rich history of this 1800s farm and surrounding countryside pulling you back in time!
