My friend and I stayed here for our annual girls trip, and the house was perfect! We loved the retro decor, the location was perfect for shopping and dining, and the owner was super nice! We would definitely stay here again, and recommend!

Love the MCM decor. King bed comfortable, kitchen/bathroom well stocked. Really appreciated the bottled water and snacks. They were nice after hiking waterfall trails. Location is ideal for exploring local waterfalls and state parks. Can walk downtown if you choose. We spent late evenings sitting on the patio. Thanks for a fun stay. Will definitely stay again if in area.

Jongee, our host was awesome. Great location in walking distance to restaurants. Centrally located for waterfall hikes at various state parks. Very clean, well stocked and very comfortable bed. Vintage interior design and we enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

This house was adorable, decorated in fun, MCM style. It was stocked with everything we needed for our overnight stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was walkable to restaurants as well.

This was one of the cutest places we have stayed. All the conveniences you need and a great location. They have a great check out process that doesnt make you feel like thier maid. We loved this place !!!

Great stay for small family

Beautiful home in great downtown Sparta, TN location. We have friends in the area and have made Sparta our "halfway" point on many cross-country road trips from our home in MI. We love the downtown square and this charming home is the perfect location. Literal walking distance to cafes, shopping, restaurants & more. The vibe of the home is so special. I love VRBO for just these types of experiences. Super clean, nicely stocked amenities (super kind coming off of a very long car ride). Highly recommend, in fact, we booked again for our return trip back to MI in just a few days. Already looking forward to another stay :) !!

I love this little home! It reminds me a little of the home I grew up in. Only with 3 tvs and a GREAT shower head with different setting! The Cheeks are the owners and they really make you feel at home!

Can't say enough good things...

The saddest part about our stay is that we were only there for one night. The place was immaculate! Getting in to the place couldn't have been easier. The decor was beautiful and we LOVED the outdoor space with TV. It felt like we could have been on the outskirts of town although we were within walking distance of many downtown places. We didn't get a chance to check out much in town since we weren't there long, and much isn't open on a Monday night. But we were able to DoorDash from Cookeville and Hoolihans was really good. Thanks again! We have already recommened it to anyone who might head to this area of Tennessee!

Sweetest place

Amazing little place!! So retro and current all in one. Perfect place for 3 to 4 people. We truly loved the atmosphere. The decor is truly centered in the past. A very big fun deck that can be used in rain or shine. Truly a cute home with those neat little touches that make you feel extremely at home.

Perfect Stay !

We were in town for a one night stay but as soon as we walked in we all wanted to stay another night. The covered outdoor patio was a great place to sit and relax after our long drive and had everything we needed. The house itself was wonderfully decorated and comfortable down to every little detail. The location was perfect for a walk into downtown Sparta for morning coffee and breakfast at a great little coffee shop. I will absolutely be returning for another visit to explore this beautiful area and enjoy this home !

Fantastic and fashionable spot!

Excellent place! Very cool digs. The kitchen was adequately stocked for real cooking. Laundry was convenient. Wifi great. Plenty of towels, pillows, and linens. Bed a little soft for my taste but comfortable. Awesome location, put us close to ‘downtown.’ Two car parking. I don’t have any complaints about our stay except for the unannounced drop in from the owner. Very friendly lovely lady. Just caught me a little off guard. I’d definitely recommend this place to any visitors to Sparta, TN.

I would absolutely stay here again!

This house was a beacon of light for us on our drive through Tennessee. It’s adorable on the inside and the outside! Very comfortable beds and fun decor throughout. We would absolutely consider staying here again next time we pass through. The hosts were communicative and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.
