Les portes coulissantes ouvrent sur une grande terrasse avec des meubles et un gril Ă  gaz. Nouvelle grande jetĂ©e avec des siĂšges et une table. À cĂŽtĂ© de la marina et de la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau. Baignade dans les marches du lac Ă  fond sablonneux depuis le pont. TrĂšs familial, vous aurez tellement de plaisir. Fun on the lake!

The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the nostalgia of being on the lake growing up, and the neighbors were very welcoming.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family including my husband, two daughters (5 and 8), and my mom and sister all had an enjoyable stay at the cottage. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the deck, and the parade in a nearby town. It was relaxing and fun!

Lakeside calm

Very nice older 2&2. We have stayed here before and like it very much. A peaceful hour in the fishing chairs at the end of the dock are great place to kick back.

Great Little Lake Houes

We needed a place to stay with our dogs, this place was great. House was clean, just as described. The lake is right out the door and the loons were delightful to watch. I would happily stay here again.

Short Getaway

Stayed two nights for my brother's 60th birthday. Having our own place was much more convenient. The cottage was... clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Great house right on the water!

This house is great and exactly as described! Very clean, had well stocked cabinets, and is right on the water. The neighbors are also very friendly. We had a lot of fun fishing off the dock and grilling and enjoyed our time here.

Great house, great owner

We stayed for two nights a Jim home on Koontz Lake on a football weekend. Very comfortable and convenient to Notre Dame. Special shout out to Jim: he was incredibly accessible and responsive throughout the booking process and as our trip approached.

Lovely get away

Love staying at this home. It was our 2nd Labor Day weekend here. It is always clean and comfortable. Location is great providing privacy but close to whatever you may need. Wonderful owners with great communication. Look forward to our next visit.

Hometown visit

My husband grew up on Koontz lake. It was our first time visiting in twenty years and bringing our daughter. She had never seen the lake or area that her Dad grew up. Perfect location and beautiful lake views. We enjoyed a meal on the deck and night and coffee in the morning.

NJCAA Division II National Championship

Our son played in the Junior College National Championship at the Swan Lake Golf Resort. This property was just 5 minutes from the course. It was so nice to come back to the lake house and relax after a long day of golf.

I will say this first, that the view of the lake was beautiful from the deck. The place needs to be updated. The neighbor is right on top of you, which wouldn't of been bad, but after the second night around 5pm of the blasting music, I decided to complain to the owner of this VRBO, and the music stopped. Also, there is only one full bath and that caused a problem for four people. One TV in the living room and the Window Unit in the main living area has rags pushed around the window, with buckets collecting the water. We were very disappointed for the money we paid and I have learned from this experience to ask the owner questions before it's too late. I've written to VRBO and never heard back.
