Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular ocean view, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, dining table w/ 4 chairs, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Thoroughly enjoyed the apt. Located in walking distance of Sapphire Beach and a short drive to Red Hook. Perfect for a couple. We would stay here again.

This condo is in a great location you can walk to the beach, the pool, and a few restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view. Raleigh provided lots of information on activities, restaurants, and bars.

This condo was very clean and matched the on-line description well. Short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs we could use and the kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed during our stay. Very nice condo!

Staff on property were very nice and helpful. We had an issue with our main TV and they worked with us to solve it. The location is great and the view is amazing. Pools are beautiful. The unit has fans and ac units so it is very comfortable. The bed is large but FIRM. The stove was clean but took forever to cook things. Maybe an electric problem but plan on it will take 20 minutes to cook scrambled eggs.. for real. Thanks Raleigh for renting to us and the description was accurate.

The property was nice and our stay was enjoyable. Everything was great except we never got the check-in welcome instructions as mentioned. Isearch the email and messages and did not see it. However, when I called the owner he give me the code to get into the unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

For our first VRBO experience we were truly spoiled. The condo was immaculate with everything we needed including a really comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, great beach gear including snorkels/flippers/backpack chairs/cooler etc. The on site restaurant (Sudi) was 2 minutes away and delicious. I had even forgotten a book and there were some really good ones in the room. Beach and other restaurant/bars were a piece of cake to get to. The view of the marina from the balcony was great for coffee and cocktails. We got in way before check in and the housekeeper was nice enough to let us stow our luggage while we explored. When people say there is no walking to Red Hook they aren’t kidding. We would highly recommend this property!

The place was exactly as pictured, nice, recently remodeled interior. If you have problems going up and down stairs that maybe a concern as there is no elevator. In this VRBO their were beach accessories as well as other accessories if you get bored. Everything was in working order and the AC was able to keep up with keeping it cool. The only hick up was the check in, I think that was VRBO's fault as the welcome package the landlord sent to never came to my inbox. I had to call VRBO and work with them to get the welcome email with the codes.

My Mom owns this condo and I manage it for her. She's 1st came to St. Thomas over 30 years ago and loves it there. I have 4 condos at Sapphire Village as well so we love having a spot to meet up and enjoy the beautiful island! It's such a great escape to recharge and have some fun too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, dining table by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
