Amazing new/modern condo-Walk to beach, Marina and pools. Red Hook/bars near by!

This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular ocean view, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, BVI and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, dining table w/ 4 chairs, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

We did not use the pool. It was family friendly. It would have been helpful to have at least one more towel and washcloth per person. There was a damp, musty smell in the unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again. We appreciated that it has been updated.

Rolling blackouts are common on the island. Not having a unit even slightly prepared or even one bottle of water,, very very uncommon. I slipped on a bathroom rug and busted my face wide open, absolutely no backing on the rug, I reached out to the owner kindly.. and his response was what do you expect I only charge 40 bucks a night and couldn't you find a flashlight in one of the drawers in the kitchen. That was it. I cannot believe how unhospitable this gentleman was after my face needed stitches and it ruined my snorkeling trip. Afterwards the dude charged me 100 because I broke his shower head.... It was unscrewed because it was leaking. Just horrible and not like anyone I've ever rented from around them.. several units and back in just a few months. Do not run from this there's others around it.

Property was as described. Great communication with the host. Wonderful area with everything needed located conveniently. Loved that it was equipped with all beach accessories. Would definitely consider a return. We certainly enjoyed our anniversary trip.

Loved Raleigh’s place! Everything was as advertised. The only issue was the smell from the sargassum, which is out of Raleigh’s control. Would 100% book again!

Great location

This condo is in a great location and a great week long price for the location. The large amounts of sargassum at sapphire & the marina was unfortunate and made for horrible smells on the balcony...my only complaint about the unit that i have is the bed is entirely too hard. I woke daily with back & hip pain. A topper on the bed would have made this condo a perfect 5 stars.

Nice unit with good view

Nice unit in Sapphire Village. Good view and short walk to the beach and pool. Easy to get in with door and gate codes. 2 pools and it was nice to have beach chairs.

Enjoyed our stay. The snorkel masks came in handy. Only issue we had was the office not being open so we weren’t able to use the laundry service.

Perfect place to get away

Lovers the ease of booking, great communication from our host who sent us very helpful information on the area. The property is nicely decorated and a perfect space for two to get away. We loved the location is walking distance to a marina with wave runners and boats as well as a gorgeous beach.

Perfect for a couples getaway

Beach is great if you like action. Bar, restaurant party night it’s all there in one place. The chicken sandwich at the main bar amazing, the food on the upstairs bar terrible do not go. Subys amazing breakfast best in the island I had. Stay was wonderful however toward the end we started getting huge flies in the house and couldn’t figure out where they were coming in from
 that was literally the only hiccup. House perfect, bed comfy, they even had snorkel gear which was awesome for a bnb to provide
We left a bunch of unopened goods for the next visitor. Enjoy the banana nut crunch it’s my fav. lol

Adventurous spring getaway

This condo was a perfect.Location for quiet evenings some terrific views, great food cold drinks, lots ofChickens and iguanas. The location couldn't have them better.

Beach bunnies

The property was a short walk to the beach, beach bar and other restaurants. It was very spacious with a good sized balcony and nice view of marina from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay. It was cheaper than the beachfront resort and worth the price. There was a restaurant in the complex with good food as well. The host thought of everything needed for a beach vacation including beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler and even a hat! There were enough towels and even beach towels were provided too as well as plenty of toiletries. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My Mom owns this condo and I manage it for her. She's 1st came to St. Thomas over 30 years ago and loves it there. I have 4 condos at Sapphire Village as well so we love having a spot to meet up and enjoy the beautiful island! It's such a great escape to recharge and have some fun too!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I really went over the top when renovating this unit! It has all new flooring throughout (even on the patio), granite countertops, backsplash, dining table by kitchen, two 55 inch flat screens and more. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkel gear, and coolers. I am steps from one of the pools and have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is truly the best you'll find! We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and 1/2 mile to Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!!
