Villa neuve de plus de 3000 pieds carrés à distance de marche des hôtels Ritz et Marriott, de Palm Beach et de Chabad d'Aruba. Il dispose d'un grand palapa extérieur avec coin salon et table à manger extérieure pour 10 donnant sur les beaux jardins, grande piscine avec cascade. La villa a un concept ouvert avec cuisine gastronomique avec électroménagers LG en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit, barre surélevée. Le salon et la salle à manger ont de grandes portes-fenêtres en verre donnant sur la piscine. 5 chambres avec lits king et salles de bain attenantes, TV connectée dans chaque chambre Grande terrasse de piscine avec palapa pour recevoir en plein air Le grand salon et cuisine à aire ouverte donne sur la piscine et les jardins. Veuillez noter que la 5ème chambre est un bâtiment indépendant et n'est disponible que lorsque toutes les 5 chambres sont réservées. les tarifs indiqués sont pour les 4 chambres / 8 personnes. Our stay here was amazing. The house was just as described. It was perfect for our family of 6. Allowed everyone to have their own room and bathroom. My husband and I enjoyed our own space with the pool house. The pool was perfect for coming back from the beach and relaxing. Tanya welcomed us to the house. She took the time to later that evening to text with a list of great places to eat and activities to do around the island. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect location

Perfect location; just a short walk to shopping, restaurants and beach. Nice, very clean and well maintained private villa with pool to relax, but close enough to tourist area if you want to get out. We had everything we needed.

Amazing house. Owner was extremely responsive and house was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay Walking distance to the Ritz,Aruba Racquet club and restaurants. Would definitely come back!!

All you will need

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and it did not disappoint. Maria and Peter are great host. The home is beautiful with so many amenities. After a day at the beach, being able to come back and sit poolside during the evening was fantastic. The selling point for me was everyone having their own suite. Thank you, my family enjoyed their stay

Beautiful home great location

This place is everything advertised. Home is clean, pool area is very nice. All the bedrooms have a full size connected bathroom. Well stocked for cooking at home. Great location for walking to shopping and resort area. Walk to the beach. Owners are excellent to work with and the communications are second to none. Will stay again

Perfection IMO...

This home was a large part of our wonderful stay in Aruba! Maria was responsive and incredibly friendly. The rooms were perfect with their ensuite bathrooms. The pool was and cabana offered another layer to our enjoyment. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. The beach chairs and coolers made for easy beach days. Hoping this home is available next time we visit Aruba!

Family trip

We traveled with our family of 5 and another family of 5 - 6 teenage kids. This property was outstanding. Perfect location and the perfect size for all of us! The pool and outside area exceeded expectations and everything was well stocked. It was so nice to have beach chairs and coolers as well. The owners were so lovely and met us there upon check in. It was an incredible week!

Perfect Location

Booked this great property several months before landing in Aruba for a 1-week stay. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. She also gave us recommendations for local restaurants that were all fantastic. The property was as described, 4 spacious bedrooms, with full ensuite bathrooms. The pool was cleaned twice during the week and all appliances needed were there. The property is in Bakval…walking distance to the Ritz & Marriott beach front and Palm Beach area. If you are debating whether to rent a car…absolutely get one, otherwise your experience will not be as great to explore the island as a whole. Loved both this property and Aruba. Will be back!

Beautiful Vacation Home w/pool

This is a beautiful 4 bedroom w/ 4 en-suite bathroom home which was perfect for our group. Extremely clean, with great amenities. There is a gorgeous patio pool and a large palapa with large table to enjoy meals outside. Peter and Maria are very nice Hosts and met us on arrival. If I had to “complain” about one little thing it would be, there are only one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth) per person available. We were there for a week. I was not willing to spend one minute washing/drying laundry, although there is a washer/dryer on site. I did bring extra of my own, but other group members did not. I will not hesitate to come back to this property. I would rate a 10 out of 10 for sure!

Bakval house

We had 7 people, 2 couples and 3 single adults. Lots of room, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook. Outside sitting and pool was great. Location was close to beach and casino you could walk but we choose to get rental cars. We could not have ask for a better host “Peter” met us on check in, Gave instructions on the house, then gave Recommendations on snorkeling, not so crowded beaches, side by side rentals and some of the better restaurants. We had a small problem with the house on day 2, Text Peter with details and within couple hours there was someone there to repair the house. This house is very handicap friendly. One of our guests ended up in wheel chair a month before our trip. At this house she had no problems get around, in and out of the house, pool area, outside dining area. I highly recommend this house.

Best location, layout and accommodation near Palm Beach

We travel to Aruba every year and have stayed many places (high rise hotels, rentals etc.) This may be our new favorite. What many of the reviews I read didn't explain is that this house actually has one of the best layouts for a family vacation I've seen. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a studio type guesthouse. In the main house, each bedroom has its own bathroom and each set of two bed/two bath is sort of in a little pod. This was perfect for us. Me, my husband and kids shared a pod of two bedrooms/baths, and my brother and his kids shared a pod of two bedrooms/baths and then my parents stayed in the small guest house near the pool. Pool was great, and outside there is a huge palapa with a dining table and a new looking Weber grill. You could easily walk to Palm Beach from this property, but we usually loaded up all of our beach gear and it's about a 2 minute drive to the Marriott Stellaris and Ritz Carleton. The host was fantastic, very communicative and made sure that we have everything we needed. Kitchen was well-equipped, house has a full-sized washer and dryer and had beach towels, beach chairs and even coolers. We will definitely be back next year.

The home is lovely ! Spacious, comfortable beds and a private pool with a great palapa area for family dinner. There is an iguana that resides here who likes to deficate on the pool coping., unfortunately . We only had pool service once during our stay. Perhaps because it was over the Easter holiday, so, WE had to do some pool skimming and rinsing of the deck. Trash also was only picked up once. Also unfortunate. Be sure to read your "contract" as nothing was filled in when it was sent to me, dated 2019. Be sure to ask about checking out . The host never returned to do a walk through at the end of our stay...Concerning. I hope these issues will be addressed for future renters. BUT, THE HOME WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND LOVELY

Fantastic VRBO property on our Favorite Island of Aruba!

This beautiful property suited our group of 10 perfectly, with each couple having their own bedroom & bathroom with the wonderful guest house. Notes from our stay: House is immaculate & fully stocked with kitchen essentials. Both bath & beach towels provided for each bedroom are large & thick. Having 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs was a fantastic bonus to our group. There were a few pool/ocean noodles, which were appreciated. Pack throw away floats if you like to float, very calm water! Can also rent floats at the hotels on beach. P towels, trash bags, dishw tabs, coffee filters, T paper, hand & dish soap all provided. Ice maker not working, but we bought large bags of ice for freezer, which we would have needed anyway. Water is filtered & drinkable from sink. A/C works well. Selection of spices provided for cooking, although we only ate breakfast & lunch there. We never turned on any of the TVs (wanted to escape from the news!). Outside pool and palapa area was enjoyed frequently. Beds & pillows were all comfortable. Our only negative was the occasional cold showers, which would be expected for 10 people in one home if we didn't time it right. We got our groceries from Super Foods, which also delivers but must plan ahead. We ordered online before the trip & picked up when we arrived. Not seamless upon arrival, but worked ok. We rented a 10 passenger minivan for our group, which for us was a critical item. Walk to Palm Beach is very short, flat & easy...& a lot of our group did it daily, while others drove and parked at the Ritz Carlton (free parking everywhere) However to get to the other beaches you need to drive or call a taxi. Visited Arashi & Eagle beaches- all 3 of these beaches were gorgeous & had lounge & umbrella rentals if desired, plus beach bars w/ food options. Plenty of watersport rentals everywhere. The ocean is pristine w/ zero seaweed and bright blue, clear ocean water. We enjoyed a catamaran trip & an ATV excursion. The ATV/jeep excursion was our group's fave activity of the week, seeing the other side of the island with it's gorgeous water on the cliffs & other fun activities. Ate at Flying Fish which came highly recommended by friends & did not disappoint! Gorgeous setting on water, beautiful at night, fantastic food. Other meals were at beach bars on the water, which were fun & lively for our 8 kids, aged 19-28. Airport is small & very easy to navigate, quick in & out. We loved everything about Aruba & this VRBO property!

Wonderful Stay!!

We just returned from a week at Bakval. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything that we needed. It was close to beaches and restaurants. We rented a car which in my opinion is necessary in order to explore the island freely. Check in was simple and Maria was very responsive when we asked questions. The property is great for couples and families. We were 3 couples traveling together and each bedroom had its own private bath. Pool area was great for hanging out after a long day at the beach. We didn't cook in much but everything you need is there. Loved Bakval and would stay there again!

Family Vacation

Great experience - great house - great island Maria + Peter’s house was the perfect setting for our family vacation. Meticulously clean. Very Spacious with every amenity need for a week’s stay.. It was exactly as the described and pictured. Some minor glitches (as expected for a home of this size) but Maria was extremely responsive and fixed everything very quickly. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing property and location

Loved every minute at this property! Peter and Maria went above and beyond building and outfitting a perfect getaway while still being close to anything you could ever want to do in Aruba. The house was perfect for our family of 5, everyone had their own room and separate bath. The layout was wonderful and the home was perfectly supplied. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor seating for meals and games daily. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants and beaches while also being a short drive to most other attractions. We loved this home and our week in Aruba!
