L'appartement spacieux avec balcons est situé au 2e étage d'un petit immeuble avec ascenseur et vue sur le jardin. Il est equipé d'une climatisation réversible.
Le séjour avec balcon est exposé plein sud. Vous bénéficiez de 3 chambres, de 2 salles de douche et de 2 toilettes.
L'appartement est proche des commerces, boulangerie, fromager, primeur, boucher, traiteur, supermarché monoprix...
Il se trouve Ă  150 mĂštres de la gare de Bois-Colombes et Ă  10 minutes de la gare Saint-Lazare (Paris) et des grands magasins.
La gare Saint-Lazare dessert trÚs bien Paris grùce à de nombreuses lignes de bus et de métro.

Une caution de 100 € est demandĂ©e Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et le mĂ©nage est fait sur demande pour 60€ payable Ă  l'arrivĂ©e.

En période de chauffage (du 1 Novembre au 30 Avril) le prix du loyer est abaissé et la consommation électrique réelle est payée en fin de séjour cela vous évite un coût de chauffage au forfait augmenté des frais de vrbo. A l'arrivée pour cela il vous sera demandé une provision de 120 euros par semaine.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris! The space was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Brigitte, our host, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, responsive, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood itself was charming and quiet, with a great local feel. Good adventure

Brigitte was a very good host. She gave us lots of information on how to get around. The apartment was very spacious, good AC, Close to metro and restaurant.A friendly reminder that you need to pay 30 euros for towels and bed sheet on arrival and give 100 euros deposit which is refundable. Highly recommended.

Peaceful Retreat in AsniĂšres-sur-Seine

Brigitte was a wonderful host who kept us informed and made the check-in/check-out process easy. The apartment was a very comfortable stay for our family of four, allowing our son and daughter to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The washing machine and air conditioning were absolutely wonderful to have during the hot July weather. The location is an easy trip from Gare Saint-Lazare and a quiet retreat from the busyness of Paris. The town has grocery stores, restaurants, and as mentioned by others, an excellent bakery, within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Paris!

A wonderful vacation

My friends and me have loved every minute of our stay in that apartment. The location (cute town two stations away from Paris St Lazare), the total comfort and practicality for three persons, the owner’s kind help for the arrival and along the stay were ideal.

Great stay in Paris

Wonderful spacious apartment. Five minute walk to Bois Colombes rail station (SNCF) and two stops to Gare St Lazare. Lots of shops by Bois Colombes - small supermarkets, bakeries, vegetables stores, butcher. Bars, restaurants. Quiet location.

A very nice apartment

This secure apartment is only a few blocks from shops and the train line. The air conditioning was great during the hot July nights. It worked great for our family of 4.

Great spot.

Clean, spacious and bright with nicely supplied kitchen and good bathrooms. Very quiet in the evenings as windows face inner courtyard. Asnieres sur Seine station is serviced by a few metro lines so many travel options. It is outside core metro so be sure to heed the owners advice and buy the paper tickets. Neighborhood offers good food options for all times of day and price ranges.

A Real Find

A lovely apartment! Spacious and quiet, with a large living room and well-equipped kitchen. Within easy walking of shops, brasseries, and the Bois Colombe metro station, which allowed me to reach the heart of Paris in a matter of minutes. [Gare Saint-Lazare is only two stops away.] And Brigit is so very helpful!

Wonderful!

Wonderful neighborhood - across the Seine from Paris, completely accessible to everything by metro and by walking! But could also spend days just wondering the nearby street. The home itself is super well appointed, spacious, overlooking a lovely courtyard. And can’t say enough about Brigitte! She stayed in close contact to make sure we had no problems getting in and out. Lovely lovely owner who will owe sure you know how to navigate everything. Just loves this beautiful Paris home!

Quick, pleasant stay

Overall we were very pleased with the apartment. It is very close to the train station, an impressive bakery and a supermarket. Our wifi did not work but we were able to use the neighbor's wifi (??). Brigitte did offer to come to the apartment to try to fix the wifi but we did not want to have to stick to a schedule for her to come; we wanted the flexibility to do what we wanted while in Paris. Listed is one toilet and two showers. Renters should know there are in fact 2 toilets and 2 showers (essentially 1 full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms), which was wonderful. Having 3 bedrooms was perfect for us, especially for our teen daughter and son. The decor is definitely outdated but we went to Paris to see Paris, not to hang out in an apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families.

Perfect for four of us

This was perfect for the four of us! As an Apartment (not a hotel with cleaning service) we were very happy with the price and happy to clean up after ourselves - leave it as we found it- and receive deposits back for cleaning and heating as appropriate. Metro, grocery ,bakery and Pharmacy within a very short walk. VERY ROOMY AND VERY QUIET! By cooking two meals a day at the apartment, we were able to work within our budget. Our Host -Brigitte- was VERY NICE , quick and helpful in answering our inquires Definitely recommend this Apartment and Brigitte to any of our friends headed to Paris! THANK YOU BRIGITTE !

Ideal location in a Paris suburb

A five night stay in a second floor apartment within walking distance of central Paris or via the frequent train service (station 200 metres or so away). We were met off the train by our host Brigitte who is a very friendly, helpful, charming lady who is always smiling. The apartment is surprisingly large with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable double bed and the bonus of the balcony. Bois Colombes offers a choice of supermarkets, bakeries, bars and coffee shops and is a pleasant city suburb with a positive feeling. When planning our days, it was relaxing to spend the morning in Bois Colombes before heading into Paris for the afternoon/evening. Bois Colombes station isn’t on the Metro system but that in no way hinders your travel plans. Trains depart every few minutes. Overall we had a fantastic stay

good

it was a good option yet with many disagreements with the owner birgit she was not rude, but she was so materialistic, the property was not that clean, found 2 spiders. you will pay extra fees for the electricity, the metro station Bois Colombes is not a main but a sub one which you will need to ask more in order to get to your destination, the outside door kept on hanging, the apartment is so big and good for a group there's a monoprix near the apartment the garden is so beautiful, you should recycle your own trash by yourself , overall recommended but you need to make things clear from the first since she changed her opinion many times...

Appartement trÚs agréable pour une famille de 4

Nous avons loué l'appartement pendant presque 2 mois pendant nos travaux. Il est trÚs fonctionnel, bien situé (entre la gare de Bois Colombes et la gare d'AsniÚres) et dans une résidence bien entretenue. La propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et à l'écoute. Elle a été trÚs réactive dÚs que nous avons eu des petits soucis dans l'appartement. La déco est un peu ancienne mais l'appartement est grand et propre. Les balcons sont un vrai plus en été! Je recommande cet appartement pour une famille qui souhaite visiter Paris en gardant une certaine tranquilité car Paris St-Lazare est à 10mn à peine en train.

The host was very welcoming and was kind enough to let us into the apartment a bit earlier than the normal check-in time. She was able to answer all our questions, and checked in with us occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed, etc.

Sehr praktische Wohnung fĂŒr Sightseeing in Paris

Durch die sehr gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ĂŒber den Bahnhof Bois-Colombes, welcher in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist man recht schnell wieder in Paris. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl unweit vom Bahnhof Bois-Colombes, wie auch im Bahnhof Saint Lazare, welchen man quasi immer fĂŒr den Weg zur Wohnung nutzt. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit könnte bei manchen Details in der KĂŒche etwas besser sein, was unseren schönen Aufenthalt aber nicht beeintrĂ€chtigt hat. Es wurden 3 DuschtĂŒcher fĂŒr uns bereitgestellt und der Strom wurde noch mal extra berechnet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.
