Votre ami à la plage, le plus récent du front de mer Adagio, situé dans le bâtiment B, sera sûrement l’évasion préférée de votre famille sur la plage.
Adagio B201, situé directement sur la plage avec un accès facile à la promenade privée sur la plage et à la piscine du golfe, a été mis aux normes cinq étoiles de YFAB.
Vous profiterez de la lumière supplémentaire d'un appareil d'extrémité et d'un accès facile par l'ascenseur et l'escalier. Ce condo de quatre chambres et trois salles de bain, d'une superficie de 2200 pieds carrés, offre beaucoup d'espace pour les vacances en famille sur le front de mer.
Grand salon avec télévision intelligente 65 "et un nouveau fauteuil à bascule sectionnel, pivotant et vue sur le golfe.
Salle à manger avec beaucoup de places pour vos repas de famille.
Cuisine nouvellement approvisionnée avec NOUVEAU réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisinière, four, plats / casseroles et poêles, mixeur et mijoteuse. Il y a une cafetière ordinaire et une cafetière de type Keurig. YFAB fournit votre premier rouleau d'essuie-tout, savon à main par évier, détergent à vaisselle et liquide vaisselle.

Chambre à coucher principale avec lit King et salle de bain privée avec douche indépendante avec double pommeau de douche, baignoire à jets et double vasque.
Deuxième chambre avec lit king et salle de bain privée attenante
Troisième chambre avec deux lits et accès à la salle de bain.
Quatrième chambre avec deux lits superposés - parfait pour les enfants!
Toutes les chambres ont des draps 100% coton et des chargeurs de téléphone sur chaque table de nuit.
Trois salles de bains bien garnies de serviettes en coton 100%, de savons pour les mains, de savons pour la douche, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'une réserve d'articles en papier (deux rouleaux de papier toilette dans chaque salle de bains).
Wifi gratuit
Deux espaces de stationnement SEULEMENT par règlement HOA. Une place marquée dans le garage souterrain plus une deuxième place à l'extérieur qui n'est pas marquée. Une troisième place peut être achetée auprès du HOA à votre arrivée.
YFAB propose deux locations de vélos pour la semaine à nos clients.
Du samedi au samedi seulement pendant la saison estivale et durant les semaines de relâche de l’automne et du printemps.

Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus pour louer le condo, nous ne louons pas à des groupes accompagnés.

Our stay was great! The condo is in the perfect location. Gulf views, overlooked the smaller pool, and the building is right in between the walkover and the big pool. The people at Adagio were awesome as well!!

Gorgeous condo. Well appointed. Loved having a high chair and pack n play. Beautiful views. When washing machine malfunctioned, a brand new one was installed within hours. Excellent communication with management. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

My whole family really enjoyed our stay at the Adagio. The unit was spotless and the location is perfect. We all enjoyed the pools and the easy beach access. We usually bring our own chairs and tents when visiting the beach, so we were kind of unsure about using the beach service. I can say it’s the way to go though. It was nice not having to fight for a good spot at dawn every morning. Management was wonderful from the very beginning until the last day. We will soon plan our next trip back.

Wonderful property!!

Along with several of our friends and their families, we stayed at Adagio for our kids’ Spring Break. The location was perfect and the layout was nice and easy to get around. We spent most of our time at the beach, but they did have two amazing pools. One was quite cold, and the heated one I would say was not warm, but warmer than the big pool. Our condo was beautiful!! The view was amazing. We had plenty of room and everything we needed. Larry is awesome ! We texted a few times and he was very prompt in replying and ensuring our stay was just perfect!! Thanks again for everything!

Summer 2023 Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adagio is our favorite condo and love the location. We have stayed in several of the Adagio beachfront condos through the years. B201 was nice but it definitely has a HVAC issue. The rooms were not cooling and a very high humidty level in the condo is creating a musty odor. We emptied the dehumidifier twice daily, that helped a little.

Thank you Shelley. We did take care of that A/C issue - it was the dehumidifier and we have that replaced and all is well! It helps that one of our partners, Adam is HVAC certified - and as soon as we found it, it was taken care of! WE hope to see you again soon!
