Magnifique condo neuf de deux chambres à quelques pas du village! Ce condo au 2ème étage a un plan d'étage ouvert, avec de hauts plafonds. Il dispose d'un grand coin salon et d'une cuisine ultramoderne. Une belle banquette fournit les si��ges dans la salle à manger. La chambre du roi et la chambre du roi disposent de salles de bains privatives et de balcons qui prolongent la longueur de chaque pièce. Le complexe est fermé avec un parking réservé et une piscine avec un grill communautaire.
Promenez-vous jusqu'au phare, aux restaurants, aux magasins et à la jetée et profitez du pittoresque village de St Simons Island lors de votre visite. Si vous avez un chien, n'hésitez pas à l'emmener car le condo accepte les animaux domestiques. Tout ce que vous pourriez demander et plus encore!

We had a great stay during our time in Saint Simons! The condo was clean and well furnished. It was a great location to walk to the main strip. Hosts were great with communicating and it was an easy check-in and check-out.

GREAT LOCATION AND WONDERFUL CONDO!

We walked downtown, to the pier and lighthouse and to several restaurants. The location was prime! We were also happy cooking and hanging out in this condo. We highly recommend!

Amazing

My 2 year old and I visit SSI often. We decided to stay the weekend & enjoyed everything the rental offered. Baby was a huge fan of the pool and cozy rental as well as distance to the village.

Towels were old and dingy and bedding was uncomfortable. Pillows seemed old. Probably need to be replaced. Overall, we were comfortable. Walls of condo are extremely thin we could hear everything. The people above us we’re doing kept us up most the night our whole stay so in the future, I would rethink booking a second floor condo

Beautiful and great location!

The condominium as a whole wasn’t very large which made it feel more “private” and secluded. The communal area was nice and clean with pool floats & things the kids were appreciative of. Now, when we walked in the unit, we were blown away by the tall ceilings, the gorgeous interior designs, the beautifully chosen tiles, paint colors, accents and furniture! It was simply stunning to be a vacation condo. The master suite was wonderful - spacious, beautifully decorated, luxury bathroom. The guest bedroom was a little tight on space but we literally used the room to sleep in and store our clothes, so we weren’t complaining. The beds were both on the firmer side, if that’s a concern. The owners left a few beach things in the master bathroom closet (beach chairs, mid size shovels, boogey board). There were a few beach towels available for us to use if we needed them. Both bedrooms had access to the fairly large balcony, which had 4 chairs and 2 side tables. The view isn’t anything to write home about but again, we spent most of our time away from the condo, anyway. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - a coffee pot coffee maker AND a Keurig, wine glasses, silverware, cutting boards, etc. The drive to the pier village was barely enough to call it a “drive”. We honesty could have walked. Our only complaints, if that’s what you want to called them, are 1) tight parking and 2) that the extra linens weren’t in just one, more obvious location. Overall, we loved it.

The place was not that clean, floor was dirty (had been vacuumed but not moped for a long time) the counters and fridge had been wiped with something that left a film. No cleaning supplies in the unit whatsoever; could not clean the counters or floor if I wanted to. Rug had several stains on it. Dishwasher door close switch not working, could not get it to come on when we left. Smoke alarm in adjoining building came on twice while we were there. Family moved in upstairs 2 days before we left, very noisy.
