Ce Loft est l'endroit idéal pour se familiariser avec la ville. La cour extérieure avec fontaine est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre l'aprÚs-midi ou le café du matin. Le célÚbre restaurant High Cotton est également situé dans le bùtiment. Il y a aussi un accÚs wifi privé gratuit. Nous avons également deux téléviseurs à écran plat 40 'avec lecteur wifi blue ray, qui peuvent accéder à Internet et netflix. Vous pouvez regarder votre propre compte Netflix depuis le loft.

With the government shutdown and announcement of a mandatory in flights across the country, we cancelled our airline tickets and drove from Missouri to Charleston...a little over 15 hours. Upon arrival between 4 and 5 pm...the loft was not cleaned after the last guests left. There were towels in a bag on the floor, trash in the kitchen, the bed was not made and still showed the outline of whoever laid in it last. We contacted the host via phone and vrbo message, and after waiting for 30 minutes or so reached out to VRBO. VRBO was not able to reach the host, but managed to keep us on the phone for nearly an hour...sent photos, etc only for them to tell us there is nothing they can really do...we essentially have to wait for the host to respond...whether it is hours or days. After the long drive...and uncleaned place...we were pretty upset. Not sure what all the vrbo fees are for if they can't help you when an issue arises. We eventually hung up the phone as they were completely useless...and we found another place to stay for the night where we had a clean bed and clean towels to use. The host send us a text that night around 9:30 pm after we were already in bed after all the driving. In Ashton's (the host) defense, he was very responsive the next morning and worked to get our reservation cancelled and refunded. We wish the place had been clean, or the host had been available...or at least that VRBO had been helpful in ANY way, I bet the place is normally very nice.

We loved our stay. The decor is lovely. We had tons of space to really spread out. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a shared laundry room with machines that would both wash and dry your laundry. No switching machines to dry. The property has a beautiful courtyard. The location is excellent, with loads of restaurants and sights in easy walking distance.

Location is great! Having only one bathroom which is upstairs is a little unhandy. Parking is a pretty good little walk which is also a negative. However, the great location makes up for a lot of the negatives.

Great stay

This property was so conveniently located. A very walkable area, but with many other activities, such as boat rides to many other attractions. Wonderful restaurants located within blocks. We were given all instructions and information prior to dates stayed.

Best location ever!

Great location for everything- just blocks from great restaurants, bars, parks and tourist attractions. Walking distance to just about everything you'll need to see or do. Accommodations were perfect. Second floor overlooking the courtyard with fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed & bedding, cozy living room and charming decor. I would definitely recommend this location for a stay in beautiful Charleston.

Great location

This condo is very close to all the great stuff in Charleston. It is a bit dated re interior decor and could use some fresh paint/clean up. The only negative is that there is virtually no sound insulation. When noisy guests come down the hall at 2am you can hear every word. And when they crank up the stereo/tv next door same deal. Still it's very close to all the good stuff and it has free parking.

Amazing location, well apportioned lodging. Only criticism is it wasn’t clear to me from the listing that the one bathroom is up the circular staircase which was awkward but would likely still return as long as that wouldn’t be an issue for someone in our party

Great experience!

Close to just about everything in downtown Charleston and within walking distance to anything you would want to do! Awesome accommodations and supplied with anything a person may need while staying at the VRBO. Would absolutely stay at this VRBO again!

Great Location

Great location - able to walk to most things in city. Nice place
.comfortable, clean and spacious with high ceilings. Great communication with host (very quick responses to questions I had) and had a parking spot included which is a big plus in the city. Being an owned unit within a hotel gave you access to an onsite bar/restaurant and a front desk staff to help answer questions. Overall would stay here again

(I am a frequent visitor to Charleston to visit family)

Nice location

Location within walking distance to all activities. Host responsive and very attentive to help with internet crisis Unfortunately, we had no Wi-Fi access for 2 days. The loft is more amenable for 2 people vs 4 due to sleeping situation. pullout sofa was worn down and most of the furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The bed in upstairs loft was very comfortable. This host is not affiliated with the Lodge Valley Inn. Consequently the staff was less than accommodating and could generally not answer questions about the loft itself or allow us to enter into the most convenient entrance to the loft as they would not allow us a key fob. They actually never could pull us up in there system despite the fact the loft was clearly within their campus. The dishwasher was broken and the freezer seemed to leak water into refrigerator everyday several lamps where not working and the lighting in general was poor

I the heart of it all

Fantastic location. Walking distance to all the key places and attractions. The loft was more spacious than anticipated and had a nice view over the courtyard. Busy street but the apartment was quiet. Bed very comfy.

Awesome in every way!!

This property is extremely clean and the location is perfect. The apartment is walking distance to everything and the outdoor courtyard is perfect for morning coffee. Highly recommend and would stay here again when in town.

Superb location

Spacious. Needs some paint updating and major clean in tub. Mildew smell in apt. Thin walls so a bit noisy at night. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels for 3.
