Installé dans un bâtiment moderne avec quatre autres suites (contactez Vacasa si vous souhaitez les louer toutes ensemble), cette location en plein air dispose d'un grand patio, offrant un espace pour se détendre et regarder les singes, toucans, paresseux et couchers de soleil. Les brises de la forêt et les planchers de béton recyclés maintiennent cette suite de deuxième niveau au frais et la chambre à coucher est dotée d'un climatiseur.

À proximité
Le parc national Ballena est à six miles avec des récifs coralliens, la faune, des plages de sable doré, et plus accessible avec un petit supplément pour une journée d'utilisation. Les villes d'Uvita et d'Ojochal sont situées à huit kilomètres, et les activités populaires à proximité comprennent la tyrolienne, l'équitation, le rafting, les excursions en VTT, la pêche en haute mer et les excursions d'observation des baleines et des dauphins.

Extremely comfortable. Amazing services. We have stayed there 6nights. All of our requests were fulfilled in very little time(candles replacement, replaced a glass we broke, gave extra fresh towels, AC issues). We will definitely go back. No issues with the WiFi. We were alone most of the time. I believe the WiFi is unstable when they place is very busy. Please note: very close from the hwy. Truck trailers uses their jacob brakes all the time. Could be anoying for light sley.

Lots of maintenance needed

A nice house that has fallen into disrepair. No response to maintenance requests, couldn’t take a proper shower in the luxurious bathroom because the shower head blew apart from air & water pressure. Then had no water at all the following day due to a problem in a downstairs unit. This is hardly a resort as they call it. And access to the beach is incorrect and not honored by the management of that property.

Very roomy condo

Loved this place. Very big and roomy. Accommodating management. The giant place was completely empty for the last two weeks of our stay. It’s hidden away from the main road. You would pass it without even noticing it. But when you head down the little dirt road the place pops up with all its majestic vibe. Fun place. I’d stay here again. If you arrive at night to unload , bring a flashlight, there is no lighting in parking lot.

Modern and clean

Was a very modern beautiful condo. The huge bathroom was my favorite part. The water was very hot. A place I could definitely stay longer than 2 nights in. I did think it was closer to the beach tho. We had to drive to a gated area to access the beach as it's protected by the government. No fault to the property owners, just would have liked a bit more clarity on the advertisement as I was excited for a quick beach access which this does not provide. Overall the bed was comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay. Wifi was not reliable but I think this was do to the lightening storm we had the night before.

I appreciate the accommodations on providing fun activities. The service was great! Quick to respond on anything I needed. The private condo/villa is a perfect stay for anyone looking to stay at place with peace and tranquillity in a secluded area of nature and all its beauty. Great modern design and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Clean and safe place to stay!

Beautiful Stay

We loved staying at the Makara Suites. So much that we cancelled one of our other locations and came back to stay again. It’s easy to get to, full kitchen with gas stove, full size refrigerator, salt & pepper, paper towels, zip locks and foil were nice touches. The wrap around deck is awesome for eating breakfast and watching wildlife. I would definitely return.

Although we were rather disappointed that the cooking utensils and cookware were lacking in the kitchen and that the laundry was not in the unit but rather in the little house next door, I am still giving this a full excellent rating. The bedroom and bathroom were wonderfully appointed, and the living room comfortable tho spare. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to or watching the birds, including toucans, or the monkeys, howler and white face. The condo was clean and cooled nicely with the a/c. The location is excellent to Uvita, Ballena Marina Park or other destinations down the coast. It is also very reasonably priced.

Great location; great price

This condo has a lot going for it and it served our needs. It is in a great location--near Uvita, the Ballena Marina national park, Ojochal for great dining experiences as well as the Villa Leonor beach club right next door, which includes access to some of the most beautiful pristine beaches anywhere. The condo itself is comfortable but spare. The bed was comfortable; the spacious bathroom beautifully appointed, the air conditioning worked great on those hot, humid days. Sitting out on the veranda watching the birds or listening to the howler monkeys and feeling like you were in the jungle was very special. But we like to cook, which is why we opt for condos or houses over hotels, and our kitchen had the very bare minimum of cookware and utensils. The gas stovetop worked, but the oven did not, which was not insurmountable. We managed. As for a washer and dryer, that's in the little house next-door. It is certainly available for you to use, and they even provided laundry soap packets, which we appreciated but did not end up using. Oddly enough, there are plumbing hookups and a heavy duty electrical outlet in an alcove near the front door of the condo, so perhaps there was a W/D there at one time. That said, this condo was a great price, and Vacasa, the rental agency, was attentive and always got back to us quickly when we had questions.

The Villa was well equipped, full size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Full gas oven. Master bedroom AC worked well. Kitchen and living room cooled easily when opening the three doors. The deck was great to eat and lounge around on.
