This beautifully remodeled condo is ready to welcome you! The condo features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, furniture, new beds and new linens. It is equipped with all the amenities that you need. Featuring 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, located on the 8th hole of Parkland Golf Course at the World Renowned Legends Golf Resort. The resort includes 3 Golf Courses, complete with a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and is only a 3 minute walk to the famous Ailsa Pub. The condo is fully equipped with all of the amenities and necessities and is just a short drive to the many attractions of Myrtle Beach, which will make your stay a memorable one!

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice and comfortable for us. TVs in all bedrooms plus the main living area. It had everything we needed. If you have trouble with steps, it does have a lot of steps up to the condo, from the front door.

Enjoyable stay

My family and I were in town for a baseball tournament. Our condo was very clean and accommodating. The location was great, as we were only 20 minutes from the park. We enjoyed the pool and Ailsa’s Pub.

Great property in PRIME location

We had a small golfing trip and this place was perfect for that. Central location to many wonderful courses and walking distance from my new favorite bar. There was a small hiccup wit the access code when we first arrived but it was rectified within minutes. When we come back, we will be staying here for sure

Beautiful 3 Bedroom at Legends

3 bedroom condo on top floor / end unit. Nice treat of water and snacks upon walking in. Plenty of space for us and our two adult children.

Overall, the property was easy to get to, and check-in was a breeze. I liked that the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, including snacks. The carpet on the stairway needed cleaning. Our stay was great.

Central location to Coastal Carolina Univ, golf and beach

The Legends community provided a great central location for a long weekend stay celebrating our Coastal Carolina University graduate. We were no more than 15-20 minutes from campus, shopping, golf, beach and Pelicans baseball. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
