Magnifique condo de 2 chambres à distance de marche du centre-ville de Fraser. Vous avez le fleuve Fraser babillant juste sur la terrasse arrière. La navette gratuite de la ville sans ascenseur est à quelques pas et vous êtes à quelques minutes du domaine skiable de Winter Park. Lit King dans la chambre principale et de nouveaux lits superposés doubles dans la deuxième chambre. Écran plat de 55 pouces, téléviseur intelligent (avec Netflix, Hulu et bien d'autres applications), haut-parleur Bluetooth et foyer au gaz sur un thermostat prêt à l'emploi. Cuisine complète avec toutes les commodités et laveuse / sécheuse pour votre commodité. Vues magnifiques sur le grand patio arrière privé. Animaux acceptés avec un petit supplément. La nouvelle distillerie et restaurant Fraser Still et le Crooked Creek Saloon and Eatery sont à 5 minutes à pied. The beds were very comfortable. They had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, bathroom amenities. We did not lack anything during our stay. The area is just beautiful. There is a trail that follows the river right behind the property. The only thing that would have made it even better is access to a hot tub. I would recommend this property

The condo had been updated nicely. Everything worked great. The fireplace was loud, but it was summer. Bedrooms were very nice and clean as was the whole place. The owner was very kind and patient with us. There was a great Fraser creek trail that ran along creek so that you could easily walk into town. Only one disappointment, we could hear the creek and walk it, but unable to see it from the great deck in back. It was so relaxing to sit on deck when raining. We loved it! But would have loved seeing creek

Clean with Good Beds

The condo was clean and convenient to Devil Thumb’s Ranch where we like to ski. It is an older property and shows its age. The bedding was soft as were the towels. The biggest downside is the noise overhead. If you are a light sleeper that could be a problem.

Perfect, cozy ski haven!

This condo and Mike’s hospitality made our ski trip to Winter Park special! The condo was even cozier and more spacious than we could’ve hoped, with comfortable beds and fluffy towels, a toasty fireplace, convenient in-unit washer/dryer, and a well-stocked kitchen and pantry (the provided coffee and tea were particularly appreciated for our early ski mornings)! Everything was perfectly arranged for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location offers the best of both worlds as it provides the feel of a quiet retreat (back patio overlooks a river) but the free shuttle to Winter Park village/resort picks you up right at the entrance to the condo development, so we never had to lug our ski gear too far. The condo is also within a 10 minute walk to a number of great restaurants (Fraser Valley Distilling, Sharky’s) and breweries (Camber, Fraser River). Additionally, this specific condo unit is just a few quick steps away from the indoor hot tubs and sauna, which was much appreciated given the foot of snow and cold temps we endured the weekend of our stay! What truly made the experience exceptional though, was Mike’s amazing hospitality - he was extremely responsive and flexible throughout the stay, offering to provide recommendations and even letting us know prior to our departure about some of the road closures he had heard about. If this place is available, book it immediately!! You won't regret it.

Nice place, decent location

The condo has 2 good sized bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen. Very comfortable for a family of four. There's a clubhouse about 50 yards from the front door with two hot tubs. The shuttle to WinterPark picks up about a 5 minute walk from front door. It's a short drive to many restaurants and a Safeway.

Mikes place was perfect! The location can’t be beat and the space is kept well and has everything needed for a relaxing weekend or a ski weekend. Would certainly recommend and hopefully stay again.

Fab place, convenient location

We had an excellent trip to Winter Park, thanks in large part to having a great place to stay. Condo location is great (we had a car, but The Lift bus stop is right across the street). Mike’s place has a well-equipped kitchen, W&D in unit, comfy bed, a lovely deck and the hot tub is right across the parking lot. Mike was great to work with, and would definitely stay again!

Great location, great condo

Michael’s place was perfect for our needs. The resort shuttle right outside the door made it easy for some to ski while others did other activities. The condo was clean and was plenty of space to serve as our home base and just enough room to hang out in the evenings. The huge deck would make for a ton of extra room to socialize for larger groups but it was too chilly to use for us. We’ll definitely be back!

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. We rent from VRBO regularly and this was one of the best stocked condos we've ever been too. It had everything we could have needed and more. From the free coffee and spices in the kitchen to Netflix, Hulu, cable TV, etc. and all the paper supplies. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four - two sons ages 16 and 20. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very close to the Lyft - a shuttle that takes you to the ski slopes in Winter Park. We chose to drive there which was about 10 min drive. Mike was a great host, replying promptly to our emails. We highly recommend staying in this place.

Great Location and Amenities

We loved our stay. Unusual to find a place with two hot tubs, a sauna, right on the Fraser River Trail, a hundred yards from the bus stop to the slopes or Winter Park, and that allowed us to bring our dog. Washer and dryer were handy, the kitchen was well-stacked, and the host was great at communicating.

Family was able to get away for a week in the wonderful condo! Beds were very comfortable; the queen bunk beds were perfect for my 2 teens! Kitchen was well stocked with everything to fix meals. As a bonus, they had a whole cabinet with spices, etc that we could use! We loved the location and if we come back to the Winter Park area, we will look to stay in this condo again!

We like to visit the resort in Winter and enjoy everything Grand County has to offer in summer.

We love it because it is so close to Winter Park but much quieter in Fraser. On the bus route is so convenient. We love Summer as much as Winter in the valley. The biking in summer and skiing in winter is awesome.
