Clean enough, limited debris, dust and spill marks.Hot tub code didn’t work. Tech that was cleaning it said it had been changed. Reached out to host 4 separate occasions and was told it had not been changed. Never could use the hot tub and over the 2 weeks there.Contacting the host was not easy. Often messages would sit for 12 hours or more or “customer service” would state the issue had been resolved when I still had a problem. Add in long waits on the phone and unhelpful information and it was a truly unpleasant experience. I will not be staying at a vacasa managed property again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Overall, the condo was a good experience. There are many steps and the steps coming into the condo are not the same height (one is 11' high) without a handrail. I struggled with that since I had knee surgery this year.

Lookout Lounge condo in Winter Park
This is our second year to stay in this unit. Very spacious and clean. Great location on bus line to mountain. Only small negative is there were no basic cleaning supplies provided such as spray for kitchen counters and other kitchen basics other than salt and pepper. But just know to bring those. Great otherwise.

good location, dated, clearly just a money maker for the owner, no pride in ownership.
Cob webs EVERYWHERE. Carpets need a thorough cleaning.
Needs some work.
- 3 of 4 of the Living room windows wouldn't close completely.
- Refrigerator drawer was taped together.
- I couldn't find a cheese grater. I know most people buy pre-shredded cheese, but not me.
- Oven top and face separated, lower drawer bent or off the track.
- Kitchen blind won't close.
- Still has original can lighting from the 70s/80s
Fun neighbors. plenty of dogs playing in the parking area each day.

Trash key didn't work, had to borrow the neighbor's key.

Myles, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed the location, but we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the home itself. Please know that we aim to provide every guest with an exceptionally clean and well-maintained home, so your experience was not on par with our typical standards. We followed up with our local manager and they assured us that the cobwebs have been removed and the carpets have been cleaned. Additionally, the window issues you mentioned will be checked and addressed as needed and plans are in the works to replace the kitchen appliances. Cheese graters are not a listed amenity and we regret any disappointment this caused. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.

Great condo with easy access to the town center and shopping.
We checked in late Wednesday, before Thanksgiving. It was a little difficult to find the correct dore due to addresses not clearly labled or easy to read from the parking lot. Once inside, all lights were easy to find. We turned in all heaters and unloaded the vehicle. It wasn't until after midnight, we found out most heaters were not working. Out of the 7 (I think) heaters, only 2 worked at all but just barely. We had to boil water, start a fire and hopped for warmth. We called the next morning (Thanksgiving) to let them know the heat situation. Maintenance was quick to come and checked everything out. He was great and tried everything to get us going. Being a holiday, no parts were available. It wasn't until the last night if our stay that he brought plug in heaters. Again, he went above and beyond but still not a great experience as this was a known issue for this unit and they rented it out anyway. Other than the heat, the place was near perfect. After going to the store Thanksgiving morning, we had enough dishes, pots, pans, etc (full kitchen) to make a large holiday dinner! The atmosphere was wonderful and stayed very warm in the living area which is upstairs.

Perfect stay for the family
Amazing location and spot for a weekend get-away. We had a great weekend just minutes away from the slopes and downtown Fraser. The bedrooms had more than enough space and the upstairs was a great hangout. Hot tub was easy to get to. Great rental for the family!
