* Nouvelle propriété à VRBO * Maison au sud d'Austin juste à cÎté de la I-35 à 15-20 minutes du centre-ville à 20 minutes du circuit. House est idéal pour les personnes voyageant pour le travail. 17 minutes pour ACL 2 minutes du centre commercial South Park Meadows 10-15 minutes du quartier de soco et de sofi, prenez un Uber ou un Lyft pour environ 15 USD pour vous rendre au centre-ville, aux heures nocturnes. 20 minutes de San Marcos et 15 minutes de l'aéroport! La maison est décorée pour garder Austin bizarre! Uber et Lyft sont les meilleurs moyens de se déplacer. Le trajet en ville coûte généralement environ 15 dollars la nuit. La voiture de location fonctionnera mais Austin est une ville sans refus, alors faites attention si vous allez boire !!!

House was clean. Gas stove was a very nice find as it is what we are used to. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Lots of tvs for different choices.

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for the F1 race at COTA and it was an easy drive to and from the track from the house. Had plenty of space for me and my family. The host was very easy to communicate and both check in and check out were easy. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay!!

The house was amazing, spacious enough for my large family. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it has a roll away bed and a play pen. Quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Great location

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

Neal was great ! Our main issue - we could not shower in the upstairs bathroom- only dribbles of water from shower We all had to shower in the master bedroom showerHouse needs more cooking supplies - not enough cups, glasses and coffee mugs for six people kitchen very bare if you want to cook

Austin Experience

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO property exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the comfort provided. The house was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had top-notch appliances, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.The outdoor space was an absolute highlight – the patio with a fire pit, beautiful garden, and stunning views made every evening magical. Weekend Getaway

We chose this house to stay at because we were going to the Harry Potter A Forbidden Forest Experience and this house was the closest to it. It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever in the Austin area again.

Good and bad

The bad- water pressure is really bad and taking a shower here was painful. The water literally dribbles out of the shower head. The house is overall a little ran down. Mold in the bathroom... The dog next store will not allow you to go outside without it barking constantly. Barks at night as well but seems to go inside around 9 or 10. There are cameras outside, in the garage and an alexa (or alexa type of unit) that was in the living room. We didn't know if this gives the owner the ability to listen in on conversations and overall made us uncomfortable. The good-The check in process was well organized and the owner communicated well. The house is near restaurants, a grocery store and not far from Austin downtown. The rooms are good sized and beds were comfortable for us. Parking was easy and the neighborhood seems safe. It has a washer and dryer that worked well. All appliances worked well and there was just enough pots, pans, plates and cups to get us through.Overall, for a low budget place this likely works well for most people. I could have overlooked all of the short comings except the water pressure issue.
