Deux miles à Barton Springs, Zilker Park et de nombreux miles de Austin de randonnée et de pistes cyclables autour de Lady Bird Lake.

This is a great Austin spot with lots of really outstanding restaurants and shopping nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks around the neighborhood and then coffee on the back patio. The beds are comfy and the house was exactly what we expected!

Carefree stay in Austin.

We all very much enjoyed staying at LaCasa. If it had been a bit warmer, we would have really enjoyed the backyard space a little more. Overall the house was comfortable, well thought out and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This property is fantastic. Great location near several restaurants. 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. The horseshow pit added entertainment. We would definitely go again. Thanks for the great accommodations.

Family Christmas Trip to ATX

This property was exactly the right fit for my family of 6! We had enough room to spread out but a nice family space for gathering. Location was great to all we wanted to do and see in Austin. Carole and Kerry were excellent hosts and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. Great communication and recommendations! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for a visit to Austin!

Location and Comfort

This lovely house was conveniently located for seeing family in North Austin and checking out the hill country. The back yard was perfect for young children. The house is charming and comfortable.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this La Casa property. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the A/C keeps the house cool even during the Texas summer. Accessing the property was easy, and the owners checked in to ensure all was well. We would definitely stay here again!

Zilker Park La Casa

Really great place. Despite being close to Lamar, it was quiet and the backyard was very peaceful, with mature trees and horseshoes (which I'm not very good at). Location was great with walkable options including coffee, restaurants and beer garden. Access to the house was easy and painless. Would return again.

Great family friendly stay

The house was perfect for our family to stay at while we attended a wedding in town. We have a toddler and a baby and it was great for them. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The backyard was so nice to hang out in (even with 100 degree weather). The check in process was so easy and Kerry communicated with us the entire time leading up. Because it was so hot, they even went and made sure the house was cooling down before we got there and left ice in the freezer. Overall, it was a great house and a wonderful stay! Thank you so much!

Perfect home away from home

Carole and Kerry’s home is in a fantastic neighborhood, it is well appointed, well equipped, and overall a wonderful place to rent. We spent a lot of time on the nicely shaded back deck, where this is a lot of great bird watching. I plan to come back to this house many more times! It’s perfect!

Lovely home in a great area

Very clean and lovely home in a very convenient area. Great restaurants within walking distance and bus stop nearby, but removed enough that it's very quiet. Home is well stocked with anything you might need: extra linens, toiletries, kitchen items, paper goods, etc. And the largest spice collection I've ever seen in a rental home!

Great House - Great Location

Our family spent a week in this house. It was perfect for us. Located in the SoCo part of Austin, it was within 15 minutes to everywhere our 3 generations wanted to go. The covered deck was a great place for the family to gather. Carole and her husband were terrific to deal with before, during, and after our stay. We highly recommend this property.

A South Lamar Gem

I have stayed in many homes in Austin over the past years and this was by far my favorite. The host was the most communicative ever! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. The beds were so comfy. Loved the neighborhood and taking early morning walks. I just cannot say enough good things about and definitely look forward to coming back!!

We are Kerry and Carole Price and have been hosting out of town guests in Austin for over three years.
We have been married for over 30 years and have raised both of our children within a mile of this home and still live in the neighborhood. Kerry still has a day job in the packaging business and loves wooden boats. Carole manages the vacation rental properties and is a community volunteer with Hospice Austin.
We both found our way to Austin: Kerry from Minnesota and Carole from Glasgow Scotland. We met in South Austin in the mid 80's and have never left.
