Construite en 2018, cette maison de ville de 3 étages a un excellent plan d'étage. 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains plus et garage 2 voitures surdimensionné. Cuisine de style ouvert équipée d'une cafetiÚre Keurig, d'un four, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. Petit patio extérieur avec grill et laveuse et sécheuse disponible pour une utilisation pendant votre séjour. Emplacement fantastique si vous visitez l'Université de l'Arkansas (1-1 / 2 mile en voiture) ou visitez la région environnante de Fayetteville. La maison est parfaite pour une famille ou des couples car elle peut accueillir 6 personnes. NOUVEAU, confortable et propre!

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. It was close enough to everything that only took a short Uber ride to anywhere we needed to go. Very satisfied!

Great location and nice townhome

Nice big townhome. Stayed here with my family for the US Pro Cup mountain bike races. We were right at the base of Centennial Park and could walk up to the venue! We used the garage for bikes and it worked out great. Would definitely stay here again. Only recommendation is a few more pots/pans for the kitchen.

Great Weekend in Fayetteville

The place was prefect for a weekend visit to Fayetteville. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location perfect. The only issue we had was a small bottle of body wash so bring your own soap if you plan on showering more than once.

Weekend getaway with Friends

The Razorback Getaway was the perfect place for us to spend our weekend with friends. The property is so cute with all of the Razorback decor, it is very clean and a great location! JoAnn was terrific to deal with and great on communication with us....much appreciated! We will definitely be staying again!

Arkansas game weekend

Everything was great. I struggled to little bit with the code at first the only suggestion I would have is make it easier with the cable to get to news channels, and sports channels, such as ESPN, because I don’t think they were on the network. But great place great location to the stadium.

Cozy and clean

Creatively decorated 2 bedroom VRBO. Comfy beds w easy check in/out process. Unfortunately It does not sleep 6 as advertised. So we had to bring a blowup mattress. Location access challenging being off the feeder road. Also presently have to maneuver through construction to get there or can go a longer but scenic route thru neighborhoods to get there. Overall, comfortable accommodations and you don’t hear the freeway

Listing shows it sleeps 6; however, it only sleeps 4 and I'd bet money that the 2 bedrooms are only full-size bed and not queens. The couch in the living room was joke and needed to be in a dr office, not in a VRBO for a family.Communication in advance was nothing...at some places I get an email in advance stating "thanks for booking..we look forward to you visiting, etc"...but this one was nothing.Upon arrival we unpacked and later in the evening we discovered that both beds had hair on the sheets. Also the washcloth linens were stained with makeup. We moved to a hotel for our 2nd night and unfortunately received no refund for our unpleasant experience.Very disappointing!!! PS- I wonder if this review will even get posted, or if it's circumvented by VRBO or management.

Fayetteville Gem

This was our first trip to Arkansas for the BBB Rally and the property location was perfect for attending the rally and spending time in Fayetteville. There were no issues with the property & Joann was quick to respond when communicated with. The property was a perfect fit for two couples and it was great being able to park the motorcycles in the garage for the entire trip. We were able to unhook and park our 20' trailer in the driveway with room to park the truck on the street. This is a great property to consider if you are planning a trip to the Fayetteville area for any event! We will definitely be planning a return trip sometime in the future!

Timing inconvenient

We love the property. Check-in/check-out times were varied from online agreement and owner expectation. We had to shuffle our departure preparation for attending a wedding to fit earlier check out than we had agreed upon. Owner did not accommodate our request.

Not what we expected

Although the property itself is nice and under normal circumstances it would probably be fine
BUT: We did not receive check in info and had to call the host at 11pm to get inside. When we got inside, the place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renter. We were exhausted and barely had toilet paper for the night. The listing also said it sleeps 6 and there was not accommodations for six (luckily there were only 3 of us). We had to leave the next day so that it could be cleaned and we didn’t feel comfortable leaving belongings there. The host did not offer any accommodations or refund.

Graduation trip

The property was clean and a great location. However, when we booked our stay it stated that the property slept 6 adults. When we arrived it only accommodated 4. There was no communication prior to our stay that we weren’t going to have room for everyone and we were scrambling since it was graduation weekend.
