Renovated cozy, clean and beautifully furnished. So close everything you will need! Whether it be a quick run to Walmart/Walgreens or to our local restaurants... we have you covered.

This spot can not be beat, as it's right off of Fayetteville's main highway and just few minutes from the University of Arkansas.

Wake up and enjoy coffee or tea at your fingertips! The kitchen is stocked with all new appliances and everything needed to cook your own meals, if desired.

One car garage, washer, dryer and all new furnishings are just a few of great things about this home.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place! A bonus was the recliner in the bedroom. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. It is a duplex. We will definitely be staying there again.

Short vacation trip

The place was good clean and well set up but it didn't bother me but other might would like to know its a duplex unless i over looked that part but other then that no issues at all would go back

Clean & comfortable stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament, the location was close to campus & highway, but on semi-busy street. The inside was very clean & comfortable, just as pictured. Very nice washer/dryer, great for cleaning uniforms after games. Didn’t use kitchen much, but it appeared to have everything you would need to cook dinners. Patio could use seating options.

Beautiful property inside

Very smooth check-in, the inside of the home was clean and new and spacious for the three of us. Two large bedrooms and a bathroom plus kitchen, family room and laundry. One car garage parking was a huge bonus!. Proximity to the university of Arkansas was great. We were a bit taken aback when we pulled into the neighborhood. The neighborhood, specifically that street, seemed to be very sketchy however we didn’t hear of or see any signs of trouble. This has nothing to do with the hosts because they provided a great indoor space.

Weekend getaway

Property was very nice and clean. Host’s were incredibly friendly and easy to work with! Like that there is a garage available to pull your car into at night with a garage door. Overall great service!

This property is absolutely spotless. It has been recently renovated and looks brand new. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenience in an Excellent Remodel

We were in town to tour U of A with our daughter. We had friends tell us this was in a bad neighborhood, but we had a wonderful stay. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again.

Lovely Home - Great Location

This duplex is very cute and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We came to town for a baseball tournament and the location was great - about 5 min to the stadium. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to communications. Would definitely book again!

The best! Great for cyclists.

I almost want to give a bad review so no-one else books when I come back ! House was spotless and well appointed. Having a garage was key for us with bikes, and we had tons of space. Location is really good, you can ride to centennial. Neighborhood was quiet. Some of the surrounding properties look a little shabby but it’s a great. Community. Will book again!

Great little house for game day

Has a one car garage with opener for security. Great little house for game day. Easy access to the campus for a quick drive over. Have us the time to see our daughter and catch a basketball and football game that weekend.

Above and beyond expectations

This property was as described in the listing. The hosts were more than gracious! I appreciated all of the extras; full service laundry amenities, GOOD towels, sheets, ECT. Stocked coffee bar.. it felt like home. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Chile pepper XC festival and to the university. Very reasonably priced! Hopefully this rental will be available again next year!

Newly remodeled and comfortable

We loved this place. Everything is brand new, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has lots of items. The towels in the bathroom are awesome. Plenty of supplies such as toilet paper. TVs in every room. The owner was very responsive when we had a glitch with the hot water. He got it fixed ASAP. The only downside is the neighborhood. It was super handy to UArk, but the actual neighborhood is pretty sketchy. I wouldn’t recommend a single female to stay here. Although you have full use of the garage and you can just drive right in and close the door, which is great.

Clean!!!

I rented this duplex for me to stay in for moms weekend. I was late in booking so there weren’t many options left. The owners could not be nicer and the process of getting in was so easy. I loved having the garage and garage door opener! I cooked a big meal for my son and some of his brothers. The kitchen was perfect and the furniture is new and comfy. The bed was really comfortable (I can be kind of picky with beds) and the whole place was SPOTLESS. The only thing that I would say as advice for other renters, the neighborhood is safe but some houses and neighbors are not very well kept. A lot of “stuff” in yards. But none of that has anything to do with this unit. Owners are amazing and the place couldn’t have been cleaner or more comfortable. 5-10 minutes from campus by car.
