Appartement sur Town Square ★ 1 pâté de maisons à tous!

Sortez de mon appartement et vous êtes à deux pas de tout! Sur la place de la ville, vous pouvez vivre une nouvelle aventure en quelques secondes. 15 secondes à pied de Block st., Et un pâté de maisons de Dickson st, qui sont les principaux bars / événements!

Il s'agit d'une chambre simple confortable avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme queen, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un grand dressing et une atmosphère vraiment Ozark. Parfait pour les couples à la recherche d'une retraite confortable et les individus qui souhaitent explorer le cœur de Fayetteville.

Mon appartement est petit mais pittoresque. Si vous voyagez souvent, vous aurez l'impression d'être dans un loft situé dans une grande ville.

Vous aurez accès à tout l'appartement: tous les ustensiles de cuisine et la nourriture sont disponibles ainsi que les serviettes et les draps. Il y a un petit escalier qui arrive dans mon appartement, à environ 10 marches, menant à une entrée privée.

Je serai disponible à tout moment par téléphone ou par SMS et pourra être là en quelques instants si besoin. Si vous lisez les critiques, je suis fier de la communication parfaite pour m'assurer que tout se passe bien pour vous.

Mon appartement est relié à d'autres appartements et le bâtiment est plus ancien. Veuillez respecter les heures normales de bruit (environ 8 h à 22 h). Le bâtiment est très ancien, donc l'électricité est fournie par des conduits et CVC à travers une fenêtre.

Great location and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On game day, it really helped to be walking distance to the stadium and to our son’s fraternity house. Our host was very responsive, even when I couldn’t find the remote for the a/c that was right where it was supposed to be. :)

Fayetteville Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. Apartment was nice and location wonderful as you can walk to area restaurants easily. We would recommend this apartment to stay at as it has easy access to U of Ark. and area restaurants.

Great location a block from Hugo’s, Little Bread Company and the Farmer’s Market!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.

Great location right off The Square. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for me and my husband moving our son into his apartment before the start of fall semester.

Great location in Fayetteville

We were in Fayetteville to visit our granddaughter who is a student at university of Arkansas. The VRBO could not have been in a better location. Close to restaurants and bars, and only a short distance from the university. The unit is small, but had absolutely everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen was wonderful.

Minimalist perfection!

Studio apartment was perfect for two people with all the amenities for a brief Fayetteville visit. Easily walkable to Dickson St activities but removed enough to be quiet. Owners were extremely easy to reach if needed. Wonderful location!

the location!

Great location, nice neighbors and easy access to all things downtown Fayetteville! Check-in was a little wonky for a few minutes trying to determine the code to check-in but the host was quickly accessible and responsive! Anytime I had a question or issue, the host was “on it” — no complaints with engagement and response from host throughout entire stay! Bed was super comfy and bathroom is tiny, but overall ideal space size for an individual there for a short timeframe. I certainly recommend — checkout super easy too!
