Il n'y a aucun endroit comme à la maison, jusqu'à ce que vous arriviez au Pajaro Dunes Resort! Profitez de notre maison de plage unique Pajaro Dunes! La maison est idéale pour partager avec plusieurs familles ou une réunion entre amis.

Notre maison a une vue magnifique sur l'océan! Vous pouvez voir l'océan depuis plusieurs pièces à l'intérieur de la maison. Cette maison n'est pas adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, car il y a plusieurs étapes à la maison et notre maison a 3 niveaux.

Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur la côte de la baie de Monterey depuis notre terrasse sur le toit! Profitez de passer du temps ensemble dans notre salle familiale avec un poêle à bois.

4 chambres et 3 salles de bain - 2 suites parentales, une avec un lit King et une autre avec 2 lits Queen. Il y a deux chambres d'hôtes, chacune avec 2 lits jumeaux. La salle de bain d'hôtes a une baignoire pour les enfants à apprécier. La maison confortable peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

Family reunion

Great view, wonderful top deck with sun and views, easy beach access, plenty of parking, kitchen well-stocked, bbq was rusty, two bedrooms without closets need hooks for hanging clothes, and the bedroom with twin beds smelled musty. All four of us couples enjoyed our stay though.

Loved the rooftop area

Sun and the sunshine rooftop was amazing. Outdated floor and lots and lots of stairs. Walkway right to beach, great for a younger crowd.

Perfect beach vacation

Such a great vacation! The beach house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and accommodated 7 people very comfortably. Great location within steps of the beach. The Pajaro Dune Resort management was great to work with and even accommodated extending our rental by one day, which was such a gift for our family to be able to spend more time together. We loved our time at this beach house and hope to return again in the future. Definitely recommend!!

The stay was good. Like everyone stated lots and lots of stairs. Showers are small. The house was clean and the appliance worked except the toaster.

The location and office were great. The property needs some attention on the lights, fans, decks. Many were not working or were highly worn. The rooms and beds were as expected or better.

Lots of stairs!! :)

Must be able to climb stairs because there is a lot of them. Stairs from the parking lot and stairs to the third level. Location was beautiful. House was nice but needs a little updating.

Great Location, Needs Some Work

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time with family. This condo has a great location, however there were some serious maintenance issues which dampened our stay. To the credit of Parajo Dunes, I brought up all the issues with them and they quickly and with determination address them to our satisfaction. Special credit to Sarah who was on top of making sure we were satisfied with our stay in the end.

Love the views and 4 bedrooms; so close to beach you can be in sand is 5 minutes; roof top is amazin

The kitchen has everything even shared pantry for the items we forgot. Dinning room table large enough for us all to eat together and play board games; the games in cabinet need to be updated? The views from every room beautiful. Fireplace in living room took our duraflame logs and made our Christmas visit the bests! If you don’t like stairs this is not the house for you there are many stairs just to get to front door and inside 3 flights to get to the top living area; but it’s worth it! We had the best time!! Highly recommend for family.

A wonderful California experience at the beach

Our experience overall was a good one. There is a lot of steps inside the house and outside the house (it is the first thing that will stick out to you), be ready for a work out. Have some muscle with you to bring the coolers, bags, and heavier items up. I was with some younger teens, and we felt safe the whole time. it was a seamless process. The beach, we came here for the beach though, and it did not fail. Dolphins, whales, sailboats, Sandollar‘s, bonfires… epic !!

Beach Stay

Hi, we had a nice time staying at this house in Pajaro. The house is very dated, the bathrooms are very small and dated and the furnishings are also dated. The windows throughout the house look like they haven't been washed in 20 years and could really use a cleaning. The outdoor furniture was also not in good working order and were not clean. It was a nice stay but could be much improved with some modern furnishings, a good cleaning and window washing. Thank you

We'll look into new outdoor furniture and we're working on updates in 2023. Next time call us and we can arrange a window wash! The elements and sea birds are very active here at the beach. Stay was ok, disappointed in listing accuracy.

House size and location and view was good, but rest wasn’t really. Pictures in ad weren’t all accurate. I’m ok with aged homes but not flooring coming apart, large cracks in the grout on counters, heater not working in 1 room, tiles in 1 bathroom detached all outside stall shower area. Several issues that could cause mold issues, and one room snelled mildewy. Also, we were told a week before our stay that a couple of the stairs outside to the deck were condemned and not usable, and had been for over a year. The decks can be accessed from inside though. This home needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

Too many stairs, not for elderly or small children. shower down stairs not working, dryer not working, all towels felt like had sand in them. Not very clean. Ceiling leaked in bedroom below kitchen. Good location to ocean access. Three stories with kitchen on top. Roof top access (4th story) stairs sketchy.

Unfortunately, the dryer not working was a last minute maintenance issue that we were not able to fix before your stay. We were happy to offer you laundry service and were happy that you were able to use it during your stay. Our housekeeping team does wash all items before guests arrive and we would have been more than happy to rewash the towels you found sand in. We do sincerely apologize that they were not inspected properly. The deck & stairs have been inspected, however, it is not suitable for smaller children. We are working with the owner to update the home and hope to have updates soon. The leak has been fixed and we wish we could have helped fix it during your stay. Please know our teams are available 7 days a week to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Creeking floors and place is really dated n old. Hard to sleep when people walking above you n feels

The first floor sheets n towel were sour n there were no spares to replace them. One housekeeper in sight so never got to address the problem. We washed the stuff ourselves. Charging a cleaning fee should cover clean everything. The guard was rude no the South Gate n will be filing a complaint.

Nice home

We stayed here for family reunion. We booked 2 houses next to each other, and different families stayed at both. I'm glad I assigned families that were younger and had adventurous kids cause this house has TONS of stairs. The kids loved it of course, us older folks... not so much. The perk was going all the way up to the outdoor rooftop and just sitting out there to enjoy the view. Inside the home was very nice. VERY bright. Loved it! Beautiful views of ocean from inside the house. The layout is interesting with only bedrooms and bathrooms on first and second floor and third floor common area without bathroom. It worked for us cause we put the kids to bed and then went upstairs and had loud game night. And it didn't wake the kids up too much. All in all, a good home for our family.

Yes, while the home has several stairs, you're able to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Monterey Bay & Pajaro Dunes from every room. Too expensive for an outdated house.

This house must have been amazing when it was built 50+ years ago. The problem is not much has been updated since then. To name a few examples, bathrooms are in poor condition, the showers don’t fit a regular height person, the top floor heater made horrible noises, and the kitchen floor is crumbling. Warning: visitors must be physically fit because there are several flights of stairs between the parking and the house and then the house itself is and additional three stories with kitchen at the top so expect to get a workout. This wouldn’t work for anyone elderly. We still had an enjoyable time because any shack at Pájaro Dunes let’s you enjoy the amazing beach and it beautiful sunsets.

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, this home has several stairs to get to the home & within the property. Hopefully we conveyed that in our description. We'll be sharing your comments with the owner as they are planning on upgrades - hopefully we'll see some improvements to the kitchen flooring, etc in the future! some issues with the place

There were 2 issues that made the VRBO stay a bit unpleasant. # 1 • The dry did not work. After trying to turn on the dry, did we notice a small notice that the dry was not working. • In one of the reviews, in Mid-June, it noted that the dryer was not working. I also believe the dry had not been working since mid-June, that the part was on order. • It would be nice if the website or the property manager would have mention before come and that the owner was willing to pay for 1 day drying service. ..... # 2 • The first floor shower only had cold water and the shower did not work... this should be posted or the manager should notify the next VRBO family.
