Cette maison de 1500 pieds carrés est sur 1. 3 acres et a 100 pieds de façade sur le lac Mullett. La maison dispose de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains et est équipée pour accueillir 8 personnes. La propriété comprend un quai de 100 pieds pour votre bateau, un foyer pour les feux de camp et un panier de basket pour les athlètes. La maison comprend une cuisine plus récente et des appareils électroménagers, notamment un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière à gaz et un four micro-ondes. La chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision intelligente de 55 pouces avec la télévision directe. Internet sans fil est disponible. Un téléviseur plus petit est disponible pour les jeux. Apportez votre équipement de jeu! La maison a une laveuse et une sécheuse à disposition. Toute la literie, les serviettes et l'essentiel de la cuisine sont fournis. La grande terrasse surplombant le lac comprend un barbecue au propane, une table et des chaises. Cette propriété est située sur un chemin privé et calme à 20 minutes d’Indian River ou de Cheboygan du côté est du lac.

What a great stay! The beach frontage is perfect for swimming, house had all of the amenities, and the hostess checked in to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!

Beautiful property on a beautiful lake. Great for swimming with kids - waterfront is crystal clear, waist deep, sand bottom for hundreds of feet from shore (not great for pier fishing unfortunately). The home was very clean and perfect accommodations for six.

Amazing Lake Home

Very nice lake home. This house has high end finishes and appliances. A great sized yard with lots to do right on the lake. House had a fire pit, for table on the large back deck, yard games, kayaked and great indoor amenities. Lots of parking available.

A little slice of paradise! We absolutely loved our two weeks at this beautiful, clean cottage. It has everything you need. There is nothing better than looking out on the pristine lake each morning and evening. When I had questions, Monica responded quickly. I highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Lake House!!

We had a great time staying at this home. The house is absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are wonderful. I got up every morning early and sat on the upstairs balcony with a cup of coffee looking at the lake and all the wild life. They have everything you can possibly think of. The kitchen is fully stocked. The home was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Absolutely Perfect Lake Home!!

This is one of the best lake homes we have ever stayed in . It has everything you need to prepare meals, and enjoy your days and evenings by the lake . Crystal clear water, awesome dock, shallow for quite a distance. the home is clean, welcoming and we enjoyed every moment. Honestly, we wished we had booked a few more days! The neighbors are welcoming, the yard is great for games, a bonfire or just laying out on. Deck is spacious, fire-it table is so elegant. It really is a must see home to appreciate. 20 min from walmart, and the Mackinaw ferry docks. We will definitely be booking again!!!

Beautiful Lake Mullet Cottage

The cottage is beautiful, bedrooms are spacious and it was well stocked to make our stay easy. Owner is wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat trailer. The owner has a mooring ball to tie our boat to, plus a boat launch was just down the road. We enjoyed swimming off the dock, which has a nice sandy bottom, kayaking and then campfires with the kid's favorite - smores! Day trips with our boat to Mackinac Bridge and through the Cheboygan locks and then through Indian River waterway over to Burt Lake. Thank you Monica and Todd for sharing your cottage. Perfect vacation home

This property was absolutely perfect. I'm a realtor in a lake town so we are in and out of these types of properties all of the time, and this one is hard to beat. The location on the lake is perfect, the yard is HUGE for a lake house, the home is perfectly situated with perfect use of space. They went above and beyond with the amenities, we brought way more stuff than we needed because they had enough to get us through the stay which is not common for VRBO properties. We are most likely booking this house again next year but for a longer stay! Only negative I would say is the beds aren't the most comfortable but since everything else is so amazing it's well worth it. And important to note that there is a boat launch VERY close by so that was great as well. We did have a tough time bringing the truck and trailer down the driveway, but we have a long truck bed and a 25 ft trailer. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Great place beautiful views!

The house fit our group perfectly. The kayaks, corn hole, and bonfire pit was a great perk. This house had everything we needed. Beach towels, games, utensils. Nice touch of detail and very appreciated. We spent our days on the lake floating in our chairs we brought from home. Water is clean and clear. The neighbor did get upset one day because she thought our country music was too loud apparently. It was 1pm and we had our speaker on the dock, volume 5 out of 10. Wasn’t super nice and just yelled, “I can hear your music!” from her dock. Only advise is to be mindful of the neighbor/speaker volume if you plan on listening to tunes while you float/hang outside. Overall would most definitely stay again :)

Amazing Getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything you can think of you will have already in the house for you. Boat rental and jet ski rentals are very easy aswell. Great host and we will definitely going back soon!!

Absolutely phenomenal!

We had a fantastic long weekend vacation here. The home was inviting, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great: beautiful and fun. The clean water and long dock made swimming safe and enjoyable. The firepit was a blast. We stayed and grilled most nights. Even a bald eagle visited! Communication was fast, polite, and welcoming. My 10-year-old son said "I want to live here" and "rate them at a 5!" I agree with him, on both statements.

Everything You Need At Mullet Lake

This home on Mullett Lake is the best stocked rental property we have ever seen. Everything from cooking condiments to beach towels and a cooler is there waiting for you. A very comfortable home with a great deck overlooking Mullet Lake. If you bring a boat, a nice dock is waiting for you. An open plan first floor with sitting area and a kitchen to die for looks directly toward the lake. If we could have disassembled the kitchen and taken it home, we would have done so in a flash. The house was spotless and completely sanitized. The provided linens were first class. This was simply a wonderful place to spend time at a beautiful lake.

Amazing rental home

This rental home exceeded all expectations. We were a group of 6, including 3 children, and the house was more than fitting for all of us. It was clean and well put together. The grassy yard leading to the lake was ideal for small children. The lake was clean and shallow so it was easy to enjoy. The owners were kind, accommodating, and responsive. We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful Home and Location

Home was very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy access to dock on lake and boat launch was just around the corner. Parking was tight for our 4 vehicles and 3 boat trailers, but it worked. We would highly recommend this home as a place to make fond memories.

Boating paradise!

Our family of five just got home from a wonderful, relaxing stay here. Perfectly clean. Allergy friendly too- no asthma problems for us at all! We boated daily and did some scuba diving too!

Our family had an amazing week staying in this very well maintained, beautiful lake house. The lake was crystal clear, warm and perfect for swimming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again!
