Nouveau condo du centre-ville avec des avantages / sur demande

Ceci est un condo de 3 étages à environ 6 / 10èmes de mile du centre-ville de Raleigh et le manoir des gouverneurs est à 400 mètres de notre maison. Notre condo a été construit il y a 3 ans et nous avons fini par acheter l'unité modèle, donc il a quelques cloches et sifflets de plus que les autres unités. Nous avons un garage pour 2 voitures, vous aurez donc un endroit pour garder votre voiture pendant votre séjour. Notre maison dispose de 70 téléviseurs intelligents avec haut-parleurs muraux intégrés. Nous proposons la plupart des services médiatiques populaires. Les scooters Bird et Lime abondent ici à Raleigh.

Ce nouveau condo de 1800 pieds carrés est situé dans la partie Oakwood du centre-ville de Raleigh. L'unité a des plafonds de 10 'et a une grande sensation d'espace. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes car nous avons un canapé-lit complet dans le salon. Nous avons une ruelle très intéressante qui a une atmosphère européenne, surtout la nuit. Colette et moi sommes hôtes Super Airbnb depuis 4 ans maintenant et plus de 1300 voyageurs différents sont passés par nos éditions. Nous voulions tous les deux devenir propriétaires de B&B plus tôt dans notre vie et cela s'est transformé en cette expérience Airbnb pour nous. Nous avons quelques autres unités VRBO et notre «piscine d'eau salée Peaceful Home W» avait la distinction d'être les propriétés locatives à court terme n ° 1 sur 466 dans ce domaine. Went for the weekend to Galxycon and the location was perfect. Check in w Tom was smooth and informative. Really loved the outside sitting area for a good wake up coffee and great pics for our cosplay for the event. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful property

All the comforts of home, and a great entertainment system. Host Tom was very good and on top of everything. The location is great and close to downtown. I would definitely stay again while visiting Raleigh.

Enjoyed our stay! Owner VERY friendly& helpful- great communication. The 3 levels were nice for the 4 of us. We would definitely stay again. One more bedroom would have been ideal but my son slept on the sleeper sofa and said it was fine.

Beautiful condo with gourmet, well-stocked cooking kitchen, convenient location, garage parking and well kept grounds. Tom met us when we arrived to make sure we knew how to access all of the amenities and offered to pick up anything we needed!

Great condo downtown Raleigh

Two bedroom and two bath upstairs was wonderful. The balcony in the evening was great to unwind and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Any questions were answered immediately. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful property!

This property is in an excellent location. We enjoyed walking the short distance to downtown Raleigh and experiencing the wonderful restaurants and shops. The condo was perfect for our group. It is very nicely decorated with a great porch and living space. Tom was very helpful with instructions for accessing the property and useful details regarding use of electronics, washer and dryer, etc. I would highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

We booked as it was walking distance to our wedding venue. We did not expect to find out that this was a primary residence for the owner and that it would be full of his belongings, full closets, refrigerator, etc. The guest bathroom which our son tried to shower in was clogged and so he was forced to share our bathroom. It was a very nice place to stay and conveniently located however had we known the place would be full of owners property I doubt we would have booked. I have never experienced this at any other property I have booked.

Wedding Weekend

We had a great extended weekend enjoying my son's wedding with family. The location was terrific and the place was clean and spacious (we had several extended family stop by and kitchen/living room area was awesome for this.) Only minor issues were that the garage was tight (could only fit one of the two cars we had with us - but street parking and parking lot across the street was helpful) and we had some trouble figuring out how to work the TV (may have just been us - lol). Tom responded quickly to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful home, great location

This is an absolutely gorgeous townhome in a beautiful, historic part of central Raleigh. Walking distance to a HUGE Krispy Kreme (bonus 😊). Easy parking, cozy couches and beds (always a priority!). Tom was readily available as needed. Highly recommended!! One quick sidenote: not sure if the property details are updated, but there is a cat that sometimes (usually?) lives at the home. The place was spotless, but if you have a serious cat allergy, either load up on meds or find somewhere else to stay. Thank you Tom!

Great townhome in an awesome part of Raleigh.

My family and I (wife, two young children) rented this home for a weekend while we saw some real-estate in the RDU area. The townhome was exactly as advertised, all the bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, etc. were spotless and well maintained. The four of us easily fit in the home whether we were eating in the kitchen or dining area, watching tv in the living room, or relaxing on the second-floor balcony. The garage parking and grassy areas were great perks as well. Tom, the homeowner, was terrific the entire time, very thorough with getting us into the place and making sure we had all we needed including recommending restaurants and sites for the kids. The location couldn't be beaten - quiet yet still right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend staying here and will look to book again when we come back soon.

Pretty Condo + Convenient Location

We started our day at 4am. We texted Owner (Tom) so he could plan for our arrival. When we arrived at the condo, he told us he was just finishing up inside. We sat in our car and waited for 15-20 minutes. Tom opened the garage door and walked us through the condo, explaining the various house rules. The house is in good shape, although the upstairs carpet is worn and stained. (Parts of it were wet.) In the kitchen, where there is a desktop computer, Tom specifically stated that the computer should remain "open to the Google page." Later, we thought about the computer camera and put the sock that Tom designated for the dishwasher (he explains the dishwasher and sock in the walkthrough) over the camera. Tom lives in the condo when it's not being rented through VRBO, so there are many personal effects located throughout. The bathrooms are modern and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, although we purchased and used our own food, drinks, etc. There is another rental unit situated below this condo. It is on the ground floor and has its own front door. We are not sure why, but Tom requested access to it through our condo. As for sounds from the other unit, we heard a baby crying a couple of times; otherwise, it was mostly quiet. Over the course of our stay (five nights), we saw Tom on the property at least four times. Often he would sit on the bench situated right below the upstairs patio. This made using the patio difficult for us. One time our dog started barking when he saw Tom. We texted Tom and asked him if there was a problem with the property. He replied there was not. Another time we were walking our dog at the side of the condo and saw him walking with another person. We said hello, but he didn't acknowledge us. Later, I remarked on seeing him and he said he "was on the move." He doesn't seem completely comfortable with others staying in the condo, or at least not for the length of time we were there, which is probably why he texted frequently and was on the property so much. We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs in a similar price range and have never experienced this level of interaction from the owner. Typically, the owners have provided a list of rules and the keys and that's it. As with those properties, we respectfully followed the rules at Tom's place and "left it as we found it." We realized that personal downtime and privacy is very important to us, which is why we were not a good match for this property.

We're centrally located to downtown Raleigh and you can grab a bird scooter, lime bikes and there's also an R line bus that runs past our house every 15 minutes that could take you into downtown Raleigh. Being that this was the model, they spared no expense in making it right for us. We think you will enjoy it here.
