Welcome to our stunning 3-bedroom vacation rental property located in the picturesque Lake Havasu City, AZ! With a beautiful AZ room and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests, this rental is perfect for families and groups of friends looking to escape and enjoy the Arizona sun.

As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals and snacks for your group.

The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom also has a king bed the other bedroom has a double, futon, and triple bunk bed. Additionally, the AZ room offers a comfortable queen bed.

One of the highlights of this rental is the large, inviting pool, perfect for cooling off on hot Arizona days. You can lounge on the pool deck, sip cocktails, and soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water.

The property is conveniently located near all of the area's best attractions, including the beautiful Lake Havasu, which is just a short drive away. You'll also find a range of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy reach, making it the perfect base for exploring this fantastic area.

Pets welcome (limit one under 35 lb). No pets in the pool at any time. Do you have a service dog? Please reach out before making sure our facility can accommodate you.
The property has a Ring bell and outside security cameras in the pool area and entrance doors for security purposes. All outdoor security cameras have recording capabilities and exist near property entrances ONLY. All guests must sign a short-term lease and agree to the house rules. Great stay in Havasu
We met up here for a weekend with family friends and their kids. Place was very clean and well organized. We had plenty of towels and extras for us to enjoy pool. Separately there was plenty of room to park my friend's truck and boat, made for convenient lake access. Great vrbo here, would stay at it again if in the area!!

Perfect weekend stay.
The pool was amazing and a great size. There is so much room and the house was comfy and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you would need. It was exactly what we needed to start the summer.

Deceived and Disappointed
There is no Hot Tub. I was specifically looking for places to stay that have a hot tub and used this as one of Vrbo's filters. I would have never booked this stay if they had been honest with their listing. However the put that they have a hot tub so I booked it and we were completely disappointed when we arrived and there wasn't one. We were already there and there was nothing that we could do. They do have a pool but it's not heated and definitely not a hot tub. I double checked the listing and I was not wrong they have it listed as having one. The rest of the house was nice but we were looking to soak after a long day of walking so that is why I was only looking for places with hot tubs. Also I'm not sure about their cleaners because there was a pile of cheese fish in the closet. If you are just looking for a cold pool and the tallest toilets' you've ever used this is the place for you. I hope they update their listing for the next guests.
