Located on the Lake side of Hwy 95 near Restaurants, Brewery's, Coffee shops & Grocery stores.
Windsor Boat Launch/1.6 miles
Enough room for the entire family to Enjoy! A place you'll want to come back to year after year!
Plenty of free parking with access to the two car garage. Bring your Boat & Toys as you are minutes to the Windsor Boat Launch & Mesquite Bay where you can bring your kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards etc. (We have kayaks at the house)
Watch the Sunsets while you enjoy your meals with the outdoor Gas Barbecue under the Tiki Hut & Tiki Table.
Lots of room under the Covered Patio for those hot summer days or enjoy the private pool while you hang out with your friends & family.
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the master walk in closet; 2nd garage, locked gated area in the back of the home and roof top deck.

I am originally from San Diego and moved to Arizona during Covid-19- and really love the Natural Beauty of Arizona. From the majestic Grand Canyon to the stunning red rocks of Sedona and of course Lake Havasu where one of the more unique attractions is the London ridge which was dismantled and shipped to Lake Havasu city in the 1960's. A must see!
Being a host for the Tiki Hut in Lake Havasu has been a great experience for us and we are so grateful for the opportunity to offer a place where guest can enjoy the space as much as we do with their family and friends. We want each of our guest to experience a 5 star stay and we are always looking for ways to improve this.

We did not purchase this home to be a vacation rental as this came to mind during the pandemic. Family originally brought us to Lake Havasu and we instantly fell in love with the area as did our adult children and we really enjoy being close to the water and the city itself has so much to do or the best part is you do not have to do anything to enjoy the Lake Views and the Evening Sunsets.

The location is ideal. You have lots of privacy at the house with a Lake view or your minutes to Lake Havasu, Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor Beach, The shops at Lake Havasu, The London Bridge, Bridgewater Links Golf Course and many restaurants.
