Notre maison spacieuse sur trois étages, Dream Weaver, est idéale pour des groupes de 14 à 18 personnes (un matelas pneumatique peut être mis à disposition sur demande pour une personne supplémentaire ou 2 personnes) avec 6 chambres, 4 salles de bain complètes. Situé juste à côté de Spring Street, l'emplacement et le parking ne seront pas un problème ici!

Ceci est une liste groupée de deux appartements accessibles séparément. Accessibles par leurs propres entrées / sorties, les suites Dream Weaver présentent des plans d'étages ouverts pouvant accueillir à la fois une salle à manger et un salon, ce qui la rend idéale pour les groupes souhaitant passer du temps ensemble ou savourer un repas. Tables de salle à manger avec 6 sièges et salle de séjour avec de hauts plafonds voûtés. Des cuisines entièrement équipées avec une cuisine de base et des ustensiles de cuisine se trouvent également dans chaque suite. Les suites A couvrent les 1er et 2ème étages, tandis que les suites B couvrent les 2ème et 3ème étages. Dans la suite A, il y a une chambre au 1er étage avec un lit King et une salle de bain complète dans le couloir. Le salon et la cuisine se trouvent au premier étage. Deux chambres d'hôtes sont situées au deuxième étage avec trois lits Queen et une salle de bain complète à partager. Dans la suite B, il y a deux chambres au troisième étage avec deux lits King. La cuisine et le salon se trouvent également au troisième étage. Une troisième chambre d'amis est située au 2ème ��tage de la suite B. La Suite B donne accès à un patio privé sur le toit avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil, tandis que la Suite A utilise pleinement les porches avant et arrière.

Great house for large groups

The house is ideal for large groups—complete with two full kitchens/dining rooms and 4 bathrooms. Either dining room/living room was large enough for our group of 6 to gather. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointed

Due to the historical ice storm, we had asked to rebook this property for another weekend. StayDuvet refused . When we got there , within a few hours the pipes had frozen and there was no running water for 2.5 days in one of the units . This is what we were trying to avoid . They couldn’t get someone out there in that time period to fix it . As you can imagine , it’s not great to show up to a property when half of it was unusable for more than half of the trip. When someone finally did get out to the property , he was helpful. Communication with managers was delayed (we couldn’t even speak to someone with decision making power for 48 hours) and terrible even prior to arriving to the destination . The property has some pluses. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and lots to walk around to . Good parking spots behind the house . There are a lot of stairs so if you have an issue with someone using stairs , be aware. Overall, we were disappointed with the service .

Girl's 50th Trip

We had a girl's trip for a friend's 50th. The VRBO was clean and comfortable. The location was well-suited to amazing restaurants and convenient grocery store across the street. It was nice to have basic sugar, filters for coffee and cookie sheets. We didn't realize that the rental was split into two separate units when we rented the all our bedrooms. We used the luggage service to hold and deliver are luggage so we could stay late, that was helpful. The only concern was the dilapidated building next door to us that we could not figure out if it was vacant or if there were actual people occupying it. We saw lights from time to time, but it was out of place neighbor.

It's fine.

Felt like staying in the first home of a newly graduated college student. Photos are not accurate to property. Simple details are overlooked (moldy shower curtains, every door squeaks, lack of caddy in the silverware drawer).

First, I'd like to say that I wish you'd contacted us to let us know your frustrations immediately rather than airing your grievances here. That way, we'd have had a chance to discuss or respond to your complaints. Had you notified us about these issues while you were in town, our team would have addressed where possible, & some of your frustration might have very easily been remedied. We will inspect the unit so nobody else has a similar experience, though you are the first guest with this specific issue. Thank you for letting us know. I do hope you managed to have a great trip despite some of these issues & should you choose to return to Charleston, Stay Duvet would be happy to host you again at any number of properties here in town. Great location

Great location walking distance to king street but far enough away for a peaceful quiet stay. Close enough to bars and cute coffee shops, best of both worlds. Management was very fast with responses and accommodations. Overall loved our stay!

Great Spot for large Bachelorette Groups
