The Space:

This historic antebellum home has been transformed into “The Palms of Charleston” — a luxury boho-chic retreat just 1 block from King St! Tucked behind the home, a serene private courtyard with hot tub, palm trees, and plenty of seating creates a peaceful outdoor gathering space in the center of the city.



Perfect for families, wedding groups, and friends traveling together, the home is divided into 3 private suites — A, B, and C — and your group will have access to the entire property. The three-suite layout works well for groups who want to stay together while still having their own defined spaces.

Guest Access:

• Guests have access to the entire property - all 3 Suites - and private use of all outdoor spaces and hot tub.



• The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: 3 parking spaces are provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Hot tub hours 9 AM - 9 PM.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• Stairs required – Suites B + C are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants or children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior cameras that may record video and audio. They monitor the entrances to each suite and the courtyard. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.
