• Parking: 3 parking spaces are provided at an off site parking lot located on the same block as the home. The parking lot is 0.1mi away, a 1-2 min walk.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is one block from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is tucked away with a private entrance and courtyard in an extremely safe area.

• For security purposes only, there are 3 exterior cameras that may record video and audio. They monitor the entrances to each suite and the courtyard. Cameras do not monitor any interior spaces.
• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Great property and very central to downtown. Host were great and super responsiveCouple things I wish I knew:- not a great place for big family dinners (aside from outside)- building was set up as 3 different suites (A, B, C) vs being one big house- 4 of the rooms were super high up (in the attic like) and wasn’t clear it was up a ton of stairs- the floors did sag towards one of the walls

This home is rented as one private property made up of Suites A, B, and C, rather than a traditional single-family layout. This setup tends to work especially well for families or groups who want to stay together while still having some separation and privacy, along with private access to the entire courtyard and hot tub. As a historic downtown Charleston home, it also has original architectural character, which is part of the charm of staying in this area.

Calm Paradise found in Charleston
We love this property. Gathered friends and family for our sons wedding. The three units gave everyone their private space, but the outdoor porches and common living areas were the best as we gathered up before or after wedding events. Hope to book again!

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms! It was beautiful and so clean. Everything was just as pictured if not better! We had a large group and this property was perfect! The outside area was so nice and comfy. You are walking distance to pretty much everything you would want to do. Great coffee shop 2 doors down. I would recommend this property 100%. If we come back to Charleston, this is where we will be staying!
