Admirez ce manoir magnifiquement restauré de Savannah en montant le petit escalier menant à l’entrée principale. Ce spacieux studio est situé au troisième étage et offre une vue imprenable sur la région.

Entrez votre code d'accès individuel pour une entrée sans clé dans votre studio. Meublé avec goût avec des cadres en bois massif et de riches textiles, The Park House est idéal pour le voyageur distingué. La chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size, avec un coin lecture intégré le plus proche de la fenêtre. Les séjours prolongés sont un jeu d'enfant avec une garde-robe permanente et une laveuse et une sécheuse adjacentes.

La salle de bain complète avec douche debout est en face de la chambre à coucher, offrant des carreaux de céramique faits à la main et beaucoup d'espace de stockage. Au coin de la rue, une cuisine de style cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cuisinière en verre et un lave-vaisselle. This was a great place for us to stay as first time Savannah visitors. Walking distance to most places. Clean. Comfortable bed. I was worried about parking but never had a problem getting a metered spot close by.

The place was quaint and nice but there were a few fairly off-putting things. When we arrived there was hairs on the shower curtain and on the upholstered bench cushion. It is hard to feel at home when you see that. Secondly the front door downstairs is extremely loud, so anytime somebody comes or goes it makes a very loud and disturbing bang.

This was a perfect rental for our first visit to Savannah. Location was perfect. Easy walkable access to all of Savannah. Loved being right on a square and Forsyth park is literally your backyard! Highly recommend!

We walked everywhere since we were just minutes away from great restaurants and must-dos. We absolutely loved Artillery for drinks and Gallery Espresso for morning coffee and awesome scones. We absolutely loved the location of our studio. It was very quiet and in a lovely area right outside Monterey Square. It made our Savannah stay that much more enjoyable.

Perfect location

Best spot we could have stayed in in Savannah! Picturesque and quiet, but right in the main thoroughfare to the action and steps away from Forsyth. Definitely felt like a hotel experience and not a local experience, so if you’re looking for homely touches and interaction with locals this is not it. Had everything we needed.
