Parking Details: - The entrance to the parking lot is 9½ feet tall and 13 feet wide. Vehicles taller than 9½ feet or wider than 13 feet will not fit through the gateway. - Each unit has one free private gated parking spot (best suited for compact cars—larger vehicles may not fit comfortably). - Additional free street parking is available if needed.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

This condo was great for two couples. It was really clean. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We parked our truck in the gated parking space and walked where we wanted to go. It was very open and not much clutter sitting everywhere. Would stay there again.

This unit was very comfortable and easy to get in and out of. Street parking was very available. Lots of nice amenities: comfortable beds, nice TVs, a well stocked and clean kitchen, tasteful and uncluttered decor, coffee, and even little touches like tissues in several places. We will be back!

All was generally excellent...particularly the king bed. Very comfortable and we both slept very well and thanks for the comforter we found in the closet. Two minor concerns...being elderly and not technically savvy, we were unable to adequately set the thermostat for ideal heating for us. Also, the lamp on the end table in bedroom 2 tended to flick on and off for no particular reason, probably electrical. We only used the two coffee makers and the microwave and all was well. Very comfortable!

Check-in was very easy. Renting bikes was a problem. You might ask the owners to consider, including Bikes. The unit itself was fantastic. I like the Security of the entrance gate to the parking as well as both gates to the unit themselves. The elevator was a great addition as well. I got a little confused as to who all I was paying and why, but I think I finally figured it all out . Once again, all in all is a wonderful rental experience.
